      On 6/14/2023 got an email stating a purchase. Called dandy delivers on 06/19/2023 to have them refund the amount due to not purchasing or ordering anything. They said they would refund the money/amount of ****** to my account and it would take 3 to 4 business days. On 06/26/2023 called dandy delivers again due to money not being refunded. They said the account that the money came out of was closed, which the account is not closed. They said they would try it again. I had called my bank and they stated nothing was wrong with my account and they haven't attempted to refund. Dandy delivers stated once again that a refund amount of ****** will be refunded and it will take 3 to 4 business days. Called Dandy Deliveries again on 07/03/2023 due to no refund. They now told me that I would have to dispute the charge with the bank. I asked to talk with a supervisor which then they stated someone would call me in 24 hours. They would not give any names or phone number to me. Called my bank and they stated again that no refund was attempted.

      DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH COMPANY! We had an account with them 3 years ago. Closed the account, 3 months ago they charged our card. We caught and disputed. Called in 6 times to make sure the account was canceled. Stated they had to have a Cancel rep call me. Never called me after all the calls, 2 months later, we get a bill for *************************************** over 3 years. No one will help. constant lies that some one will call you back. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FRAUD COMPANY. in 1.5 of service with them they removed 3 reviews out of ***** active reviews. They never worked on the account, and we kept calling them out till we canceled. They will bill our credit card with out permission like a GYM till you cancel the card and change the numbers. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them. I even removed our card from their page 3 months ago.

      Get Dandy has been scamming our business by invalid charges for multiple months without ever providing any of the promised services. We have contacted their billing ***** *************************, sales person, ***************************** who have collectively tricked us into waiting patiently for months after forcing us into signing fraudulent agreement that are entirely predatory practices by numerous harassing calls and emails to our offices and staff who feel traumatized by the bullying practices of their con artist, ******************* We have tried to reach out to any Director or principal for months but none of our calls and messages are ever answered. They have totally breached the entire terms of the agreement and have not performed a single service or removed a single review after we provided them with all the login information which now they deny of having even though we were on a recorded call with their onboarding specialist, *****, ******, and **** which constitute unfair competition under ********** law and may be deemed a violation of the Federal **** statutes, among other statutory and common law business torts. During the pendency of the supposed service agreement, no services were provided to us and no results were obtained, whatsoever. We have made numerous attempts to reach Directors and principals at Dandy to discuss why it was not doing anything while charging our credit card about $200.00 monthly for months. We have had no recourse expect being called despicable names for being women of color business owners, harassed and yelled at as minority female business owners by ******************* when he called to threaten collections and refused to respond to any concerns and denied all responsibility or receiving any of our complaints. We still have not able to reach a single Director. Equally unconscionable is the Dandy service agreement, which violates innumerable provisions of ********** and federal laws. The contract is unconscionable and adhesive. Be aware and run!

      Upon internal review the recorded phone calls have been played back and the reported claims have since been found to be false and due to the damaging nature of their claims our legal team will be involved moving forward - as we have tried to work with them and their lawyer, offered negotiation to the contract buy out and they since have been attacking our business publicly with false claims.

      We sent all the details over to our lawyer as they will not communicate with us at this time to resolve. It will take approximately 30 days to resolve this issue and we are asking the BBB to hold off posting this to we have gotten thru this process.

      I was told I was paying a one time fee to remove reviews with a 30 day cancelation option. They are now not letting me cancel, providing a contract and trying to make me literally be liable for 16,000!I have requested a contract 15 times, asked to cancel 25 and am starting to engage with a law firm about starting a class action lawsuit since I think they are doing this to all people they sign up and take deep advantage of. I have received zero value. They pretend to remove reviews that they themself post. They have attempted to charge me 25 times last two months sometimes multiple times a day. Every request I send to cancel or fkr a copy of my contract is ignored by customer support. I keep records of all e-mails and can provide as well as attempts to charge without a valid contract. I will not engage further if they agree to end service with no fees but otherwise am seeking damages for each unauthorized charge attempt which exceeds 200 in last 3 months.

      Dandy bad review removal service suggested that they could improve our review scores and sales person suggested a 12 month contract but stated that we could cancel if we werent satisfied with service. After 3 months we had just one ****** review removed. I sent the company multiple emails, voicemails, and calls to cancel. Emails were sent 5/18, 5/9, 4/20, 4/19, 4/17. They refuse to cancel or acknowledge my written requests to do so.

      This company, Dandy (aliases, previous DBA's: Get Dandy, Reviewo) breached their contract with ** and continues to charge ** erroneously every month. We signed a contract in July 2022 with continencies to be met. None of the contingencies were met. There have been multiple communication efforts to resolve. Emails, phone calls and letters. They disregard all communication and only reply with they will look into it. See highlights on contract attached.

      I have been told by this company that they will resolve this but until we recieve our contractual refund of $678.92 past due refund of 50% plus the 100% refund of 5/8/23 charge of $124.50 for a total of $803.42  and our credit card auto draft stopped today it is unresolved. We are not allowing this company to merely respond by saying they will "contact **". We want a refund and auto charge stopped today.

      This company began contacting us through the New Sales Lead generator on our website, spamming ** with their promises to remove negative online reviews. We are not interested in this type of service. I have contacted them repeatedly to unsubscribe from their emails. I have even called them to be removed from their email list and yet we are still contacted by them. I have told them that any company who spams ** will never even be considered by ** as business partners so stop.And yet we still get spammed by them. I originally asked to speak to ***************************** because thats who the contact person was on the emails. I was told she was unavailable and when I asked when shed be available and said that I would call back, the guy insisted on me talking to him. When I persisted in speaking with ********, it was just as I thought: she does not exist. These guys just use that name. The guy I spoke with called himself ***** and told me ******** is AI(artificial intelligence)and ***** claimed to be the IT department and said he would remove our email and contact info from our system.Another thing. legitimate businesses recognize the importance of being on social media. There is no ******** page for Dandy Demo. When I looked up Dandy Demo, there is an empty ******** page and one person listed as a friend. This person listed as a friend, Im guessing, is probably the guy behind the entire scam that is Dandy Demo.Also? Legitimate business have ****** Reviews. Read those reviews. There is nothing listed for Dandy Demo.Bottom line this company is not legitimate. They do not provide the services offered. They simply steal money so, dont give them any personal info.

      This company has repeatedly used our web form to contact us in order to solicit services to us. We have asked on 3 occasions for them to please stop. We opened three tickets requesting them to stop as well as sent a carbon copy to ***************************** ********************************************** Neither ******** nor the help desk have ever responded to our requests to cease using our public web form to attempt to sell us a product. When we called to see if someone got the request that they said it would be taken care of. The gentleman I spoke with just kept repeating the word "Perfect" as I was telling him about the situation and the next actions that will happen if they don't stop trying to use our web form to spam us.

      My business has been repeatedly bombarded with countless Spam emails from this company. We have received 27 emails in the past 4 and a half months. First from *****************************, then from *******************. We have asked that they no longer contact us, we have used the unsubscribe button in the email and are still getting emails every week offering their services, telling us how good they are etc. When asked why they don't have reviews enabled on their own ******** page, they said they disabled them because people left negative reviews due to the amount of spam emails they send. That's so very ironic. We have no interest in doing business with Dandy ever, we are asking all communication be stopped. It's ridiculous that we have to come here to get any type of resolution. Leave us alone.
