      How do I give this miserable company 0 stars? If you want a terrible experience just dare to purchase anything from Z Gallerie. We had a dresser delivered damaged on three separate occasions. They now owe my wife and I money but refuse to settle. You can call their so called help desk only to get a person who acts like they care. They are clearly coached to get you off the phone while promising to get back to you with some sort of resolution. Its nothing but empty promises. Do not order anything from this company.

      I am writing to file a complaint against Z Gallerie regarding a table I purchased from them, which was supposed to be delivered two months ago. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue directly with the company, I have yet to receive the table or any satisfactory resolution.Details of the Complaint:Order Information: I purchased a table from Z Gallerie on May 16th, which was scheduled to be delivered in mid June 2024.Delivery Status: According to Z Gallerie, the table was picked up by the delivery company during the first week of June. However, as of today, August 16, 2024, I still have not received the table.Attempts to Resolve:I have called Z Gallerie and emailed them multiple times to inquire about the status of my order.Each time I contact them, I am told that the table is with the delivery company, waiting to be shipped.I have repeatedly asked for an estimated delivery date or the name and contact information of the delivery company so I can follow up directly. Unfortunately, Z Gallerie has failed to provide this information.Every time I speak with or email them, I am told that my situation is being escalated to a higher team, but no action has been taken.Desired Resolution:I am seeking immediate action from Z Gallerie to either:Deliver the table within a reasonable time frame, with a confirmed delivery date provided to me or Issue a full refund if the table cannot be delivered promptly.This delay and lack of communication from Z Gallerie is unacceptable, and I hope the BBB can assist in resolving this matter.Thank you for your attention to this complaint. I look forward to your assistance in resolving this issue.

      I placed an order in May 2024 it is now July 2024 and have not received any of my items. My email said my items would be delivered at the end of May. They never were delivered the estimation time kept getting pushed to June then July then August I called multiple times and they kept lying saying the items were in there warehouse and just waiting to get sent out it doesnt take 2 months to get shipped. I called and told them I wanted to cancel my order and get my money back I still have not seen my money back into my account I never got an email like they said I would to state that my order would be canceled everytime I call its the same lady picking up the phone Ren or *** I want my money back this is fraud

      I can not believe this company, HORRIBLE! I placed an order February 19, 2024. 4 months ago! And I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY *****!!! I HAVE CONTACTED ZGALLERIE NUMEROUS TIMES THEY KEEP LYING SAYING SOMEONE WILL GET BACK TO ME. NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR THE STATUS OF MY ***** TO SAY AWAITING FUFILLMENTFOR MONTHS. YOU GUYS HAVE A HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER. IT IS WRONG TO TAKE YOUR CUSTOMERS MONEY AND NOT FUFULL THE ***** OR COMMUNICATE ANYTHING TO ME!!!

      Dear ***/*****,I am writing to file a formal complaint against Z Gallerie regarding a fraudulent transaction and extremely poor customer service. On 5/23/2024, I placed an order for rugs totaling $2229.89 (Order Number: ******). I was assured that the delivery would occur in the first week of June, but I have not received my order to date.Since the expected delivery date, I have contacted Z Galleries customer service team multiple times each week. During each interaction, the representatives promised to escalate the issue to a higher department and assured me of a personal callback, none of which have occurred. Furthermore, they now claim that they cannot locate my order, yet the charge remains on my credit card statement.My specific grievances are as follows: 1. Non-delivery of goods worth over $2229.89. 2. Repeated failure of customer service to address or resolve the issue. 3. Lack of follow-up on promises made by Z Galleries representatives. 4. Discrepancy between the claimed inability to find the order and the continued charge on my credit card.This situation is deeply concerning and indicative of fraudulent activity. I demand the following actions be taken immediately: 1. A full and prompt refund of $2229.89. 2. A thorough investigation into the handling of my order and the service provided. 3. Written confirmation of the actions taken to resolve this matter.Please address this complaint with the urgency it deserves.       I recently wanted to purchase the ***** bed and saw it went on sale for Memorial Day. When I called to talk to a representative after waiting 15 min to connect with someone. I asked if I could order some color swatches and was told no. So first off I have called multiple times and have been on hold a minimum of 15 min. Twice was just disconnected after 15 min and had to call back. None of the reps I talked to seemed friendly at all. I got the impression they did not like their job. The first rep. **** me the Jules bed would be on sale until May 28th. I also received a 25% off coupon for signing up for ************** Which I expected to either get the sale price or use the 25% off coupon not both. When I went to order on May 27th neither the 25% off came and the sale price was not honered any longer. When I called and talked to a rep. **** said I had to have a code when I never received( I just received a text and email saying I had a 25% off Offer) and the most I could get was 10%. I even offered to screen sit the offer or forward him the email. His response was well its no longer on sale and we will not honor that regardless. So it seems to me Z Gallerie will not stay in business with giving false offers( which is illegal) and awful customer service. Im supposed to buy a bed frame for ******* + ****** shipping, no guarantee of what the exact color is besides what it supposedly looks like online and is non returnable. Also wont be shipped for 3 months,( which is understandable being custom made). But at least have color swatches so people can choose and know exactly what they are getting.i was very unhappy with my experience with them and made me very cautious to ever order from them especially after reading the others reviews.

