      I have been waiting 3 weeks for a refund on an item that I returned to True Religion. Their customer service is of no help. Everything is done via email which is not a way to operate a business. There is no where else to turn to unfortunately. The order number is 11165229.Tried reaching them via text as well and all I get is a message ooof, I didnt get that sorry. Can we try again? And I did try numerous times. No luck.

      True Religion claims to offer returns for online orders in the store. This is listed on their website, on emails from the company, and in their automated customer service chat. However, when I visited the store they claimed to not accept online returns at all. I called other True Religon stores in the area, and they all claim to accept returns. I believe the ****************** Store is in violation of their company policies, or they are engaging in discrimination. This incident occured around 11am on July 15, 2023.

      Hi, I was trying to return a pair of jeans I bought at *********, ** location. This was my 3rd attempt trying to return at 2 different locations and every time I try to return an item the store closed earlier than the hours listed online. I was told that its due to short staffing and they wont be able to help me. I would like to know how can I return this item as I work till 6 and stores are closed by then. I was sent a link for return label but its asking for order number, I told them I have receipt and it doesnt have order number. They never got back to me. I have driven twice over 50 miles to trying to return this item and was not able to. Im really frustrated by the store manager at ********** in ********, **, who was rude and refused to help me.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I have not been refunded any money. I have checked my statement, I do not see any amount refunded by True Religion. If they did so, I would like to see a proof of the refund. Its been almost two months and my issue has not been resolved. I believe it has exceeded the return time and the store wont take the item back now. I would like to get a refund as soon as possible otherwise Ill have to seek a legal action against the business. Thank you!

      I purchased two items from the company on February 19th, 2023 using Klarna. Immediately after placing the order, I realized that the order was being shipped to a previous address. I attempted to contact True Religion via the phone and quickly realized that they do not have a customer service number and instead contacted them through the text option available on the site. They informed me that they are unable to modify the order and that the next best option was to have the mailroom at my previous address return the package to the sender. The package was delivered to the Mailroom on February 27th and per the instruction, the mailroom sent it back out on March 16th. The package was picked up by ***** in ****** ** and sent to **********,** and then transferred to the post office. It was subsequently marked as delivered although the mailroom did not re-receive the package. Initially, I attempted to file a claim with the post office to report the package as missing and was informed that True Religion (as the shipper) are the only ones able to file a claim. Per conversations with the customer service text function, I was informed that the company would work with me to complete the claims process. However, they eventually refused to do so. It has been two months since the package was initially delivered and I have had no luck getting True Religion to submit a claim or refund the money. ***** tracking number: ************ **** tracking number: ***********************

      The customer service for this company is horrible. I placed an order and ******* stop responding to my message after entering the incorrect information. They also had my package marked as shipped with no tracking info emailed or anything and I have an online account. Please please save your money !

      I purchased three pairs of jeans from.True Religion. I have tried to contact them to send me return labels and they continue sending me to a site that won't allow me to generate the label. My order numbers are ******** and ********. I want to exchange the items for the same sale amount.

      I got a tee shirt and sweet paints for the hoidays shirt had dis coloring and paints ripped and cos service did not help me took 2 weeks to talk with some one only a bot not a person they paid too much for them not too help

      My wife purchased a pair of True Religion Jeans online before Christmas. There policy for Christmas purchases is that you had up til January 31st 2023 to return purchases. There was not return label provided in the package. We contacted them by email because they have no phone number. We were sent a response back to a link to create a return label, we put the correct order number and her email in and we have not received any return label from them. We tried Repeatedly to contact them by Email with no response. It is now after January 31st and when you ask for a label it tells you it is outside of the return window. They Purposely put us off so they would not have to honor a return. This is a shameful company

      I ordered from true religion. My purchase was $282.75. On Monday 2/06/2023 around 9:30am . I see ***** delivered my package. Around 3:20 pm I see someone with a black car drive little past my house. He gets out the car and stole my package off my porch. It's all on camera. I was at work at the time. I tried calling true religion NO number available. I emailed them telling them what happened and sending them the video and pictures. True religion said it was marked as delivered. I paid with AFTERPAY. I just want my money or credit. That's a lot of money. I put a claim in with True religion 2/6 they emailed me back and said the claim was solved today and I didn't understand because it wasn't. It's really frustrating not talking with a real person. I need help.
