      This credit union took over my car loan a few months ago. I have had the hardest time making a payment each month. It has been one thing after another. My savings account initially pulled over with a negative balance, and we got that fixed. Then, they tried to explain what I needed to do in order to make payments and I followed the directions and still couldn't do it so I made the payment over the phone. This month I tried to ***** the money from my checking account to the car payment and realized it never went through so I used the chat feature only to find out I can't pay that way. So I now have to call again and I have been on hold for one hour and 33 mins! Just to make a payment! It should not be this hard. It is so very stressful to have to deal with every month. I mentioned I wanted to just pay my car off and am not being told I owe more than they can accept at al time?! Really? The closest branch is 6 hours away... but the amount of time and stress that this has caused in the last 3 months is really ridiculous.

      Harassment at the highest levels. They actually call you over and over again, whether you hang up on their face, or you actually ask them to remove you from their list. I got 4 calls in under 30 minutes from them. With that kind of harassment, you know they are up to no good.

We understand this is frustrating and we appreciate you letting us know. Unfortunately, spoofing is a widespread tactic that affects banks, credit unions, government agenciesreally any recognizable number or name. While we cant stop fraudsters from making these calls, what we can do is encourage you to hang up and call us at *************** or visit your local branch.       I was with Safe America credit union for almost 40 years. No complaints EVER!!Now NUvision takes over, no one answers the phone, leave a message, no one returns calls. As soon as my CD's mature, I am finding a new CU!

      The absolute worst credit union ever. Run and take your money elsewhere. Literally the worst customer service, the 800 number representatives dont know anything and give misguided answers. Go into a main branch to get things done.

      I thought I had opened an account for a cd on January 31. It was odd that I havent heard anything from Nuvision Credit Union since opening the account. I went to log in to my account and was told me my username was not correct. I tried to get access to my username and twice was sent a link to change the password, which I couldnt do because I dont know my username.I called and waited 2 hours for a return call. First I was told I didnt have an account, then she finally found it. She told me she could see the money, but couldnt give me the account number without verifying my identity. Since no one kept track of the answers to my private questions, she had no way to verify it was me. I was told they would send me something through email from docusign to verify my identity, so she could give me my account number and in turn set up a username. I never got the email. I wired $5000 to Nuvision Credit Union on January 31 and I have no way to access it. Very scary!! I dont know what to do. Please help?

      I've never seen so many fees to make a payment before. Literally charging 20$ to make a payment over the phone and **** accepts any other payment through a card online.

      Several weeks ago I tried to open a CD at Nuvision but it didn't go through. I called and was told I needed to unfreeze my credit reports which I did. I tried again and still no luck. I called again and was told my account was under review and would hear back within 24 hours. After 2 days I called back and was told I would hear back in a few hours. After 24 hours I tried again with no luck. Based on other similar reviews I wonder if this Is this a problem of mismanagement, departmental incompetence or the basis for a class action?

      Trying to get anyone at my local branch to answer my call regarding a fraud report. I have sent several emails on my app and called both local and ***** numbers (this one boasts an hour wait time). I will now have to make a special trip across town after work to the only remaining branch we have in ************. This is terribly frustrating to me. We don't even have an online chat feature. The level of customer service has been reduced to the bare bones you'd expect when your credit union is taken over by a corporation. I used to LOVE Denali Alaskan FCU. I've been a member for decades but am now shopping for another financial institution. Way to go corporate America.

      Since our Federal Credit Union got bought by Nuvision I have spent hours trying to use my money. Their online systems beganwith glitches creating hours of waiting in line as people freaked out that they could not get a person on the phone to solve their problems created by the takeover. So in those first days the line in the bankwas out of the door. Suddenly you could not access your money and no one answered the phone!!!But I was patient.Unfortunately customer support is a roll of the dice, their system is inefficient, but I have been helped by some nice people, but on other occasions it is almost non-existent and is rude. Trying to transfer funds can be a time consuming problem. They advertise services that do not really work (like a royalty program thatis non-existent). Recently I was trying to pay rent using zelle and theNUVISION system froze my account, I had to call to verify my identity and wasted more than 40 minutes, and the service representative helped but was unable to say why my account had been frozen and toldme that I had to wait up to 48 hrs and then hung up the phone. I called back and they told me that there was nothing they culd do and that they do not know why my account wasplaced on hold and that I had to wait 48 hours until someone had the time to look into it. Not having access to your online transfers in the year 2024 is unacceptable, and having to wait 48 hours is unacceptable, so I would not recommend this Credit Union to anyone.

      They have no communication skills between departments and so as the consumer, getting correct info is sketchy at best. I had an agreement with them regarding an error that they promised they would fix. 1 year later, nothing is fixed and was told there is nothing they can do. Don't use these folks, they don't care enough to honor agreements. Integrity is lacking......
