      I am writing to formally express my disappointment with my recent experience at Carworld located in ************ On 03/26/2025 I visited your dealership with the intent of purchasing a vehicle. Unfortunately, I was met with an extremely unprofessional and dismissive attitude from one of your sales representatives, **** [Last Name Unknown]. His conduct was not only disrespectful but also embarrassing, as he spoke to me in an improper manner in front of my son, ultimately telling me to leave if I didnt want to buy the car. Additionally when I asked for copies of the paperwork and documentation he defined stating he didnt have to give me anything and only gave me the copy of my CA ID. Leaving me in tears. When I requested to speak with a manager, I was informed that a supervisor named **** was available. However, after hearing that I had a complaint, I was then told that he was suddenly unavailable. Another manager, ****, was said to be at lunch. Thankfully, ******* and ***** were very professional and helpful, and I appreciate their assistance. Comforting me and trying to find a solution to this matter. Additionally, the car I was shown was in unacceptable conditionit had three bald tires, needed an oil change, and was dirty inside. A vehicle requiring such repairs should not have been presented to a potential buyer.This experience was one of the worst I have ever had while shopping for a car, and I believe no customer should be treated this way. I am requesting that appropriate action be taken regarding ***** behavior, as well as a review of the dealerships customer service standards. I would appreciate a formal response regarding how this matter will be addressed.

      I put $5000 down payment on the car and expected to pay $550 per month for my standard car payment. I made a $500 payment on October 14th and then $800 payment on 11/08. I was under the impression that the money I was paying was going towards my car payment only to find out this company charged me a "balloon payment "of $1750. I did not get any calls stating I was late on my payments or that I needed to pay anything extra for having the car. Fast forward my 2 year daughter woke up sick so I decided to take her to urgent care. While I am in the waiting room at the hospital I look out the window and My car is being towed away. I thought maybe I parked in the wrong area only to find out my brand new car was being repossessed. I called the company where a very rude gentleman explained that I would need to pay $3,000 to get my car out of the tow yard. I asked him why this was happening and he explained the balloon payment to me and stated that the $1300 I had paid went towards the $1750 balance that I was unaware of. I asked for a copy of my signed agreement and he stated he would have to find it. After not receiving the copy of my agreement I called and asked how do I get my belongings out of the car since I had just went Christmas shopping the day before and all of that was left in the car. **** explained that my stuff had already been removed from the car. I was confused by this statement since they had only towed my vehicle two hours before. **** gave me a cell phone number to reach out to the repo company so I could get my belongings. I was told my car was towed to Car World and I could get my stuff at the dealership. 12/19 I show up to the dealership approx. 2 1/2 hours after my car was towed and they told me I needed to drive to ********* 2 hours away to get my belongings.

      I am not liable for this debt with *********. I do not have a contract with Carworld Autos, they did not provide me with the original contract as I requested.

      Its barely been 8mo and this what they wish to call business is a used and abused dealership advertised on the radio which I will no longer listen nor shout the radio station out, they dont need no publicity at all to scam and harass. This joke-world is one of the best criminal auto places ever. They lie, dodge every phone call possible if they know who you are and belittle you, and will dodge any serious questions you have. This joke removed the account on reporting on my credit which was 100% on time and excellent, they harass you for payment five days before its due, I NEVER asked for reminders but when I sent a message to remind them to fix anything, they act like were bothering them. This removal hit my credit score bad & while I was in process of loan options. I asked to Promptly respond by writing, greatly appreciate it and they have not reached out or acknowledged anything that I have sent their way. The removal of my car loan has significantly impacted my credit score. This action has caused my denial of a loan and its very upsetting. Ive asked to resubmit the account details to the credit bureaus promptly to reflect my positive payment history. I asked that I need a written statement detailing why this account was removed and confirming its original terms and payment status. I will submit this to the credit bureaus as part of my dispute process. What will be done after all my credit score is affected because of an error on CarWorlds part, which I wouldnt doubt at all since Ive had a terrible experience since the start with them. This place literally has to be stopped and the employees know exactly what they are, from sales-receptionists-mechanics and even the malicious so-called owners of this mess. They might laugh but honestly I had everything to lose and lost, hope it comes back to them all. With a heavy heart I asked and pleaded if this is something theyll have their own families drive in and they all denied, looked ashamed, four whom I asked.

