      *** received multiple phone calls in regards to a company called debt-free solutions saying that I owe back taxes in which case I do not I have an accountant. I file my taxes always on time. I dont make enough money to so-called me behind and I usually just ignore these phone calls voicemails and automated systems but its becoming harassing and frustrating and the fact that theyre trying to get my personal information most likely to do identity theft is beyond frustrating.

      Survey Junkie says that you can earn money for taking surveys but they are not following through with the payout. I have tried to redeem my points for a week now and I keep getting a message telling me they couldn't verify my identity. I have done everything needed and I have tried to contact them but they will not respond. I would like to cash out.

      In order to improve the security of Survey Junkie and its members, we are introducing a new process of verification which is Photo ID verification, which will be a one time verification tool for our panelists. As a quality and verification measurement tool -this might be required at any point of the membership, in order to additionally:
      a) verify the account ( regardless of previous verification statuses)
      b) to exclude the chance of the account being compromised
      c) monitor the quality of provided information (honest and accurate information about themselves and all survey questions to the best of their ability)
      This method is used extensively in the market research industry for security and quality purposes. Again, we would like to emphasize that this is a one time verification check that members will not have to repeat over the lifetime of their account. That being said, the member has since verified their account and they have been able to continue taking surveys and should now be able to redeem their points.

      Early may I tried redeeming my points which I accumulated 220$ ..I tried both paypal and bank to cash out and I got an error ..tried for 3 days same error.i contacted them thru the chat bot was no help .days later I got a reply saying I would get my money ..give them my paypal..I did so a week goes by nothing.. contacted again took a while again to get back to me .I was told it takes time that is it..no time frame or any answers to my questions about payout.i really like the surveys I do.but I just want the money I earned and my questions answered not via bot! Now I'm just getting same email about it taking time thanking for my patience. But they have wore thin..what's my next step? Attorney General? Look I just want an explanation as to why its so long and when am I getting paid and can you only cash out in 5 dollar increments. So I know .if I continue to stay how I should cash out in the future.

      Please note that the member had earned more than ***** points. However, since the maximum redemption threshold on Survey Junkie is set at *****, they wont be able to redeem their points on their own. That being said, we have manually paid out their reward of $220.28 to the PayPal account they provided. Please, allow up to 2 business days for the transaction to be completed. In the future, the member can redeem before reaching 5500 points which will allow them to carry out redemption via all the available options on their own, and they will not have to wait for us to pay out their rewards manually.

      Survey Junkie put me through the steps of verification. I did this manually with my computer They refused comment on this and only phoned me once. . They gave me generic follow-*** with no contact person. They stopped talking to me about verification. I am questioning this form of communication. I cannot retrieve my reward without verification.

With that said, our records indicate the member has been properly compensated for all successfully completed surveys as well as received courtesy points for cases where they did not qualify or the survey filled up.

      Basic profile questions may appear on surveys, such as asking for your age, zip code or race, as a way to ensure consistent responses are shared. Providers do not have access to this data inherently and can only gain it through surveys. If at any point you do not feel comfortable continuing with a survey, the survey session can be easily terminated. Participation is voluntary and the type of answers provided are at the member's discretion.

      I am rejecting this response because: This happens every day check my activity it's all 3 pointers like I'm in the *** or something.  I reject this because it's regurgitating what they tell me everytime I complain. Race is the only question they ask about and they want me to be gay and I'm not. They have never given me anything fair or any effort at all in rectifying anything I've mentioned to them. They gave me 30 points one time which is and insult when one survey gives you much more than that. If that's the case then they owe me over 5000 points just check my activity how can I get it ? They know this , and this is why they refuse to treat me right. Constantly advertising special bonuses and every time is sign up I get 3 points or nothing. If the BBB just going to waste my time the ill be going higher with more agencies up to my own lawyer . No black man has a lawyer right? They lie and have always lied. Nothing new but I am demanding 5000 points and that is a low ball. Ask for my activity it's pathetic and only shows how racist they are. You may not want to go there but we are coming from there absolutely.  All about the Hispanics and immigrants. I served country in combat arms and you want to be so dam condescending in repair efforts.  Basically laughing at me. No I reject and want them to know I'm prepared to go further because your behavior historically is the same as now.       I've completed ****** points and has only received ****** in 2 years. That's 3 points per survey. Free surveys have been earned. 5000 points is modest!!!

      I had $61.34 in rewards that they needed to manually apply to my Paypal account. My initial email advised me it would take 2 days. It doesn't take 2 days to apply payment. I earned $50 of that total from an outside survey provider that personally informed me they applied it to my SJ account. I've yet to receive any of the $61.34 of MY MONEY. They keep telling me today, today, just blowing me off. I want the money I'm owed. I'm done being lied to. This company clearly lacks integrity and honesty. I've attached all the emails stating I'd receive my rewards. This happened last year with only $25. Stop the lies and pay me what the survey provider already paid you for.

Similarly, our records also indicate all PayPal payments between 1/1/22 to 5/17/24 have been successfully processed and paid out to the requested PayPal account.

