******* me into paying for warranties. Dealer applied paint protection formula, which is part of the paint protection formula prior to my consent or signature. Finance clerk noted that services were already performed and acted as if I was being unreasonable. Another employee told me a camp ready package was mandatory from which I received mix information about from corporate and the store saying that it is and isnt mandatory but I wasnt interested in it at all. Manager called me, slimy, and lacking integrity due to me recording conversations after that. Extreme unprofessionalism and lack of integrity. Corporate decided to give me a $500 check and return due to the failure of consent for the paint protection, but I was charged ultimately $2000 for it. Camp package was also very overpriced two propane tanks and two batteries for $2000. Apparently came with an orientation of the trailer which I did not need and a safety inspection, which I did not need. I have knowledge about these trailers. They would not take no for an answer. Im too nice of a guy and I let them roll over me and I have huge regrets now.

We bought a travel trailer on May of 2023 with Camping World with an extended warranty that covered all mechanical problems. When we noticed a few things were not working and the slide was not functioning, we brought it to Camping World on July 10th, 2024. We have not been able to use our trailer and have had to make accommodations for guests and change our vacation plans due to false deadlines we have been given. Eight months is a lot of time to keep a trailer in the repair shop. Therefore, I no longer believe that this trailer is going to be repaired and would like Camping World to fully refund me.

I purchased a new trailer on 5-10-24 from Camping World in Fresno. I was persuaded to get their extended warranty even though I had no intentions of getting it. Long story short, I cancelled the extended warranty on 5-14-24, and the finance manager, **** *****, said it would take 4-6 weeks. On 5-18-24 Gates, said he processed the requested refund, and it should be a full refund in 6-8 weeks back toward the balance. He sent a copy of the tracking number on the first check, the second check he said was mailed back to the bank and made no mention of the third check.Camping World sent the three separate checks back to the financing bank but still nothing back on the balance. On 7-18-24 ***** said we should see full refund of the extended warranty and it would reflect on the next loan statement. On 8-6-24 went to Camping World and spoke to ***** who said refund would be in bank by that Friday and show on next statement...On 8-19-24 still nothing showing refund against balance. On 8-22-24 spoke to ***** who sent copy of tracking # and first check and would call and have remaining two expedited and would e-mail me copies but never did.On 8-23-24 spoke with ********** who said it would take 5-7 business days to process and show against balance. On 8-26-24 spoke to ***** who said remaining check should be sent from Camping World on 8-27-24 and would e-mail me a copy but never did.Called Gates on 8-28-24 and left message to return call but never did.On 9-5-24 checked account and still no refund against account. (Been 8 days not including holiday)On 9-9-24 spoke to ********** who didn't show any refund against balance, and it would take up to 10 days.Camping World Fresno has been dragging their feet and have been of little assistance in helping me get my refund applied back toward the balance, while them or someone is collecting interest on my money. I just want the extended warranty refunded back to the balance so I can be done with them.

My No Boundaries 19.6 Travel Trailer was placed into consignment with Camping World on 4/22/2024. I brought my very new trailer to them in mint condition and very clean. After the 3 month agreement, I went to pick up the trailer and discovered:- deflated tires - completely dead batteries (they left every single switch on)- screen door latch broken - trailer was filthy I left in an anger and as soon as I got home with the trailer I discovered:- my rhino roof kayak racks missing (hundreds of dollars worth)The company was utterly negligent and took no accountability. When I confronted them about the missing racks they simply said "we don't know where they are." I feel this company should have at least (at the bare minimum) gave me store credit for how terrible there service was. I honestly don't think this specific store location should be in business. Staff is very unpleasant to work with and everything is miss managed.

We purchased a trailer camper from camper world and specifically informed the salesman we need the power system to work for us where their is no electricity and be totally self sufficient, the salesman assured us this would be the situation. We are first time buyers and never owned a camper, we trusted him that we would get what our needs required. He purposely hid the fact that the ** unit, microwave and refrigerator would not work unless we where plugged in at an RV park or cam ground. This is not what we requested to purchase. The total cost of the trailer, hitch amongst other things we were told we needed to take the trailer total finance of $30,000.00 dollars for a box on wheels. We have been taken advantage of and have not received any call back to resolve this situation.