      On Feb ******* I financed a vehicle with Carworld in ************ where I financed my vehicle of $24,625.79 and my payments monthly would be $743 I also put $6,000 down towards the car as a down payment it was brought to my attention after going over all of my payment receipts that my remaining balance was $21,385.41 as of Oct 8 , 2024 which wasnt adding up to me also was able to see that they were putting $600+ towards the interest and only $100 towards the principal of my vehicle so I called the establishment to get a clear understanding of what was actually going on and why werent things adding up while calling I was faced with multiple people hanging up in my face transferring me to number that didnt work and individuals answering and just breathing on the phone after 1 hour of trying to get a hold to someone I finally was able to speak with a individual by the name of ****** were I was told my car was sold and financed to me at $37,174.50 I stated to Ms ****** that I never agreed to that price because the car isnt worth that price and that Ive also put in almost $3,000 worth of work on the vehicle I also expressed to her that my contract says something totally different from the contract she was reading to me she basically insinuated that I was providing false information and that it was nothing she can do to help me I was also refused help even if I brought my original contract in they also informed me about a $12,000 gap insurance that I didnt agree on because they stated to me before leaving the car lot I would have to have my own car insurance on the vehicle so I wasnt understanding where the $12,000 gap insurance was coming from they wouldnt provide me with any further information and continued to be very rude and unhelpful I stated that it was illegal to change the contract without me having knowledge on what was going on and was hung up on again leaving me with no answers to why Im being charged $37,174.50 when that isnt the amount I signed for

      I have just recently made a complain on Car World and them scamming me out of so much Money. After the Review They Scammed me AGAIN ! They repoed my car 2 weeks after it was late when I already paid 659$ and made a payment arrangement. They tried to charge me 1300 + 220$ storage fees after taking my car until I told them they are scamming me I just paid my car note so he made me pay $900 + 220$ storage fee!!! They are scamming people out of thousands of dollars and should be illegal !! On my credit the car is Upside down only work ***** with a ****** car loan it says I only paid 1900 when in fact I paid $3,299 within only havin the car May-September. Plus a ***** deposit ! They are scamming me out this car when I basically already put over ***** into the car !!

      On 10/06/2024 I went to carworld to purchase a 2021 ***** Silverado 1500. I inspected the vehicle test drove it and was satisfied. Gave a $3000 deposit sighed some paperwork and drove off the car lot at around 2 pm. The next day 10/07/2024 I attempted to leave my home at 7am and as I was driving I noticed the check engine light was on, the transmission gave several jerks as it shifted gears, and the ** would turn off and on. I immediately drove back to the dealership there service representative took the truck out for a test drive and upon return stated that the truck needed repairs. Since then I have been to the carworld dealership everyday and get the same answer, (maybe tomorrow) I went there today and finally spoke with the person that sold me the vehicle ******** ******* and he said that I was just going to have to wait until they can figure out what was wrong with the truck. I asked since I have not had the vehicle can we cancel the contract and get a refund. Mr ******* stated, no you're just going to have to wait until the truck is ready.

      I purchased a car from Car carwold Less than three weeks ago and that engine seems to have a misfire whenever I press the gas while Im on the highway Ive recorded seven Incident where I press the gas and it takes more than four minutes to speed up. Also, the engine seems to be struggling whenever this happens Ive not made a payment on the car and Ive given them $4500 and Im already experiencing problems I would like for them to fix this or reimburse me back from my money.

      !!DONT GO HERE!!!!!!WASTE OF TIME!!! literally drove a total of 3 hrs just for them to tell me I need $3500 after I called and asked them if they work with my credit lady name **** said ya you are approved for a car over 19k and no down all I needed was my license and insurance for the car of my choice well after the drive there *** the supposedly finance manager looked at us and said even before we sat down he said we need $3500 down no questions asked literally was there 10 mins he didn't even look my name up or credit but said NO
