  You dont deserve a star at all!!! This is a big scam company!!! Dont ever ever use this agency to book for your trip!!!! I book a flight after I put all the info and everything its say on process then later they will call you back that theres was a problem on going back??? Like what??? Because they want you to pay more from what theyre advertising on the website!!!! Then you cant cancel it because they will say its book but theres a problem on gong back???? I want my money back!!! Why is this company still operating scamming people around???!!!! Never ever use this company

  Scam dont fall for it like everyone reviews you buy for certain amount of money and they call to tell you that the flight is not available or price is higher so you have to pay the difference. I booked two tickets round trip for me and my daughter and they less than 24 hours they call me to tell me that my flight is confirmed but not my daughter!! And after talking for more than one hour I ended up paying more money different dates plus extended my stay which will cost me extra money for my stay . I told them you are scammers and will let everyone knows about you.

  If I could leave negative stars I would. This company is an absolute scam. Paid for 2 tickets and they instantly emailed me saying they werent available after I paid for them and that theyd have to upgrade me for only $300-$700 more. Spoke with 4 different people was lied to about 2 of them being managers and all spoke to me very disrespectfully. Since I wouldnt agree to pay $700 they cancelled my order without asking me after I told them I would be making a Report to the BBB. This companys a complete scam and needs to be shut down immediately before they con someone else. I have never worked with such a terrible company in my life. Their goal is to scam people out of money by selling nonexistent fake flights then trying to say its the customers fault and they cant guarantee anything even after you pay for it and also wont refund you without a charge of the full price ticket unless you pay for insurance. Please shut this fake company down.

  Scammers for sure. Oh, the flight you booked is not available. 3 flights for $600 turned into 3 flights for $1500. Never ever again will I buy thru this company. Price continued to climb. Vacation was a day shorter and I was off and on the phone for hours. Never again! Buyer BEWARE!!

  4/2/25 SCAMMERS DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I went online to find a flight to my dads to help him move. I found a flight through HolidayBreakz for Monday April 21 nonstop flight for 2 of us for $171.10. I put all my information in and paid with my credit card. About 10 minutes later I received a call from HolidayBreakz stating that, that flight was not available. Yet, 10 minutes ago it was available. The rep stated the price had gone up to $211 l. I totally argued with him for nearly 15 minutes on how they had given me a confirmation number and took my credit card. I told him I was going to cancel the ticket then as it had not been 30 minutes since booked and in the US you have 24 hours to cancel. He stated NO WAY they are going to charge my card. I hung up. I piping mad about this treatment. He called me back and said they could offer me a flight with hours layover I said “no” I paid for a nonstop flight for 171.10 for the both of us. I was help captive on my phone until I made a decision right then. He said they could fly me out the previous day for less than the $600 dollars that the actual flight had gone up to which was a blatant lie. In my haste I booked the flight the day before for now another hike in cost to $269.95. After the complete rude, unprofessional, and unwilling treatment I received I accepted the day before I really needed to fly, I made a reservation on flippin Easter. My brother who is going with me to our dads has kids and he will not be home on Easter thanks to the forceful sale tactics. This company is too good to be true DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Any airline or 3 rd party Company in the United States would only have taken your credit card and make you pay if they had what you paid for. Or they would put on that flight just in a different class. If it seems too good , it is. I am so disappointed as an educated 66year old, US Army nurse that I allowed them to intimidate me into buying this ticket!!!

  SCAM! A JOKE! I wouldn' even give them the 1 star if i had a choice. Don't do it! I thought was too good to be true but attempted anyhow. They are miss leading and show you one price, and wait a few days and see you an email saying they been trying to reach you for some reason only to find they plan on charging you more.   I am literally on the phone with these scammers now! Something told me to check reviews which is something I should have done before booking. The same scam everyone has mentioned here, we them having you book and then calling you saying either the departure or returning flight is not available and immediately went into saying I have to pay an additional cost. I am not at $118 more. I am still on hold after receiving two emails and selecting the acknowledgment. I decided to call my bank and STOP the purchase. I will have to get a new card and all of this inconvenience because of this. I will speak to my attorney's. These people MUST be brought down. THANK EVERYONE of you for your honesty and posting a review!!!

  I'll not write a complaint because at this point, I really do not want to reopen the issue. Terribly clever scheme they have here - you see a price that is easily several hundred dollars less than the cheapest option out there. Unfortunately, if it seems to good to be true it probably is. I carefully read the disclosures, added the refund insurance, and waited for a follow up email. I even called to say that the 1st number listed wasn't the correct number to call with questions. By the time the phone call came (approximately 5 hours later), the first leg of the trip was booked, but the second leg of the trip was no longer available on our preferred day or at the discounted price. After spending more than NINETY minutes on the phone with them, going round and round about layovers, bags, and refunds vs travel credit, after speaking to a manager, not once, but twice, after waiting on hold for an insane amount of time - because my CC company is smarter than I am and declined one of the charges...after all of this, I am too worn down to file a complaint and run the risk of having the whole thing canceled. We have an actual confirmation number and hopefully the trip will be without issue. Man do I wish I had checked their BBB rating before getting entangled with them. IF IT SEEMS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE - IT IS -- RUN THE OTHER WAY

  WARNING! SCAM and misleading advertisement. My daughter bought round-trip tickets at the price established on the internet platform and then she receives an email with confirmation of the agreed flight itinerary and the established cost. So far, everything is fine. Then they send you another email so that you call and confirm the purchase. However, that second message is already modified and does not accurately include the reserved flight itinerary that they had already sent you in the first email. When you call by phone, they change the options, the cost or the date of the flight, indicating that now you have to pay more because the reserved and paid date is not available. In the call they try to intimidate you by saying that if you do not confirm the flight with the increase in price, change of flight date, elimination of the return flight and other conditions that they impose on you, you will not be able to take the flight and thus they try to force you to pay the increase in price under their conditions. If you do not agree with the proposal they make you, they tell you rudely and disrespectfully to my daughter that they will not give you a refund and that you will lose the money paid. They are scammers and abusers of customers hiding behind a telephone and not in writing. However, to all those who are experiencing the same thing, do not be intimidated and report them to BBB and the corresponding entities, whether federal or state. We will be taking each and every one of the pertinent legal actions and will present the complaint and the corresponding evidence so that they learn to be honest and stop defrauding people.   DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM THEIR SCaMMERS , I book a ticket online with a cancellation protection after a day they called me telling me that the returned date is cancelled and no refund lol ?? was the crazy things I was very heard they wants me to pay much money for depart and pay a lot for return their most Indian truly reputation nasty by experience what a ridiculous dont lets them fall you by cheap tickets online that just for one way be careful dont .
