I just got off the phone with ***** from the card services branch at Nuvision. We could NOT figure out why apple was rejecting my card but you were so kind and helpful, if you ever come across this review I want you to know that I was able to successfully remove my card and re upload it!! Card keeps getting declined because it thinks its fraud i have replied to the automated text its not. It still declined. I have called customer service and they say its solved and to try again. Still declines.NuVision Federal Credit Union Response

You may have spoken to our afterhours line and if you could contact us at ************ during normal business hours Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 7:00pm (PST) and Saturdays from 9:00am to 2:00pm (PST). I was shocked when ****** opened the door to the branch one day, and had us sit and wait in line for the next person when you need to have an appointment. I just wanted to set up a young adult checking account for my daughter. Eventually I got to the counter to speak with her and she made it sound like we'd be sitting there for quite a while. I told her I opened an account for my other daughter at the ********** branch that closed without an appointment and under 10 minutes a year or so ago and she had the nerve to say no you didn't. She said it takes longer than that to do. I asked her, so I'm lieing? She said no your just mistaken. Hey ************** went to the ** location.on ********** and they opened the account for us without an appointment and about 10 minutes. She is snarky and rude and is often found sitting in the room while there are lines. I did not know her name so while I was in the branch this week I asked. We locked eyes for a second and she rudely rolled her eyes. ****** you definitely should check your attitude. I called the customer service just to ask questions about my account and **** or however you spell it was the rudest person. it's all recorded so i hope they listen to it as i was very calm trying to get my questions answered and **** was very short with me and rude the whole way not even giving me his last name or a contact to send information to. he thought he was *********** treat customers like s*** and he deserves to be humbled. get him some training or drop that guy because i have completed dropped nuvision as my bank solely because of ****.NuVision Federal Credit Union Response

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! AND DONT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU.Can you please send me the electronic copy that I signed that contained that information? I do not see that on my end.Only thing I was told is that your staff at Nuvision would take care of title information. I signed, loan was transfered from ****** Finance and made payments without being late for 2yrs. I understand that Nuvision is in the business of making money but you should not be robbing from the working man! Let me ask you this! Don't you think if a person was aware that 13 of his monthly payments were not going to be applied to his principal balance at all that he would have reached out? That is robbery! Look at my detail payment history and you will see that 100% of my monthly payments ($436.91) went straight to interest! What part is ****% percent that you are bringing up? Again, look at my detailed history and you will see that my principle did not change for 13 payment because 100% of $436.91 went to interest! This is a bad joke and cannot believe that once a reputable company in which I believed in treats their customer! Also, if this issue originated in 2020 of November why was I not made aware on my account when I had my 2022 Civic financed from your company Nuvision Federal Credit Union!? Can you explain that!!? At the end of the day your company Nuvision Federal Credit Union robbed from me and cannot believe that new emails are created.History....I financed 32k on 11/2020 at ****%. Have made 25 payments of $436.91 and to this day (2/2/2024) my principle shows I owe you 30k. 25 x $436.91 = $10,922.75. So over 25 months I have paid $10,922.75 with only $2,000 going to my principle. Disgusting and will ensure that people be aware the way Nuvision conducts business. Pathetic and disgusting that Nuvision operates this way! I'm sorry but I'm the one being screwed here!!Please send me my request!NuVision Federal Credit Union Response

I was a member of this credit union for many years and it has been resold a number of times - this time, it's horrible. Within the last year and a half, they lost 3-4 months of my banking information including payments to the **** mortgage payments etc. I spent hours online looking for a payment and finally called them and after an hour and a half, they came back to tell me that they lost my data during a migration to a new platform. I have no data for that period and they never even offered to fix it. I have to call and explain and go through extra steps to access the information. They have to call the website department and each time it's ***** minutes. I called to update my phone number and now it's not working. I don't get any alerts, notifications, and everything is correct in their system. Another hour.....still doesn't work.You can't use Venmo because when u download the app and enter your banking info, ***** asks you to contact your bank.. then the bank tells me I am unable to set up Venmo with them because my phone isn't in the name that matches my account (it's in my husbands). So, EVERY Venmo customer has to have their phone in the name that matches the account, lol. We spent an hour on the phone trying connect Venmo to Nuvision before they told me this. I can send money, just can't receive. I just connected Venmo with another bank account. I've asked them if they could block transactions that were coming into my account. I subscribed to a service and canceled and they are still billing me. I have emails from the service verifying they canceled the service. The Nuvision rep told me they could not stop the transactions from coming in and I'd have to close my account or change my debit card number. What?!?I have a credit card with them and when I log into MY account, someone elses credit card is there!!! I almost paid someone elses credit card! Spent another hour trying to fix, it was 4 months ago, still not fixed.NuVision Federal Credit Union Response

