    Terrible experience.Told me to promise a good review and they would put the water heater where I paid for it to be placed. Extortion artists.

    I figured I might as well as add my horrible review of Temco Logistics. How ********** has partnered with this company is beyond me. After 4 attempts my stove was finally delivered on January 14. The girl doing the install admits to me that shes a rookie. After they leave, here and there we smell gas. We thought that maybe this was normal for a new install. By the next day we still smell it, so we contact ** customer service. ****** tells us oh they shouldnt have installed it, thats supposed to be done by *** Im like what?? Nobody ever said that, we paid for delivery and install. She says shell get in touch with ** and then proceeds to disconnect me. We run over to ** store where we purchased the appliances, and tell them the story. Now supposedly someone from ********************* is supposed to contact me to connect the stove correctly. Who knows when that will be? In the meantime, Im now without a stove. And I wont bore you with how another Temco tech practically flooded my kitchen in his attempt to install my dishwasher. I wound up having my plumber do it. This company is a very sad commentary on **. They mustve been the lowest bidder to get the ** contract for their deliveries/installs. As long as they use Temco Logistics, I will NEVER buy another appliance from the **********. Oh and a note to BBB - you give them a A+ rating? With all these horrendous reviews, how is that possible??

    If I could give negative ****** stars as a review I would! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER from this company of Temco Logistics, that ********** farms their delivery service out to! TERRIBLE customer service from both ********** big box store AND was NOT informed that they contract out their appliance delivery! I have waited over 6 WEEKS to get my refrigerator. They missed the first scheduled day, then they brought a damaged NEW unit 2 weeks ago so could not install it. This is my THIRD attempt wasting my entire day waiting for these clowns! THIRD time emptying out my refrigerator/freezer, and I did not even get to pick my delivery day or window!!! I missed my son's State Competition today because I had to wait for my delivery from "9:30am to 1:30pm", so was going to it after my delivery, and that I "would get a call from Temco when they are 30 minutes away". It is now 4:04pm, no call, and am on hold AGAIN with ********** big box store for almost an hour trying to get some answers. DO NOT USE ********** big box home improvement retailer because you will be beyond frustrated while they could care less! NEVER going to ********** again and filing a complaint with the BBB because both of these companies bait and switch and still don't have my appliance!

    On Friday September 16, 2022 a local Temco Team delivered a refrigerator purchased from ********** to a renovated apartment kitchen on ******************************************************************* on the day and time promised..The crew leader called 15 minutes before delivery and arrived promptly 15 minutes later..The space where the fridge would go required that the doors be revered, and within a few minutes, the team carefully and expertly revered the doors, and with great care installed the refrigerator. I have had other appliances delivered to this historic duplex over the years. This Temco crew was by far the best. I offered a tip. The crew leader declined: "We're paid to do a good job." They were first rate, for sure!--*************************

    I also bought a refrigerator from ***. Was scheduled to arrive following Friday at my rental unit. Got text the night before from big box company that delivery was 8am-12pm. Had not received confirmation that morning from driver they were on their way. Had to call *** for *********** contacted Temco. Said 30 minutes call from driver before arrival at rental property & was 2nd on delivery route. No phone call. Drove by property at 9am & still no truck. Went home, got a call they were outside property. Had to drive like crazy to meet them. Got to the rental, they wheel refrigerator to door & already scratched bottom side of appliance. They said it was like that but I saw all the foam wrapping when it got off the truck. *** said that delivery would move my old refrigerator to another room. The delivery guys were condescending said he had to look at the fridge first & right away said he could not move it. I said *** had it in my purchase agreement. He then told me I had to pay them extra. I was livid at this point and proceeded to call ***. Then he changes his story & said I needed to call *** to have the extra charge added on to the delivery. While waiting to be connected to the appliance department the guy tells the other guy to wheel my new refridgerator back to the truck. Said he needed to go. At this point he had only been at my property for 15 minutes. I was absolutely appalled at the unprofessional, poor communication, and bullying experience. *** told me to stop the guys from taking my fridge. The delivery guys said they were calling cops on me! I told them I would file a complaint w/ police as well. The cops never came & I said I was calling my husband. They wheeled the fridge back up to my driveway. Did not use hose I paid extra for. And no paperwork from them.The contract with this 3rd party for delivery is horrible. I certainly will NOT be shopping for appliances at *** again if this is the delivery service/experience that I have to contend with.

    I have had the absolute displeasure of trying to get a washer/dryer delivered via Temco today. The first attempt didnt work because I mismeasured the space. Temco scheduled a 2nd delivery, and after not getting any info about the delivery timeframe, I called and was informed that I was not on the schedule for that day (June 14th). So, I rescheduled for June 18th between 10:30 AM and 2:30 PM. At 1 PM I hadnt received any further info, so I called ****************** I was informed that actually my delivery time is between 1:30 PM and 5:30 PM. At this point, Im confused and upset. I later got a call from the delivery guys at 1:29 pm saying they would be at the rental in ***** mins. At 1:45 pm my tenant called to inform me that the delivery guys arrived (thats 15 mins, not ***** mins). I live 10 mins away so I had to drive like a bat out of h*** to get to the rental. I called in transmit to let them know I was 5 mins away and I was informed that theyre leaving. I totally lost it! Why give a 30 to 45 mins timeframe when its an absolute lie? Upon arriving at the rental, the delivery guys were condescending that I didnt have the space open and ready for delivery, and advised me they were leaving! So, things deteriorated from there, I was absolutely appalled at the unprofessional, poor communication, and misogynistic experience. ********** is great, but their contract with this 3rd party for delivery is a reputation killer. I certainly will NOT be shopping for appliances at ********** again if this is the delivery service/experience that I have to contend with.
