    I ordered a replacement laptop key from them and it did not go well. It took them a week to ship my part. Once it arrived, it was the wrong key. When I requested a refund they stated that I had to ship the product back. It would cost more to ship the key back than I spent on it. Only after sending multiple emails (most of which were ignored) and telling them that their website says "100% Satisfaction Guaranteed" did they offer a refund, but would not refund the shipping. Very disappointing experience.

    AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE IT'S THE PLAGUE. Recently, I ordered a replacement left Ctrl key, and I accidentally ordered the one for the wrong model.When I tried contacting them, I didn't get a response for 2 months, and they only did a few days after I filed a dispute with my card company. Despite getting a chargeback, I thought the situation was over, however it wasn't.Only yesterday I noticed that the chargeback was reversed, and yet the company hasn't responded to me by sending me the correct items!AVOID THIS COMPANY IF YOU DON'T WANT TO GET SCAMMED LIKE ME.

    Excellent Experience! I ordered, it came, I installed it according to their video.They even sent a gel to clean all the gunk out of my keyboard. Nice Bonus!And here we are typing away! No Problems for me!

    So, I ordered a replacement part for my iPad Pro for my Magic Keyboard and I never had a bad experience with this company. I ordered and within a week maybe week and half my product came in. Its in great condition and worked just fine when I replaced the broken a key. I would purchase again if something would happen.

    Do not buy from them. They take your money, don't deliver or respond to any emails. Credit card says the purchase doesn't qualify for refund. I had to give them a one star just to post this review. They should get a minus five stars This has to be a scam. Beware!

    Horrible service and got scammed. Ordered a laptop key on September 30 2023. Received an email that that my order was shipped via **** and that I can track my package, but when I select the link or put in the tracking number they gave me, it says the item has not been shipped yet. To today it still hasnt been shipped nor have I been refunded I contacted customer support with 0 response. Just horrible horrible service and guess I got scammed out of my money

    The part ordered has not arrived even after 5 moths! Multiple requests are ignored.Strongly suspect that the COMPANY IS A FRAUD

    Took my payment quickly. Did not fulfill my order for two months. Canceled order. Demanded refund. Refunded balance after two days. Do not do business with this company. I give o e star only because they refunded my money.

    DO NOT BUY!! This company is a fraud. I ordered a laptop key that they guaranteed would fit my model of laptop and when I received it, of course it did not fit. When I tried to call you could only leave a message, which I did and no one ever called me back. I sent an email and again no response. A WASTE OF MONEY!!!
