Don't use this company. Some of the clothes look nice and fit, but they are a deceitful and crafty company. In 4 boxes I got 3 items that were from recognizable brands. Everything else is their no-name in-house brands that they are passing off as fashion. Also, they will try to charge you shipping to replace stuff that didn't fit. When ****** has free shipping both ways on everything, they will not last under this model. Finally, when I decided to cancel I asked them to refund my final box which had not been shipped yet (I missed the "window" by one day). They basically told me to pound sand because I had agreed to the terms. Is this a good business practice? Is this how you keep customers and get them to recommend you to others? Definitely not.And look at the other reviews on here - they respond to them with copied-and-pasted boilerplate that does nothing in the way of actually resolving people's issues.Stately

Regarding your concerns about brand selection, we partner with a variety of reputable brands, including both well-known and emerging designers, to curate high-quality and stylish boxes for our members. Our team is always happy to work with you on exchanges if an item doesnt meet your expectations or fit properly, and we did offer alternatives to help resolve your concerns.
While we understand that policies may not always align with individual preferences, they are in place to maintain fairness across all members. When we tried to assist with a resolution, we were unfortunately met with inappropriate language, which makes it difficult for our team to provide the best support possible. I can't believe some of the high ratings I see here. Unbelievable! This company is a SCAM beyond SCAM. They give you out of date old clothing and do not allow any refund whatsoever. Then they keep charging for additional boxes offering "discounts" for "exchanges". They have $855 of my money and I have NO PRODUCT to show for it. BUT they keep trying to offer exchanges for the same terrible clothing and charging more on my account. They also claimed they did not receive a returned box from me and when I shared the tracking information with them showing it was received at their facility they refused to respond to me. The only time they respond via email is when they are quoting their ridiculous "exchange policy" or are asking me to spend more money. And as was written in another review here - they don't answer their phones at all. I have had to file a complaint regarding the charges on my card. DO NOT start a fake subscription with them. You will be sent cheap clothing that they won't take back. You will have to exchange it for more cheap clothing. And keep your tracking information so they can't claim it wasn't received.Stately

While we do not offer refunds as part of our subscription model, we have a flexible exchange policy in place to ensure you receive items you love. We offered you an exchange multiple times via email to make this right to which you declined.
Regarding your return, we take tracking information seriously and always work with our members to resolve any issues. We shared all tracking with you to let you know that all packages, even exchanges that you submitted were successfully delivered to your address.

Stately stole my funds after I advised them to delete my account (full details below)Ive seen multiple adds on stately and felt as though I need an entire wardrobe makeover and wanted to test if stately will assist in this journey of mine. With stately you need a monthly subscription to order anything, so I did the cheapest package to test it out. I requested business casual or business attire and its cost me I believe $110-$120. What I received for that price was a T-shirt,short pants and I guess fully long socks with cheap shades (not what I asked for at all) so I requested to return everything. A week goes by and I havent returned it because I had no time, so I just decided to close the subscription on October 6th instead and order again after I try a different company like stitch fix. I received a reply the same day that it will take up to 48 hours to close my account so I didnt worry about it anymore thinking this is a company that can be trusted.On October 14 (8DAYS Later) I got a confirmation that another order is coming my way. I reached out stating that she better not take a dime of my money because I requested to remove the account. Today I received a text stating Hi *****, ****** here with Stately Men! Sorry we missed you! Our phone line has not opened yet but we are more than happy to assist you via SMS or email. I am very sorry to hear that you were looking to cancel your subscription. We'd like to know more about your experience with us so far. Are there any concerns I can address for you? Changes I could possibly make to your account?Please note that cancelling your account does not cancel an order that has already been processed. If you sent a cancellation request before your renewal date on October 6, 2024, please share a screenshot of the message and forward the email to redacted. We sent you multiple emails asking for the email address linked to your account and you only provided that same email address. The first 2 boxes of clothes were out of season. These clothes are grossly overpriced and sub-par quality. *** had a bracelet break with no replacement and emailed that 2 of the items didnt fit. I tried to cancel my subscription 2 times and they keep sending me boxes and charging me. For the money *** spent so far, I could have bought some nice stuff. I do not recommend this company.Stately

Nicely curated, everything fit well and was styled as per my requests. Only piece not opened is the long sleeve dress shirt as weather dictates something cooler is needed.Stately