Camping World Fresno made me HOMELESS! On July 22, 2023, I purchased what I thought was a NEW motorhome. Since then, I have learned just how much I did not know about buying an RV, and just how much FRAUD Camping World is willing to commit to sell you something that is not only not what they say it is, but may also RISK YOU AND YOUR FAMILY’S LIVES. The best part is that while I’ve been able to reach people all the way to corporate, the one common theme is that they listen to your initial input then just actively ignore you. The GM of the place, ****** ***** **** even went so far as to block me on LinkedIn when I reached out! This team NEVER provided a PDI and now refuse to provide me one after me asking twice. Now just two weeks later, it’s become very clear that they did no safe storage or maintenance of this coach and sold me something that is a DANGER TO MY FAMILY. The immediate issues: -Balks out around 50mph on climbs -Had to be jumped to leave where it was parked (for 5 days) -The AC units don't work -Electric water heater does not work -The jacks don't work -Internal and external leak -AV system is bad -Humidity damage consistent at all top seams internally -Driver's window won't open -Roof seams are old and worn -Awning is crooked when rolled out -Slide flaps are unsecured On Monday, August 7th, it became so hot in there (over 100) by 11am, I had to evacuate my family. On August 9th, SVP of Marketing, ******* ******* responded and told me to email him and ***** *******. But apparently that was just so they could ignore me, too. This RV is UNLIVABLE and UNSAFE. It is now in storage, and I'm having to pay for an independent inspection while being forced to live in a hotel with my animals (this is also expensive). I’ve lost over 40 billable hours, am 2 weeks behind schedule, and now dealing with finding and interviewing lawyers, calling the manufacturer, etc. All a bunch of things I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO DO.

I bought a trailer from camping world back in August of 2021. There was a bubble on the side they said they can fix easy. We had the trailer until November when they took it in to fix it. They have had my trailer every since. After 2 try's to fix it last September they brought in Forest River to fix it they took it to the factory and fixed it and said it was done in January. I still have not gotten my trailers back. Neither Camping world or Forest river are returning any emails and when I call they say they are checking where it is and will call me back. I have been paying payments for 19months now and have only gotten to use the trailer 3 times.

On July 9th, I visited the Camping World of fresno to look at a 2015 motorhome. I decided to purchase the vehicle. The tires on the vehicle were from 2013, and the sales representative *** told me that they would be putting brand new tires on it. They let me know that it would be ready the following week, on July 16th. On the 16th, I drove to the dealership to pick up the motorhome and they had it sitting out front. However the tires were still old. The service person ****** let me know that she missed the tires on the work order, and would get it done and deliver the motorhome to me. At the time, I did let the dealership know I was leaving in 3 weeks to move to Texas. On August 10th, during my drive to Texas, one of my brand new tires blew. I called roadside assistance, who came out and charged me $500 for a new tire. Upon replacing it, the mechanic let me know that all of my tires were over the PSI max. PSI max was 70 and each tire had 100 PSI, not to mention the brackets that hold the rim on were damaged from the tire change at the dealership. When I purchased the motorhome, the California tags were expired from 2/2022. I was given a temp operating permit that expired 9/16/2022. The dealership contacted me on 9/16/22 to let me know that they had neglected to smog the vehicle before letting me take it, and that the CA DMV is withholding title and tags until I take it in to smog it. I have since moved to Texas and cannot smog it in this state. The dealership told me that I need to bring it back to California to get it smogged, and that if I don't, my lender can attempt to repo it from me even though I have made my payments. I told the dealership that they will need to cover all of my expenses to transport it back across the country, to which the rep said she would send to the general manager. I was told that I would receive a call back by the end of September. It is 10/4/2022 and I still have not heard back, nor do I have my registration and tags.
