              Shin Imaging Center charged my FSA account $212 twice. Because it's an FSA I am unable to have the charges reversed unlike a credit card. Contacting the company results in a promise to refund the amount via check after 6 weeks. 5 months later and no check has arrived. The response to follow up calls is a promise to check into it and call back with no call back. Further calls result in the person on the other acting passive aggressive and annoyed. Emails are no longer being responded to. It's a simple refund that they should be able to put back on the card but refuse to and no refund response or follow up. This company has effectively stolen money from me and it appears they have no intention of paying it back.

              I used this business for a MRI. The deductible I was charged was not correct and was owed a refund. I was told an outside company took care of refunds. The outside company was called and they had no knowledge of my request. The billing department person was very rude and spoke to me like I was an idiot. The manager also was extremely rude. Probably this place overcharges people all the time and doesnt return their money. After almost two months, I have not received a refund and when I call they are rude and seem irritated that Im calling. Do not use this business.
