    I put an order for a pair of $400 ******* boots last year around February (expedited) and they have since just been giving me the run around that they dont have the supplies to make the boots? But the money has not been refunded and at this point the have just stopped responding to my emails

    This company is running a scam on it's customers. A common tactic is that they advertise on social media that they are running a massive discount so it seems too good to be true for their clothing or shoes. Once you make the purchase, you WILL NOT receive tracking information. When you email the company for an update they will say verbatim."Regarding your Order, we've been experiencing a surge in demand. We're currently restocking our inventory to ensure we can fulfill your order as soon as possible.Our productions have been severely impacted by delays due to material shortages. We sincerely appreciate your patience and we are working tirelessly to get all orders out in a timely manner."I encourage you as the customer to file a chargeback complaint because they are not going to refund your money. There are countless reviews on trustpilot saying the same thing. This company is a complete scam.

    Agree with all the previous disappointing reviews for oro la, same story, ordered a pair of boots late August, still have not received any updates.

    I honestly gave 3 stars because I received good business from this company up until recently. I placed an order on 9/13 for a pair of boots to which I received an immediate email confirming my order. After a week of not receiving a tracking number I grew very concerned as this never happened before. I reached out to their customer service team for a assistance and received an automated response that it will take 3-4 business days for a response, and after 10 days I still did not received any communication nor a tracking number for my $300 plus order! I was very patient as I have ordered from Oro many times, and this is the first time experiencing poor service from them, so I reached out 2 more times and got no response in return. I tried their customer service line and it was disconnected, so I reached out through instram direct messages and left comments, but still nothing! I kindly let them know I would be reporting this to my bank and BBB to save other potential customers from this headache.I contacted my bank and was blessed to receive great service from them as they immediately returned my funds to make it not so bad, but the boots I ordered were for a special corporate event I have coming up with my Vice President.I came to BBB and started looking over customer reviews it seems like something has changed within the company to where a lot of customers are the exact same issues! This company use to be fast to respond and deliver quality apparel, but that seems to have gone down the drain. Something in the back of my mind warned me because everyday, multiple times a day, I receive emails from them about hurry up and buy now as our stock is selling out fast, and items arent being restocked on their website. I shouldve listened to my subconscious ******* issue is pretty much handled for the most part, but I came to warn other customers DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

    Waited four months for a $500 pair of boots. Never received them. Each time I contacted them, it took them 4-8 weeks to respond. And their responses were always utterly unhelpful. Fortunately, my credit card company refunded me.

    Ordered a shirt in November of 2023... Not only do I STILL not have this item but they have "assured" me their cancellation team would process a refund. They've been saying that since April 26th of course. TOTAL SCAM!!!

    I placed an order in August 2023 and have yet to receive the product. Every email I sent to inquire on the status, I am provided with a response that the product is at the factory. I have called their business number to no avail. Additionally, you cannot leave a message. I sent a message asking for a refund as I have continued to wait for almost one year. I have not received a response.

    Trust every review you can read below. Do not order form this company. I have been waiting for 6 months to get two pairs of boots, and each month they tell me itll be shipped by the end of that month. They also refuse to give any kind of refund. DO NOT order from here.

    Its been a month and they wont send the item. Everytime I try to get support they refuse to help. Theyre are scammers. I ordered from them a few years ago and they sent damaged worn shoes. They replaced them luckily. Now they wont even send customers products. Beware.

    Unfortunately, ORO has become nothing short of a scam operation.They advertise and sell products that aren't stocked, intentionally stealing from individuals who spend their hard-earned money to support their ******* would not be surprised if ORO's founder ***************** is eventually charged with fraud.I can only pray that people see these reviews before placing an order.Karma always knocks, *****. You'll answer eventually.
