I placed an order on March 20, 2025, and was informed that, due to a warehouse relocation, shipping could take up to 710 business days. Since then, I have reached out to customer support multiple times. Each time, I received a generic response stating that my inquiry would be forwarded to the shipping team, but there has been no progress on my order.Despite my request for the issue to be escalated, I have not received any meaningful updates. On April 8, I was finally provided with a tracking number; however, as of April 19, the tracking status still shows Label Created with no movement.I contacted support again, only to receive the same templated response. I am requesting a prompt resolution to this matter, as the lack of communication and delay in fulfillment is unacceptable.I just want my order at this point. Hello I bought a hello ***** ring light from ******* in August and the warranty. ******* told me to reach out to impressions vanity the manufacturer and I did. They tried sending me a replacement part for the part that snapped off. The part that snapped off is stuck inside the ring light so that wont work. I messaged them saying this and keep following up and they will not get back to me. The warranty is 3 years and I didnt use the ring light in an unusual way for it to snap off. All I did was put my phone in the phone holder as you are suppose to.Business Response

I purchased an order with them back in October on the 10th 2024. The total came out to $202.04. It was supposed to be picked up in store, because I was afraid of theft happening since I live in an apartment and sometimes the mail carriers dont deliver our packages in a parcel locker to prevent theft. However I have been unable to pick it up because Im in the hospital for oncology care because I have thyroid cancer. I reached out to them and they said I cant have someone pick it up on my behalf. I can fill out a form to change it to shipping but Im afraid of theft still. Usually with other store if you dont pick up your order by a certain time they refund the money. I havent been able to get a refund and the order is still active sitting in their warehouse. I tried calling & asking for a refund but their voicemail is full and no one answers the phone. My final attempt was an email I sent January 10th and I sent another follow up on January 14th. I also called on January 14th and still no answer and I cant leave a voicemail because its full still. I would like for them to simply refund me since I never picked up my order.Business Response

I purchased a **** Mirrored Vanity from them as a gift for christmas to my girlfriend. The vanity came in damaged with the mirror completely cracked. I took multiple photos and emailed the impressions support team received one email a week later to signup for there "front desk help center" to submit a ticket its been a week and im the only person who has spoke in the chat with them. I called them 25 times today with no answer until they blocked me. Yesterday i called 15 times finally got ahold of someone and they said theyd call back in an hour to let me know if they have the inventory to ship the damaged topshelf out to me. Never got a reply and now im blocked. My girlfriend also called 15 times today and had no answer.Business Response

The Plus Size Slaystation was purchased instead of the Pro Size Slaystation. I would like to exchange the table tops and keep the drawers since they are the same size. We want to ship back the Plus Size table top and exchange it for the Pro Size table top. We want to pay the difference. I purchased the ***** vanity for over $800 on 12/4/24 and still have yet to receive it. I have been emailing Impressions since 12/18 because I was wondering if my order was going to arrive before Christmas as this was supposed to be a Christmas gift. They said since my order was past the 7 - 10 business days processing time, they would contact the warehouse to ship out the order. I didnt hear anything or get any shipment notifications for two more days, so I called the company. The associate I spoke with confirmed that the product had not been shipped out but was going to compensate me for my time and trouble. I never heard anything back after that and it is now 12/30 and I still have not received the vanity. I have emailed them back three additional times, as well as called them, however no one respond and it now says their voicemail is full.Business Response

On Dec 6th 2024 I ordered 2 vanitys from impressions total ******* processing was supposed to be 7-10 days we are way past that point now . I have sent 2 emails and called multiple times the first few phone calls the phone line seemed to be disconnected until yesterday Dec 27 2024 no answer but I got a voicemail where I left my name,phone number and complaint and I have gotten no response. My transition date was Nov 22nd I received my package Dec 14th *********** was (Impression Vanity Company)I placed my order a waited for a week to pass I had not received any type of email with tracking information regarding my package. I than reached out they told me I was passed the shipment days an theyd get my package out asap that also did not happen because three days later I had to email them because I still had not received anything email regarding my package. I finally received the email and days later received the package only to open it and see that I was missing items and they mistakenly added a different item that I did not order nor was it of the same value of the missing items. Ive since emailed four different times and called there customer service number that is provided on their website and never get an answer. It doesnt matter what time I call.ive yet to receive a response at all or a refund. I paid for something I did not receive or get a refund they took my money and will not fix there mistake.
