    I'm so disappointed! Machine super tied. They don't entertain at all. Stuff, very rude!. A few days ago I was carrying a small luggage, a security officer Christopher ***** show up again harrassing people!! told me If I was not in the hotel, I need to live. My friend and my ride was playing. He told me to live at 4:00 AM and wait outside. I ask for the supervisor, he ask him to reconsider and he refuse. How can someone so unprofessional is allowed to work with the public. It is embarrassing for this casino!.

    Yamaava Casino and resort refused to give me my $2000 plus $75 fee for buying the ticket that I bought as a gaming ticket after their *** printed a ticket and redirected me to take it to the cage on August 29 2024. I purchased a gaming ticket of $2000 with $75 fee for a total of $2075. from one of the ***** But I got redirected to cash the ticket at the cage where they, including ** ***** who is one of the supervisors started asking me all irrelevant questions such as where's your player's card? Which machines do you usually play? etc. They took my ID and the debit card I used to purchase the ticket and kept them for a long time. They eventually told me, they can not pay me the money. (Mind you, it's my own money). They said I need to contact my bank and dispute it! What a horror? Minutes before this, the machine I was playing kept rejecting any $100 I put prompting me to insert my player's card but since they don't have good slot points for the amount of money I spend I usually don't even use my card. When I take the $100 rejected at the machine to an ***, the *** gives me *** card to be cashed at the cage than giving me my money back in changes. When I eventually tried to buy the $2000 gaming ticket, that's when it eventually caused the horror full experience of, " unfortunately, we can not give you your money. You should dispute it with your bank ". If it was about verification, they could easily have checked their cameras and verify that it was me who purchased the card. After all, they had my debit card and my ID. ************* took one month to investigate the issue and sent me a mail yesterday that my claim is invalid and to contact the casino. When I contacted ** ***** who is a supervisor at the cage today, she told me she will call me back.

    **************** and food quality at the steakhouse very excellent. The restaurant is super clean and the food are delicious and fresh. A little bit pricey. But we did enjoy it. I definitely recommend all quest should try it out when going to Yaamava Casino. Thank you so much for providing us with a superior customer service and to all the guests.

    Yaamava is the wors Casino I ever go, around Aug 30 I received email said I can rsvp 2 free ticket for 9/18 show. So I submit and let confirmed by email, require to go to casino to pick up the voucher. Than event date 9/18 we go to box office pick up they ticket , but this is manager name **** said ticket was sold out this very stupid host program, make customer go 2 time and end up didnt release any tickets, i highly suggest every not to go this casino, bad casino I ever go give them 0start

    We go to Yaamava casino every Sat. even though it is a 100 mile drive, one way. We enjoy ourselves but have continuously seen the machines and free play get really tight. I used to get $120 free play. Then it went to $90, then $75 and now $60. I am a Amber ****** and so is my husband but he gets a lot less than I do. Same with gift cards. I used to get $100 and husband $50. Now I would get $50 and my husband nothing. ****** has also gone down. Seems this all happened when they changed name to Yaamava . We both should be platinum by end of year. Hope things improve then. Would love to stay at hotel once but too expensive. They would not even comp us 1 night for our 53rd anniversary. Wish there was another similar casino as close or closer we could try.

    Today had a bad experience with one of the Yaamava security guard at the entrance. My wife, myself went to the Casino after I passed the security one of them yells at me because by accident had a pocket knife on me. This guard was very rude loud in precense of my wife and the public. I raised my right hand showing that I understood. The guard demanded for me to putaway the item on my vehicle. I complied with order. The guard keepsnyelling outloud while I keep walking away towards my vehicle. Guard continuing yelling rude men. He follows me and my wife for good 50 to 60 feet away from the main entrance. I turned around to see what the guard have to say " YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE CASINO, GO HOME, DO NOT COME BACK" I said excuse me Sir you do not tell me what I have to go from here I can go what ever I want not what you said for me to go home. I was kind and humble. The guards ego got bigger and yelling again "IF YOU COME BACK TO THE CASINO I WILL ARREST YOU!" The guard was aggressive attitude, my wife and me where shock by the security guard comments, threats, and rude acts. Am one of the regular visitor at Yaamava. This individual acting alone like he owns the casino. He provoking me to make things worse. I kept myself calm. Security guard follows me away from the entrance at the parking lot acting alone raising my concerns as being harassed by this guard. This is not what we should experience because the guard acts merely was humilliating, abusing of power, threatening to arrest me, yelling outloud in precense of my wife, and the people walking towards the entrance of the Casino. Yaamava should not have this type of individuals with bad behavior towards their customers. The guards, must be respectful, with kindness, morals to the public. Not mistreat by someone who thinks he owns the Casino. Provoking conflicts that can escalates to civil liability security guard 's bad behavior. Am glad there are cameras, audio, that can prove that I was peaceful visitor. Always

    The people running this place are a joke. They have no integrity they won't honor any deals their employees put in writing. Their *********** managers take over 2 months to return calls if you need to change host since they all lie. The casino will say its misinformation but it's not just a useless leadership team. They use unethical tactics to get people to ****** there and then will deny any wrong doing

    Me and many friends have hone in with couple gs, and nothing .... I know a turquoise member ( I wish she would come forward but being turquoise she doesn't want to loose her benefits) said back in the day, prizes where random like cars and large money, but not any more... she said every thing is planed out and lined up for thier big players to win. They have not the slightest chance all these people coming preying to win a lil something, people that need it, and instead the machines are watched and when about to hit , ( often not always ) reserved, removed or turned off... she said all the ************* know this, it's no secrete... that if they could eliminate the low class they would, that's why the machines are getting to be more and more expensive,....... idk but I know it's painful to go loose all your hard earned money and not even be up one time, just straight flushed, 30 mins =****** min, on a lowest bet possible..... table games ... forget it blackjack min.... never less then ***** never

    I started coming last year and I always have a good experience, the food is very good and tasty the hotel is clean and very nice. Customer service is always friendly and efficient . I get treated as I treat them I love their entertainment shows and their gifts.I only play what I can afford to spend ..this year I hit several jackpots so it depends on your luck. I go there to have fun and enjoy. I always play responsible I love this casino.

    This place SUCKS. I’ve been going here and pechanga for the last 7 months and infomWAY BETTER at ********. I play slots. I don’t think it’s a coincidence that I always lose my $$$ at Yaamava’ but win decent to big at ********. This place has taken enough of my money and I’m never playing slots here again
