    Company sent parts for 2 different m achines instead of all parts for 1 machine after placing order I was deployed out of ** and returned 10 days after *****************************************************************************************************

    **************** is terrible. I had a shipping issue with ***** (tracking showed it stalled at a location for a week with no pending delivery date). I called to see what the next step was to either get a refund or a replacement part, and the guy on the phone kept cutting me off telling me it was *****s fault, and gave me zero recourse other than to call *****, which I already had done three times. I asked him about expedited shipping if I bought the parts again because I have a machine that is broken down, and he cut me off again and said thats not an option. What type of company in 2022 only offers slow ground shipping? I told him Id just buy elsewhere and try to get a refund because the shipment was obviously lost, and he literally hung up on me. Will not be shopping with them again, as there are too many other options out there that actually treat their customers right.

We do understand your frustration with the carrier's delay in scanning the item, per the tracking this package had been delivered and a picture provided by the carrier on 12/13.