      The member can login to their PayPal account *************************** in order to see these transactions. Please note that once a transaction has been completed, Survey Junkie no longer has access to these claimed rewards. It is recommended that the member contact PayPal support directly if they require additional assistance in retrieving their funds.

      I have been having a lot of trouble receiving payment points lately. I complete entire surveys that take longer than they say. When I finish, it says I didnt qualify. I have encountered this almost on a daily basis. The final straw was yesterday. I was to receive 170 points. I did a survey on nutritional supplements. It was supposed to take 20 minutes. Took me a half hour. I completed the entire survey and the survey provider thanked me for my participation. As I was transferred back to payment. It said I did not qualify. I tried to settle this with SurveyJunkie. They said I should answer surveys honestly. I did do that. They said theyd give me 40 points instead of 170. This happens all the time now. They need to advocate for the people like me who faithfully do surveys. Im getting ripped off and if things dont change Im going to delete this app and let everyone know about the negative experiences on here. I dont like not getting paid for my hard work.

      Per our records, the survey the member is referring to must go through a review process, which may take 2-4 weeks. They should have received a notice after clicking into the survey. It will have said something like this: "Survey answers will be reviewed and points will be awarded 3-4 weeks after completion." The review process usually ends after 14 business days. But, if additional review is necessary, the survey provider may use the full time frame. They are welcome to contact us again on after 4 weeks if they don't see these points added by then.

      I have been doing several survey with Survey Junkie and I have been cheated of my time and compensation. I have made several complaints to their customers department advising them about the time being incorrect. They say for example 5min and the survey are over 20 minutes.       Ive attempted to contact the Survey Junkie **************** Team multiple times between 2022-2023 regarding several different web page errors that occurred when attempting to complete the surveys advertised on their site; my last attempt to raise awareness of this issue was on 1/10/24, in which I never received a reply. The time Ive spent on each survey in question varies in length between ***** minutes, and each web page error, or glitch, happens at least halfway into the estimated time length. Its frustrating to have invested a considerable amount of time answering a plethora of questions meticulously, in addition to giving up your personal information and opinions in the process, only to have the survey end abruptly in error. Included with this report, I have attached a detailed account of my incident throughout this time period, along with thirteen screenshots of the webpage errors Ive encountered while attempting to complete Survey Junkies surveys. Unfortunately, I dont have any way of matching each screenshot to the exact survey ID in question (since, in every case, the survey ultimately times out, the web page freezes, or redirects me to an entirely new different survey), but I do have the exact time and date in which each screenshot was taken. Im sure that will provide enough information to refer back to the survey in question, so that it can be reviewed.Given that this situation (as a whole) was enough for me to walk away from the site, if Survey Junkie wishes to salvage my loyalty as their member, Im asking to be compensated a total of 1500 points, or $15.00. Again, this amount serves as reconciliation for the damages of inconvenience that took place (i.e., my time, effort, the personal information Ive shared but was never credited for, and the lack of response from Survey Junkies support team).

The member can contact us directly and once they provide the above mentioned information, we can begin an investigation and provide the member with detailed information.

      Survey Junkie, I feel underwhelmed and, quite frankly, offended by your response. Though verbose, I feel like whats being said here is that your company cannot be held responsible for the actions, or decisions, made by the third-party survey providers, and I wont accept that as a valid response. The truth is you have a moral obligation to take care of each of your members, and that includes situations where theyre wronged by the third-party survey providers YOU advertise on your site. --Please allow me to repeat the latter half of that statement: the third-party survey providers that Survey Junkie promotes on their website. Its hypocritical of you to assume the position of middleman when you oversaturate my email account with several messages that encourage me to partake in Survey Junkies surveys; nowhere in those emails do you take this same bipartisan stance and make mention that those surveys are from a third-party provider, Survey Junkie claims them as their own. Nowhere in clear, conspicuous, writing does Survey Junkie inform members that the surveys they partake in are from third-party providers that operate within their terms and conditions outside of Survey Junkies. In the same way, you cant be held responsible for the actions of your third-party providers, you cant claim that these surveys dont archive my information after Im terminated from participating; you just got done saying these surveys are hosted by third-party survey providers, once again implying that you have no control over the surveys and the third-party providers that operate them.


      Im not going to provide you the Survey IDs after I just finished explaining to you that I dont have the identification for any of the situations; how could I when the surveys disappeared after the link/webpage glitched, it timed out, or I was kicked from it? The fact that Ive provided you with the amount of detail I have (including screenshots with the date and time) and Im still being asked to do more is infuriating; to request that I reach out to you directly, after stating that I spent several times attempting to get an email response from customer support, seems careless and dismissive of my problems as a member on your site.

      Survey Junkie, please do the right thing here and refund me what Im owed. I would like to avoid contacting the *** (for violating their Full Disclosure rules) or raising awareness to the community members of Reddit; there are several unsatisfied members who are interested in pursuing legal action and I truly dont want to add fuel to the fire.
