reservation date: 9/11/21 Reservation Time: 5pm - 8pm Reservation Room: 10 Ticket #** Receipt HDM2-** I reserved a room that states online it is for larger groups of ***** people, I did not have 15 people and most of the guests were children. 1. the room was 83 degrees during the ENTIRE time we were there and 2. we had children ages 5 and under that were extremely hot and sweating 3. we asked to open the door which was already putting us at risk due to Covid 19 4. No fans were offered no management could be reached The heat became UNBEARABLE and rather than just walk out without holding our end of the reservation as paying customers, we chose to resolve the issue as best we could - with upper management- we believed it was urgent and extremely dangerous enough for something to be done, it appeared that no one was concerned at all. Child got bit by something in the room with all the heat. Management hasnt replied to my refund request.
