Ordered items from this store and apparently ***** delivered to my location on Friday April 26, 2024. I reached out to them letting them know I did not receive the package and advised me to wait until May 3, 2024. I reached out to them on May 2, 2024 and advised them there was no package. I received an email from them today and stated they will not be able to refund me due to the fact that ***** delivered my package. I did not receive my package ever.Business response

I have entered the wrong delivery address and without this stupid route protection i cant change the delivery dilivery address to my actually house. This is crazy looking at the amount i paid for my clothes. I shouldnt have to pay more money on top of what i spent on my clothes for me to be able to cancel or change my shippign addressBusiness response

I paid for overnight shipping for merchandise. Only to be told it doesnt include weekends w fed ex. I was advised i would get my package via standard shipping even though i already paid the extra $40 to have my merch overnighted to me. I said thats fine but can i have a refund for the overnight shipping since it isnt an ************* declined it saying i should have read the print before purchasing overnight.Initial Complaint

Hello, I ordered two orders at true religion.com on April 11, 2024. I created an account, ordered and paid. My packages were not delivered to me. I have contacted the carrier after I received an email stating my package was delivered. The company first said they may have sent the email prematurely. I waited another day recontacted them. Then they said contact the seller ( true religion), I have called, emailed and texted True Religion to no avail. They keep putting me through to AI. Its annoying and not allowing me to resolve this Matter! I want my money back the full price I paid refund or I want the clothing I paid for. Please assist me in contacting True Religion to be compensated properly, Thank you for your time.Business response

On 3/16/24 I purchased clothing for my son online, Order #********, from True Religion and waited for the package to arrive. After waiting for over 2 weeks I decided to track the order and realized it was marked delivered on 3/27/24. However, on that day nor any other day did I receive the order.I attempted to find a number for customer service but only found a number to text and an email address. I sent a text message and waited 2 days but no response so on April 8 I emailed my concerns. On April *********************************************************************************************** so I emailed back asking what info they needed.On April 12 I received an email stating the order was delivered on March 27 and for me to provide my shipping address. That email was followed by another stating the case was closed.I emailed twice since but got no response.I spent a $193.00 and received nothing and there is no way to talk to anyone to rectify the problem.Business response

This is the most horrible experience I have had with an online company, I placed my order through True Religions online website (order number: ********) and my order shows that it was received, but I never signed for anything nor received it. Now True Religion is telling me there is nothing they can do to assist me further with this issue as I'm out nearly $300! I don't recommend anyone to shop with True Religion as they do not take any responsibility for their wrong doings. I refuse to lose out on 300$ for the wrongdoing and irresponsibility of True Religion as this billion dollar corporation does nothing to assist customers who are willing to spend their hard earned dollar, but instead lose out on nearly 300$ attempting to spend with True Religion.Business response

I ordered clothes for school for my toddler and the clothes were stolen upon delivery. Someone was following fed ex truck it seemed on video. Nevertheless I reach out to true religion company and was told theres nothing they could do and were unwilling to discount or help rectify the problem in any way! Why is it so hard for businesses to do the right thing by people!Business response
