    The boots were initially purchased on 7/21/2024. The "THE CLASSIC BLACK ******* BOOTS" in a size 12. I ordered them when they were on back order and understood I would have to wait a bit for them to be back in stock.The first time I reached out was on 8/22/2024. I received a reply on 9/6/2024 telling me the back order status. However, during this time I have seen multiple (still being posted too) posts on their social medias talking about their restocks and specifically showing off the "CLASSIC BLACK ******* BOOTS" as one of the restocked pairs. I received no messages back on their Instagram account December 1st, 2024. Every time I would reach out, I receive an automated message and eventually a follow up from an "****" saying "Hello ******,Let me follow up once more, and Ill make sure to provide you with an update as soon as I hear ********* Regards,****"This is an obvious scam of a business as I'm not the only person that has had an experience like this. I moved from the address I initially stated in the order and I just want to have this order cancelled and my refund.

    I placed an order on March 12 from Oro Los Angeles with expedited shipping. I have not received my order and I have sent over 10 emails with no response, no tracking number, and no update on my order.

    I placed an order on September 9, 2023, for the Oro **** Jodhpur boot size 11 (US), order # ***** - $475.I have been in correspondence with Oro, since October 2023 in attempts to receive my order. They gave multiple excuses related to shipping issues, being out of stock and finally when I asked for a refund that has also been 5 months delayed.

    I purchased a pair of boots from Oro Los Angeles in May of 2023 and I still haven't received them. I have been in contact with who is supposed to be their customer service department many times and they have asked me to choose a different product due to the one I ordered being out of stock. They even gave me a list of products to choose from that were available for immediate shipping. I chose from those products on November 22nd 2024 and I still have not received them.

    On 2/22/2025, I ordered (Order #*****) "THE ALICANTE CREPE ******* BOOTS" (Size 13 US / ** 46) from ************************** for $289.75 immediately after receiving a restock email alert for this specific item. Payment was processed, and the order was confirmed via ******** of 3/26/2025, over one month later, I have not received the boots or any shipping/tracking information, contrary to the confirmation email.Over the past month, I have emailed ORO customer support multiple times regarding my order status. Their responses have been severely delayed, often taking weeks. When they finally replied, support stated the boots were oversold, and they could not fulfill my order.This explanation is highly questionable because:1. I ordered immediately upon receiving their restock alert.2. Since being told the boots were oversold, I have received at least two more restock alert emails from ORO for the exact same boots (size 13 US / ** 46), including one as recently as 3/25/2025.This situation suggests poor inventory management or misleading sales tactics (accepting orders/sending alerts for unavailable items). The extremely slow email support and the direct contradiction between their "oversold" claim and ongoing restock alerts are unacceptable.

    I ordered a pair of jeans. The wrong size jeans arrived and after continuously reaching out to the company for an exchange they have failed to respond to my complaint. I proceeded to order the correct size jeans and initiate a return of the original pair and they still have not responded. I am seeking a full refund!!! I have contacted my bank about this issue

    ************************************************************************************************************************************************ I ordered the above pair of boots as a pre-order. they were to be delivered in a few months, hence the reason i did not file a complaint immediately. we have been corresponding for the last 9 or so months about getting a refund and they continue to extend the delivery date, to the point they no longer answer my emails. i sent a complaint via ****** and i have also complained to *******, to no avail. this is a last resort.

    I ordered boots back in Aug 11. To this day they havent shipped them or given me a refund. They have a phone number on their site that doesnt work and their support team takes ages to respond

    12-25-23 Order for Leather Grenada Chelsea **** was placed and money was deducted from my credit card. Its now 12-17-24 NO Leather Grenada Chelsea ****!!! Same generic response in regards to my order status. Last few months Oro has ignored all my emails. ORO does not pick up their phone calls. No refund offered

    I purchased two pairs of boots from Oro, online on September 25th, 2024. Their website says, Please allow 2-4 business days for us to process the order and shipment - after the fourth day you should receive a tracking email, in addition please allow approximately 1-5 days for delivery. If you purchased a back-ordered or pre-order item(s), please refer back to the shipping timeframe listed in the product description. The 2 pairs of boots I ordered were in stock at the time I purchased them. I have yet to receive a tracking number, nor the boots. I have contacted the company multiple times over email without any concrete resolution. I simply want the boots I purchased delivered to me as promised in the timely manner their website leads you to believe. Additionally, the Companys phone number: ************ does not work when I tried to contact them.