Ive been a member with ******* for a very long time, over 7+ years. The customer service has been great except for this last year it has done a complete 180. Ive called a few times this year to request **************** had the worst customer service Ive experienced in my life. No one wants to help and goes around the actual problem & makes me wonder why I even called in the first place. Ive called back to back multiple times just to have employees hang up on me & give me unnecessary attitude. I needed help today as every time I send a transaction through Venmo, my card gets declined because ******* thinks its fraud. I was told by a staff member I need to pay my Venmo transactions in a lump sum once a day which is absolutely ridiculous. This is how I send money to friends, family, & pay most of my bills. This doesnt work to just send 1 lump sum when I sometimes need to send money to multiple people! Nuvision is my first bank account and Ive been a member since opening one. Me and my family all have Nuvison! This is the first time Ive really considered leaving this bank!NuVision Federal Credit Union Response

I had an unauthorized charge from my checking account on 9-7. Chatted online with a rep who said my ex-husband accessed my account and if it was truly unauthorized, I needed to file a police report in order to dispute the charge. It was absolutely unauthorized so I filed the police report. The police asked for proof from NuVision (screenshot, report, etc) that links my ex-husband and my account number with the charge. To date (****), I have had two online chats and two appointments in branch and have not been provided this proof. I have another appointment today. Imagine the position I am in... NuVision states my ex-husband accessed my account, told me to file a police report then will not provide the proof that supports the police report they told me to file. It is absolute madness. By the way, my ex-husband was abusive. I have told my children about the police report. If he finds out I've done this, he will be furious. I'm now looking into filing a restraining order, just in case there is retaliation. NuVision... really think about the impact you're having on families with your lack of support and compassion. I wish i knew how bad NuVision was. I got a letter stating that proof of Insurance coverage was needed, i sent it but "nothing was received" so on 8/31/23 my insurance company fixed this and sent over a fax with Proof of coverage. i called 9/1 and was told it was not received so i asked my insurance people to send it again. I called NuVision Insurance people again on 9/5 and the rep that helped me said that the email was received but "NOT REVIEWED" so he was going to processed the information and was going to talk to his supervisor so that the refund for the insurance fee of 200 was processed to the account. I was informed it takes a few days, i then called 9/14 and was told that "IT WASN'T UPDATED PROPERLY" or something like that so they had to send it back again or process the information and that it should be ready in 24 hours. I called AGAIN 9/15/23 and explained everything to the rep which explained that it actually takes about 72 hours to process that information and to check back 9/19/23. I ONCE again tried to make my payment and to my surprise the same issue. I called NuVision ONCE again, the first rep was RUDE, didn't let me say much or ask other questions i had and transferred me to the ********************* The rep i spoke with in the insurance told me that it shows on my account that "ADDITIONAL INFORMATION" is being requested since 9/14/23 but NO ONE called to inform me or even checked my account because remember i called 9/14 & 9/15. I could of been informed on 9/14 that i needed more information. I am told that the proof of insurance i had them send to NuVision only shows insurance certification as of 8/31/23 but coverage was added since June. Not sure what was missed but I now had my Insurance people once again Resend the information with extra forms showing insurance coverage was added 6/29/23. Its very frustrating to have to be dealing with this c*** and that the REPs aren't helpful, some are rude and they dismiss you. I hope NO LATE fee is added.NuVision Federal Credit Union Response
