    I just received a PS4 from them through ******* that my wife bought me for our anniversary. Upon opening the shipping package the seal on the PS4 box was broken but all the accessories were still bagged. After connecting the system, I turned it on only to find out that's it stuck in Safe Mode. Following the on-screen instructions, it's trying to reinstall the software. But when I try to do so, it only turns the whole system off. After reading about this issue and watching numerous ******* tutorials on the problem, I'm unable to update or remove it from Safe Mode. Why would this product be shipped, let alone sold, if it's broken? Tried emailing the company about the issue and haven't gotten a response. Worst experience buying anything online!!!

    Item Ordered:- DualSense Wireless Controller Gray Camouflage, Playstation 5 - Sold via: Anazon.com - Condition: Used - Like New Regrettably, upon receiving the package, I discovered that the item I received did not match the item I had ordered. To compound the issue, the packaging in which the item arrived did not correspond to the item that was inside. This unsettling experience has left me deeply dissatisfied and questioning the integrity of the seller.Upon conducting thorough research, it has come to my attention that this issue extends beyond my personal experience. Several Amazon customers who have purchased from this particular seller have reported similar incidents, consistently documenting instances where they received incorrect items or encountered fraudulent practices. This widespread pattern of misconduct raises serious concerns about the seller's practices.

    Would give 0 stars if there was an option. Ordered PS5 from them. Received it and it was reported to **** as stolen before I purchased it. Now emailing back and forth to get my refund even though they have their doorstop back. I am seriously considering pressing charges as selling stolen items is a crime. *********** is no help as they didn't sell it.

    On 12/21/ 2022 I ordered a Ps5 on Walmart.com not knowing that it would be from 3rd party company. I received the package yesterday on 12/28/2022, pack box was beat up and the ps5 was supposed to have two controllers. Will we we open package there was only one controller that was ps5 and the other was controller for Xbox and I been calling and I emailed the company last night and haven't heard any thing there a big scam and I have my attorney looking into this company! After reading all reviews we are going to have a judge started against this company nationwide distributor! No stars giving

    I ordered a ps5 bundle from them through ******** I was scammed and there was no PlayStation in the box and had been replaced with huge rocks! I was ****** off and didn't find out until the night before Christmas when I tried to set it up for my kids! I had to disappoint them the following morning and tell them they couldn't get what they wanted because the ridiculous company scammed **! Every time I try to call during business hours the recording says to "call during business hours". There's no way to get through to them and I'm still waiting for ******* to resolve this issue with them. I may even file a lawsuit and have also disputed this with my bank. I spend $868 on this bundle and protection plan just to be scammed! This is the worst experience I have ever had ordering an item online!

She provided us with ring doorbell footage, where the delivery driver did not require a signature for drop off. As soon as the customer reached out to us we gained all evidence to file a claim through the carrier, and she was issued a refund, when asked if she wanted a refund or a replacement.     This seller frequently lists items they don't have and expects buyer to wait for fulfillment. Pursuing claims with **** to ensure if they get any shipping discount it is revoked.

    I ordered a switch on the ******* app the price was normal said I would have it by 10/26/2022 I ordered it 10/22/2022 with a game it was 365 and some change the games been shipped but the switch went from preparing order to order delayed check back later it's been like that since Sunday night hasn't changed then I seen all these reviews which I dnt really care about bcuz people give crappy reviews on company's all the time for nothing but I am really nervous now I hope I get my order on time or atleast info on what is going on with it I really want my order please as of now I put 3 bcuz I haven't got my order yet if I get info on what's going on I'd b really happy with u guys tbh I'd never just bash a place for nothing that's shameful and sketchy lol people blaming company's bcuz there kids beat on **** dollar systems n break them so parents want to try n get replaced for free lol this place wouldn't b in business still If they ripped all u people off come b real

    I ordered a ps5 from them and it never came. I then canceled my order over a week ago and have not been given my money back. When I try to call them they will not pick up the phone at any point of Their "business hours". This company is horrible and unprofessional in every way shape and form.
