    I ordered two plants on 11/21/22. They hadn't shipped within the expected time frame so I emailed the company who said they were being held for one week due to bad weather, but offered to cancel the order. I opted to wait for the plants, but I didn't follow up until after the new year due to the holidays. At that time, they said the plants still had not shipped, but they were expected to ship in one week HOWEVER they would not honor the request to cancel. I am unhappy with this resolution. I would like a refund as they had originally offered and for them to hold the order in their warehouse. There is no reason why it would take them a month and a half to ship the plants. If they could offer a refund after the original email when they expected it to ship within a week -- why can't they refund me if they still expected it to ship within a week even though it was three weeks later?

    Purchased three plants. Took a very long time to receive and the time between the ship out date and delivery was also very long so the plants were not in good shape upon receipt. I knew I could work with two of the plants but asked that one plant be replaced because it was far too damaged (***** and yellow leaves, bent/broken leaves, no growth of flowering part of the plant, etc.). Simply asking for a replacement and the company is being difficult.