      This ZERO Star. I returned an item within their requirements (with the ORIGINAL ORDER SLIP & making all the necessary copies supporting my return included in the box with the item to be validated) and I have sign-off confirmation by email that the item was received at their ************** I was seeking full credit/refund and provided all documentation supporting the reason for return to receive a full refund, which was not issued. They have completely LIED about the merchandise I returned; claiming I returned the 2nd purchase withholding the shipping fees to be credited back to me. The 1st item had manfacturing flaws/defects/defacing issues of poor finishing workmanship that I returned and those shipping fees were waived as part of a special offer on that particular order purchase I made. They claim I returned the 2nd replacement item, which is IMPOSSIBLE because they require the ORIGINAL SHIPPING ORDER FORM be returned to them, and that is still intact/affixed/unopened on the Box I have in my possession, which I have submitted photos of showing proof I am NOT LYING.I sent all my supporting documentation by email to their ***************** only to be dismissed.I have been doing business with this company for over 20 years (in store-until they went exclusively online only). This is the Thanks I Get for being a valued customer! In my case we are talking about the additional $33.08 and I want it returned to ME. I had to spend an additional $140.00 to ensure it arrived in one-piece with Insurance so now I am penalized even more. I am so done with this Company as I will never do business with them ever again. They are completely RUDE, UNWILLING TO ACCEPT THE ***** PROOF OF DOCUMENTATION SENT AS VERIFICATION OF THE ****** They can only provide the 2nd transaction as I AM SURE THEY DESTROYED THE ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS RETURNED. BUT that is OK because I have the Copies I submitted as PROOF. THEY ARE SO DISHONEST TO THE ***** I have pursued this matter with an Attorney.

      Sadly I did not read these comments before I ordered at February 3, 2024. I have the same problem and the customer service is non-existant. My coffee table is hung up with the delivery service. I heard nothing until March 21st at 6:35pm. That evening the not today delivery service texted me and said they would be here the next afternoon 3/22 between 1-5 . I was out of town and could not accept the delivery. Another message was sent to me at 8:09 pm and said it would be the Saturday before Easter and I needed to be there between 12-4. I was going out of town to be with family. I replied but no one has answered my texts since March 21 nor were my phone calls returned. Zs customer service cannot help-they say 1-2 days they will call back with an answer but they never call. The item is still in inventory so I asked that they send it. The delivery problem is not mine and Z already collected the payment in February. They will not resend another one and cannot elevate my problem to management. It is hopeless with Z and just as hopeless with Kingsway since they dont respond either.

      I am writing to file a formal complaint against ZGallerie regarding the late delivery of furniture that I ordered in November last year. On Black Friday, I made a purchase from ZGallerie for furniture that were promised to be delivered in the beginning of March. However, despite the extended timeframe, I have yet to receive the delivery as of now, in April. The delay in delivery has caused significant inconvenience and frustration on my part. I have contacted ZGallerie multiple times to inquire about the status of my order, but have received vague responses and no concrete solutions. I believe this delay in delivery is unacceptable, especially considering the substantial amount of money I spent on these items. I expect a prompt resolution to this matter.
