    In September of 2022 I placed a large (for my small business) order for Santa Sacks. When my order was received, the bags appeared to be fine and were stored for use as needed. However, as I started to work with the bags to create custom orders for clients, I came to find that the quality of the bags was pretty awful. Several of the red bags had black markings on them that could not be removed.Small water droplets that landed on the bags when ironing and/or when attempting to spot clean the dark markings, left permanent water spot stains on the bags. The red color of the bags bled easily (just by slightly rubbing with my hand on the fabric, or when the bag brushed against other fabric and clothing.The bags are advertised as being "high quality" and "reusable." However, an item that is not capable of withstanding water droplets is not "high quality" and the fact that it can not be washed (a fact not disclosed in the products description) makes it not exactly "reusable" either. I reached out to the company requesting a refund and/or replacement and included photos of the issues, but my request was made outside the 30 day window, which I understood. However, I felt it was appropriate to leave a review of the product on the company's website for other buyers to be aware of the products issues. After posting my review, I noted that the company relegated it to the very end, along with other less than favorable reviews (4 stars and below) while the most favorable reviews (five stars) are organized by date. I believe since then, they've removed my review all together.With no way for customers to filter reviews by date or rating, it seems as though the company attempts to hide negative feedback by burying unfavorable reviews. It's incredibly misleading.

    I had the best experience with the Tote Bag Factory. The process was easy, straightforward, and free of any hiccups. It is always a ****** when you order any product over the internet, but I was surprised by the high quality of these tote bags. I ordered the one-sided, full-color natural canvas bags that zip and have a zipped internal pocket. The natural canvas was sturdy, and the color came out vibrantly. They made an excellent company gift, and I will order from them again. Thank you.

    I ordered from this company 3 times, the first time I got the bags and noticed they weren't the best but for what they were for I made them work. I ordered again in August and noticed again the bags were not up to par they had strings, black lines, thinned spots, but again I tried to cover the mistakes with images, I did reach out on their website and asked for a discount on another order I was going to place since the other 30 bags were not in good shape for them to say since it had been over 5 days they couldn't help me. I explained I work 12 hr shifts while also running my own small business so I dont always get to open my packages immediately. Anyways I went ahead and placed the order. I payed shipping and for some reason it was sent back to them. I reached out and they explained they would reship the items whenever they got them for a fee of almost 16$ which is what I already had paid for shipping. I said I would not pay another shipping fee and I wanted a refund. They then told me I would not receive a refund and all they can do Is reship the item for the 16 dollars. . What kind of business is this that they are holding my items / money hostage???? It's either pay another shipping fee or not get the product I paid for??? I think this business needs to be closed down, why shop within the *** if product and customer service is not up to par on how a business should run?

    I order from Tote Bag Factory every couple of years. Our children's ministry decorate these bags for gifts. They are well-made and easy to use fabric crayons and markers on. The prices are good and the order comes in a timely manner.

    No product issue. Everything was packed in units of 12 in a poly bag. They all made it fine.The only negative was the shipping box was not close to being able to move the weight of the contents. The tape was all that held the cardboard in place!But for the price I paid I'll live with the shipping box for now.
