              We entered a contract with Lojack in 2015 they provided gps tracking units for our equipment and vehilces. in 2016 they sold to Calamp and we continued service. in 2022/2023 the gps units upgraded to a better software and the old 3g units were obsolute and all but 4 units work. They are ***** to bill us for units that we couldnt track for a year and also ***** to bill for cancelation. We tried to see if we could contiue working with them but there pricing was much high then the other qoutes we were recieving. So we decieded to part ways They sent over a final invoice (10k). I tried to see if they would try and remove the obsolute units and they said they would give us 10% off. We declined and they proceeded to tell us they would send our account to collections. We do believe we owe them for the 4 trackers that still work. But they are still ***** to bill the full amount. I told them I would pay half (5k) and they refused.

              To whom it may concern:I purchased a LoJack system in 2019 and was advised at the time of purchase to schedule a 2-year inspection on the system. I just called and was advised, after holding for 10 minutes, that the inspection program has been dropped, and one cannot even purchase an inspection. I am now concerned about whether or not my system even works and the customer service rep I was talking to hung up on me.My call was at 9:40am MT, 10/12/21. *************************
