    I am starting to see same brands repeat with every fix.Please stop sending me Flag and Anthem brand every time. Also, I don't need more accessories like Socs and Belts. I have already provided this with my profile.

Even when there was a minor sizing issue with a shirt, the response was swift and the resolution satisfactory, reflecting their commitment to customer satisfaction.     Overall great clothes. This order included a belt and shorts. My profile does not include those items. However, when I notified them, they immediately gave me $75 credit and arrange the return of the items.

    Immediately disappointed with my first box! I chose the top tier presidential package that boasts "white glove service" and "stylist consultation". After filling out my profile with my measurements for neck, chest and arm length I scheduled a call and gave them my desires and likes, as well as dislikes. My box included several items that I did not like or want and specifically didn't want. The exchange was just as bad as the initial box as the same type of clothing and sizing was wrong. I'm now working on my third exchange and my second consultation call to address the issues. I feel that the "boxes" are prepackaged and shelved for quick turn around and you get what "shelf" your still fits into. Some of the items are not returnable, like the cheap watch I received. Having to buy the box outright gave me pause before trying this company that does not have a refund policy. Stately is working with me at the moment but as the stylist gave me two different shirt sizes and two pair of pants during the summer season after advertising season apparel, I'm stuck paying the return package shipping cost on my 3rd exchange of the top tier service! I do not recommend this company and will not be giving them future business.

    Sizes don't really match and things are very tight. Some of the items are short, and being a taller guy, they just don't work for me. Also, I don't need any more belts.
