      We returned an item to True Religion, we received an email (on 9-6-2024) stating that your return is complete, but we never received our money for the item we returned. We are awaiting our refund of $74.54. We have called our credit card company as well as a True Religion store, numerous times and they are stating that they cant see the refund. Please help, and please see attached email proof. Thank you, BBB.

      I placed an order with true religion and the order was delivered by ***** on 7/23/2024 at 12:30pm. when I tracked the order on the same day I was told by ***** automated system that the package was on a **** truck. I went to my local post office and was told ***** never arrived at the location. I then called ***** and talk to an actual person that started disregard the information I received earlier from the automated system and the ***** will deliver the package. I found out the package was sent ground economy which I believe it was supposed to be delivered by ****. The package also wasnt delivered to my apartment instead was place near the mail box area. When I arrived home later that day the package was missing. I spoke with ***** and true religion and both claim to investigate, but the issue is still unresolved. I requested a replacement item or refund from true religion. The said company stated they would get back to me on 8/10/2024 , but never heard back from them.

      I put an order in for two pairs of pants. Says it was delivered but never received it. They will give me no help. Its very unfortunate I had to pay $224.01 for two pairs of pants I never received. Just horrible experience overall with this company.

      I bought these pants July 6th at a store around 2 hours away from where I currently live. Me and my family go there on the weekends when we have the time as an outing. I wore them only about 4 or 5 times when about 2 days ago they ripped. I messaged customer service online and they said sorry, can't help you you need to contact the store. I contact the store and before anything the employee says if it's over 30 days can't help you. I then state today it the 30th day she said great! You need to come here to return it. Driving 2 hours today was an unfeasible idea and I wouldn't have the time to do it until Saturday, which would be past the 30 day time period. She says "my hands are tied" this is just insanely disappointing. True religion jeans ain't cheap, they're actually PRETTY EXPENSIVE so the crappy customer service surprised me.

      I ordered from True Religion on June 12 2024. My order total was $35.48. My package was delivered to the wrong address on June 22 2024. I contact ***** first and was told because theres restrictions on the package they cant open an investigation. They told me to contact the shipper so I emailed true religion and they told me because the package was delivered that there is nothing that can be done basically. I'm so upset because I provided photo proof of delivery and it clearly shows thats not my address. Im uploading photos of the wrong address that my package was delivered to and I uploaded photos of my correct address. Both delivery photos are from *****. My correct address has my numeric address on my mailbox in the correct delivery photo.

      I placed an order online w/ true religion on May 13th, 2024. I was eligible for free shipping, and noticed they did offer some kind of package protection but felt it was a bit ridiculous to have to pay 20$+ just to ensure my package isn't lost in transit or damaged beyond recognition. I awaited my ***** ground delivery, which was supposed to deliver within 5-7 business days. I noticed that the package made it to my city but had been marked "out for delivery" 3 days in a row...which is very unusual. I grew concerned that my package was missing and enrolled in updated text alerts and tried to call *****. They weren't very helpful and said my package should arrive in a few days and was just delayed. I get to it now being 7 days of "out for delivery" and am getting concerned now. I have a ring doorbell (that records motion) AND work from home, so it's easy for me to confirm if something is delivered. On Friday 5/24/2024 @ 12 PM it says my package is delivered. I'm excited and check the door immediately...no package. I run to where our mailboxes are clustered (live at a residential house but mailboxes are in 1 space, locked, like P.O boxes). Nothing there either. I notice the notification says the delivery took place on 5/17, a week prior, but was not marked as delivered for 7 days! I reach out to customer service right away and they are unhelpful and seem to not care at all. I tell them I cannot file my package as lost myself (True R has to per ****** and eventually after several days they agree to do it. They provide no claim # for this lost package. I still haven't gotten it, so I follow up. They say there is proof of delivery so they won't refund. Tell me too bad, check with bank for refund. I was never supplied with this "proof" but I have footage showing I received no delivery at either time. I feel scammed. Image shows that I didn't get delivery notice until 5/24 but it says it delivered 5/17. It was marked "out for delivery" from 5/17-5/24. Very suspicious.

      Customer was unable to generate a label because their email wasn't recognized due to being entered incorrectly at check out. A label has now been sent to customer.
