    The plant I paid $50 for arrived upside down in the box, missing 80% of its leaves. I think it was a healthy plant when it was shipped but the company is not returning my emails about the situation. Buy BEWARE!

    Wish I read these reviews before ordering. Same experience for me as others shared below. I ordered (2) plants on 12/19/22. Never received a shipping notification so I emailed them 1/9/23, since it had been 3 weeks. Auto response email said a human will get back to me in 48 hours, its been 4 days. With that said, it's been a full month since my order was placed and they took my money, still no plants and no customer service at all. Their website now shows almost every product as "out of stock" so let's see if I ever get my plants or money back.

    TERRIBLE COMPANY! I had the same issue as ******* and reached out to **************************** to inquire about the delay and to cancel the order. They do not communicate massive delays to their customers, they just reactively update their FAQs. Since I had not received a shipping notification weeks later, I asked them to cancel the order. They replied with all the warmth in the world--copy and pasting their cancellation policy: We are unable to cancel or make any changes to orders after they have shipped.I told them I was reaching out to them before the plant shipped. They ignored this reply.I got an automatic email the next day advising me that my plant shipped. Shady practice. Get your plants somewhere else!
