            i purchased my stairmaster over 2 months ago and i still have not received it. to be ******* clear- i paid the entire amount in full thousands of dollars $$$$$$$$$$$. i dealt directly with *** and ***** ( who turned in to a ghost after i asked where my unit was) again do not buy here- they will ask for payment in full- then never deliver - classic case of not having the money to buy your order so they rely on you to give them a loan to buy it and then someday ship it to you. i am real custmer - do not write back and say you want to help-you have been saying you would help in countless texts and emails- we are well past you trying to save any face.

            Total Body Experts lied to me about the recumbent cross trainer I bought from them for my disabled wifes rehabilitation. She told me it had features that we needed so I could isolate & track specific areas & the machine does not do this. I spent a lot of money on this ********************************** ripped me off & lied to me just to sell me this junk that does not perform as expected & as needed. Im very unhappy about it & severely dissatisfied. Beware they will lie to you just to sell you something.

            We offer a 30 day trial period on all our equipment to ensure that all of our customers are satisfied. Our customer received his machine on 12/15/23. We did not hear from our customer for months after he made the purchase. We reached out over 5 months later on 5/22/24 to check in with our customer. As soon as he got back to us with his concerns on 6/11/24, I responded immediately asking him to please call our service department so that our service manager can review all the features that are available with the machine he purchased and see if the unit he purchased can provide the functionality he needs. We will be happy to address any concerns and find a resolution. Please reach out to our service team at ***********************************
