      I had put in an order for a gun slide. Paid the $540 and we got an email later stating we still owed $175 on June 6th 2023. We paid the $175. It was said that it would ***********-8 weeks to ship out. It is January 10th **** and we have not received anything, no update information on it and with many calls they have kept pushing back the ship out date. We have asked for a refund but they said they do not do refunds and if anything, it would be in store credit. The order number is *****. What I would like to happen would just to have our product as promised or a refund.

      I submitted an order to Dynamic Weapon Solutions on 17 Oct 2023. They received my CZ SP-01 slide on 18 Oct and checked it into their system on 24 Oct 2023. Quoted lead time for DWS to complete an optic cut on my slide was 1-4 weeks. We are just past 8 weeks and I have not received my slide back. I have made multiple attempts to call the organization however no one answers the calls. The only way I can communicate with them is through direct message on Instagram. During our conversations on Instagram I have received numerous false updates as to the status of my order. I have asked multiple times in my conversations for someone to contact me via phone in order to discuss my concerns, however that has not happened.

      On August 15 2022 I spoke with ***** (owner of the Dynamic Weapon Solutions) about a customization package for a weapon I own. At that time we discussed in detail the project, prices and the time-line. The details of the project were put into a quote and provided to me via email as well as on the web platform SHOP. I was instructed that the lead time of completion of the product would be a up to 12 weeks. I agreed to the quote price and time frame and paid $2,495.00 for the project. I have requested updates of the status or the project and or parts more times then I can recall and have been met with answers such as; "the parts are being manufactured now", "the parts will be shipped today", "I need to contact a new vendor to find parts" and a handful of other comments. At no point have any of these answers been true. I have talked to other vendors that have or do currently do business with this individual/company and they all warn me that the way this business is ran is very sub par (I am using more respectful language) and embarrassing to them to be associated with. I have sent communications via email, text and voice-mail to all the company numbers I have been provide and no longer receive any type of response. I am unsure if these business is still operational or not and worried I will not receive the product we had agreed on. My time and money are valuable, and I have lost way to much on this business. I paid, up-front, for materials and services that were agreed upon and after *************************************************** all the materials.

      Ordered a "PRE" cut slide from this business, on August 9th, 2023. Was told it would be a 6-8 week time frame. After the 8 weeks, I reached out to Dynamic Weapon Solutions and was told they were "working on it". It has now been 15 weeks, and the only responses I have received as "hoping to wrap it up soon", or "it's in cerakote". I had just asked for a refund from this company, and they replied it is policy to provide a "store credit" and there will not be a refund provided. This being said, the "store-credit" I would receive would only be used on another order, which I am sure would result in the same process. If this company cannot complete their tasks within the timeframe THEY gave me, the only solution I can think of is to get my money back. If their replies to my messages were at least honest and accurate, it would be a different story. STAY AWAY FROM DYNAMIC WEAPON SOLUTIONS.

      10/3/22 On the above date, I purchased a customer Gen 5 Glock 19 slide from ******************************************************************* located in ****************, ** *****. At the beginning of my purchase I was receiving updates on the progress being made. Roughly after 3-4 months I stopped receiving updates. *** made multiple attempts to email them within the last year, sometimes I would get in contact and majority of the time I would get nothing from them. A few months ago I reached out once again asking for someone to help and surprisingly I got in contact with someone via email and they said they would get it resolved asap, well a month went by and I never got an email back. I sent another email back and received nothing back from them once again. *** tried calling there number provided by ****** countless amount of times and havent received anything. Roughly about a week ago I received a text via cellphone providing me with a tracking number for my package that shipped from **********. Unfortunately, they shipped it to ****************, ** instead of ** where I reside. This process has been a major headache and would like to get refunded for my purchase.

      The date of transaction was April 21, 2023 for the amount of $744.30. The purpose of the product purchase was meant for immediate Law Enforcement Duty use. The purchase was a group buy for a well known agency who was informed the product was in stock and ready to ship however, after purchasing they were all of a sudden on backorder. The business is called DYNAMIC WEAPONS SOLUTIONS and the purchase was followed up on months afterwards with no date promised. Since the need was immediate and there was no expected time in sight I respectfully called to cancel my order for a refund. I was told by the sales rep that only the manager could cancel the order and he was not in that day and that I would receive a call back the following day. No call was received. I allowed days to pass thinking that maybe they're a hard working business that gets very busy and they would get to me at some point that week. No call was received that week. I called back the following week and the same sales rep remembered my name and said the manager still wasn't in. When I asked when he thought he might be back, he said he didn't know his schedule and there was no way to tell. I patiently waited 3 more days and tried again. This time the sales rep apologized and said he would put my name and phone number on his boss' computer screen so he could not miss it. Before hanging up he tried to convince me to not cancel the order and said that the product had been received and they would start shipping them out to customers the following Wednesday. I respectfully declined and again just requested for an order cancellation and refund AGAIN. I never got a call back or e-mail. It has been 2-weeks since that last phone call. Not only have I asked for my money back 4 times, while I was waiting for a response, they sent an e mail saying the product was back in stock, on sale and ready to ship. The Yelp page and BBB page reviews reflect the same issues for many customers. 6 months and nothing.

      Ordered a product from a company that advertised their product was ready to ship. Order was placed on September 30, 2022 for the price of $198.22. I have had conversation with the seller multiple times over social media and every time they need to be reminded of the order and instead offers me a different product. They fail to follow up every time the issue is brought up.

      Dynamic weapon solutions has been contacted in regards for order # ***** which was partially completed on july 31, 2023. I paid for a trijicon rmr type 1 **** moa as a part of that order and was provided a USED optic. After complaining returning the item this business informed me they do not have any more for me and are awaiting shipment. Meanwhile there's a guy who left a positive review on ****** maps saying he just got his as part of his order while I continue waiting without an answer as to when I am getting my optic. Business has been contacted twice over the phone and once via their website with no progress. I asked for my money back since they are unable to fulfill the rest of the order which they refused. Dynamic weapon solutions already has a store credit balance of $200 for a pistol optic plate I had no say of keeping since I went ahead and bought one elsewhere. I would like my $200 dollars as well as the $550 for the trijicon rmr I am owed or confirmation this business will ship a brand new one which is what I paid for today 08/16/23. Order #***** was placed over the phone on June 23rd 2023.

      Had an item shipped to this business for customization. 2 months have passed no answer back on phone calls, emails, social media. Was told my item would he shipped within one week, I paid for everything upfront including shipping cost to have item sent back to me

      They promised a 10 day timeline. Lied about it. Spent a week saying my order shipped. It took another week to get it into shipping. Now its been 7 days in shipping and theyre blaming the postal service for not showing up for a week. The owners idea of a remedy is to threaten to keep my property and blame me for the expectation I was given by the sales department. This company will attempt to take your money without providing you a product.
