    I ordered a pair of jeans. The wrong size jeans arrived and after continuously reaching out to the company for an exchange they have failed to respond to my complaint. I proceeded to order the correct size jeans and initiate a return of the original pair and they still have not responded. I am seeking a full refund!!! I have contacted my bank about this issue

    ************************************************************************************************************************************************ I ordered the above pair of boots as a pre-order. they were to be delivered in a few months, hence the reason i did not file a complaint immediately. we have been corresponding for the last 9 or so months about getting a refund and they continue to extend the delivery date, to the point they no longer answer my emails. i sent a complaint via ****** and i have also complained to *******, to no avail. this is a last resort.

    I ordered boots back in Aug 11. To this day they havent shipped them or given me a refund. They have a phone number on their site that doesnt work and their support team takes ages to respond

    12-25-23 Order for Leather Grenada Chelsea **** was placed and money was deducted from my credit card. Its now 12-17-24 NO Leather Grenada Chelsea ****!!! Same generic response in regards to my order status. Last few months Oro has ignored all my emails. ORO does not pick up their phone calls. No refund offered

    I purchased two pairs of boots from Oro, online on September 25th, 2024. Their website says, Please allow 2-4 business days for us to process the order and shipment - after the fourth day you should receive a tracking email, in addition please allow approximately 1-5 days for delivery. If you purchased a back-ordered or pre-order item(s), please refer back to the shipping timeframe listed in the product description. The 2 pairs of boots I ordered were in stock at the time I purchased them. I have yet to receive a tracking number, nor the boots. I have contacted the company multiple times over email without any concrete resolution. I simply want the boots I purchased delivered to me as promised in the timely manner their website leads you to believe. Additionally, the Companys phone number: ************ does not work when I tried to contact them.

    Purchased boots back in August and Ive never received them, they charged my card despite not having the product in stock, and their communication is terrible, Id like my credit card fully refunded, I do not want to continue waiting anymore.

    I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an order I placed with Oro Los Angeles. I purchased a pair of "THE ORO **** JODHPUR BOOTS" in size 8 US / ** 41 directly from the ORO Los Angeles website. The total amount of $371.25 was charged to my debit card for the boots, which I was assured would be shipped with free delivery. However, after 11 months of waiting, the product has still not arrived.I have contacted the company multiple times via email to inquire about the status of my order, but I have yet to receive a satisfactory response or resolution.The company continues to sell the exact boot on its website.     I've ordered a few things from ORO Los Angeles in the past with no problems... Great products, but this past order in June 2024 still not fulfilled. Half a dozen emails later, still the run around. I've contacted my ********** at this point. Bummer cause i really like their boots.

    I placed an order on 6/23/2024 with Oro Los Angeles for the ***** BLACK DENIM - 34 x 33 for $180 along with a coupon resulting in a total of $117.75. On 7/12/2024 I reached out to their customer service email ************************************ I messaged: Hello, I placed an order on 6/23 and I havent received and updates on the order status. 7/16/24 I received A response from **** stating Regarding your Order THE ***** BLACK DENIM, we've been experiencing a surge in demand. We're currently restocking our inventory to ensure we can fulfill your order as soon as possible 8/22/24 I sent an email. I placed my order back in June and emailed you guys in July for the status of my order. Its almost September and I havent received anything but promotional emails. *** ordered items from your business over the years with no issues. Are you guys doing anything for customers that are waiting this long? I dont want to have to cancel my order but at the same time I expect a product and customer service to be delivered. I havent received any updates in regards to my order9/6/24 I received an email from ****. I would like to let you know that we are working with our warehouse right now to get an accurate estimate of when your things will arrive (ETA).If you would like to SWAP for a different item, I can advise on what is currently in stock for immediate Expedited Shipping. We currently have the following items in-stock and ready to be shipped:MAR DENIM MAR RISTA DENIM NOIR TRISTE DENIM10/24/2024 I placed an order 6 months ago for the istan black denim. I messaged you guys back in September and was told I would be provided an update soon. I havent received any updates and I feel like you guys should discount my purchase more or also provide me with another product while I wait. *** purchased many pieces of denim from your business with no issues but almost 6 months with no product is ridiculous. I also plan on moving in December The denim shows in stock.

    I placed an order with them on 11/09/2023 for a pair of jeans and a shirt (total $222.92). The jeans arrived about a week later but the shirt never did. I have been in communication with there customer support team via email and they assured me that the warehouse in ***** was backed up but my order would arrive soon. That date kept getting pushed back month after month until they ask me to pick another item. The shirt is still available for purchase on their website. I have asked for a credit towards another item and a refund now and correspondence has since stopped from their support team.
