I ordered a combination package for an autograph and photo with two actors that were scheduled to be at the event. One of the actors canceled and they told me that I needed to return the ticket. They led me to believe that I would be getting a refund on half the ticket and still be able to see the remaining actor. When I returned to the event to participate in the photo / autograph portion of the event, I was told that I returned my ticket and I was no longer eligible to participate, leaving me out $369 for my packet.Business response

On July 27th, 2022 I ordered a gold pass plus photo ops with *************************, ***** and ****** and ***** dressed as *******. My son fell extremely ill and we ended up in the hospital to stay. I have reached out to them on multiple times to see if I could roll over my tickets to another con at a different time, I am not looking for a refund that's honestly not what I am looking for. I just want to be able to do the con that I have been waiting to see. No one reaches back out, seems like they are just a scam and not a true business. Never going to order from them again. I did not attend the Lucifer Con 2023 ********** Convention. One of the guests cancelled from the convention so I would get a refund back for the duel photo op I had. It was a photo op between ************************* and *********************************. I submitted the request for the money back through their refund email, and did everything they said the day after the convention was over, and have not received the money back. It has been over 3 weeks. The amount is $134.25. No matter if you attended the convention or not, you would get the money back. Purchased a Copper ticket package for my mom and I for the four day 57 yr Mission Convention in ********* for August 2023. Everything advertised and history would lead customers to *********** celebrity panel discussions are part of the ticket package and included in the price. I purchased my tickets in February and heard nothing about a panel being separate at an additional charge and not even for the same seats. My seats are being sold out from under me and I have to pay for them again to see this panel.Initial Complaint

Creation entertainment sent me a message that I would receive a refund within 8 weeks and it has been 4 months now. This company is scamming customers by upselling them. They are forcing you to buy an expensive pass or loose out on your purchased photo op. This company put tickets for photo ops with a celebrity for sale in November. I purchased a photo op in Nov. because the company says they sell out, which they did. They advertised Single day admission for Sunday to the event on June *****th and said they would notify fans when they went on sale. Without an admission pass, you cannot use your photo op. The single day passes for Sunday, the day of the photo op, are showing as sold out. They never put single day passes on sale or communicated that they went on sale. I checked the website frequently waiting for them to be sold so I could purchase them. I signed up for email notifications and followed their social media sites for an announcement. They have only put Weekend passes and preferred seating for sale and communicated that via email. General admission weekend passes are $200 each, that is the cheapest option when there were $95 tickets advertised as single day Sunday pass. I don't believe they ever put single day passes for sale at all. There are also weekend tickets for sale still which include Sunday, but are saying Sunday is completely sold out. I've emailed the company several times and the only solution they give me is to buy a $289 seat. I had 3 people with me and a hotel expense. This is not a viable option.Initial Complaint

In the year 2020, I purchased tickets for StrangerCon in ***********. Due to COVID and other reasons, the event was cancelled. The event has been cancelled and rescheduled several times, leading up to the year 2023. I have requested on several occasions to receive a refund for the tickets purchased. Per the Creation Entertainment requirements, I did request a refund through their website. Not only have I requested a refund through their email but also in the amount of time that was allowed. My request has been done over four times, with negative responses. My invoice number is 0683668-IN, invoice date 03/01/2020. Order number *******. Customer number **********. I paid them ****** for 2 tickets to a convention they are hosting. The money was taken out of my bank account but the website said my account had 0 orders. So I emailed them and let them know. I also called numerous times and NOBODY ever answered the phone. I called over the course of 3 weeks and not once did someone pick up the phone. I was emailed back saying they have no order matching my name. I sent them proof of purchase including my ticket confirmation number. The woman ****** told me to order again. Why would I spend double the money? She emails me back once a week and hasn't solved any issues besides telling me twice, to order again.Initial Complaint

In June 2022, I was unable to attend a convention in which I purchased tickets to due to COVID-19. The company policy states that in the event of positive COVID-19 test, you can have tickets transferred to a different event. I requested the change of tickets in June 2022. Since then, I have not received reissued tickets or a refund. I emailed numerous times and only received two emails in response to the ticket transfer request. It has now been seven months and I have yet to have new tickets issues or a refund provided. They do not respond to emails, nor have a contact phone number. The amount of the tickets purchased that I am looking to have transferred or refunded totals $303. This has been an ongoing issue and struggle for me to receive any resolution to this issue.Customer response

I purchased tickets for the Sopranos convention and photos for meet and greets with two actors. The total cost was a little over $655. I received an email notifying me that the event was cancelled and that I would be issues a refund in full. It has been seven weeks now, and I have sent over 5 inquiries into my refund that have all been ignored. I have attempted to reach out on other social media platforms only for all of my messages to go ignored. The phone number they have listed leads to a voice recording that instructs you to email the same email I've been emailing that hasn't been responded to.
