      i want to say i been paying credit 9 for 2years for a loan 0f ****** i have paid them so far ****** they say i still owe them ****** they are ripe off they say they help you but they don't i still pay them on time because i have no choice i am thinking of getting a lawyer to help me take them to court and let the judge decide if this is fair so please if you in a hole like i was for help don't use credit 9 they are rip off please pay this forward so they cant do this to anyone else thank you

      I have paid off my debt with credit 9 july 9th 2024 and I was told it could take up to 90 days to see my credit score change . And here it is 8 months later and showing a negative balance. I only found this out when I applied for a mortgage. I do have proof from my bank that I paid it off in full

      Went back and forth numerous times with this company explained my limits via phone communication as well as wanting to visually see the information so I could review at my pace and not be rushed over a call. Was told 25+ times that the information would be sent via email for my review, when it wasnt was assured it would be sent immediately when it still wasnt was told they needed to verify it was me via phone before sending along any information. Ok, today I did that and again expressed my concern with wanting to review the information via email and was assured it would yet again be sent via email along with contact information of whom I could follow up with. Guess what, never happened. Again, asked for the information via email was assured 4 times it was sent, it wasnt and upon last communication now they were asking for my husbands information. No reason at all to send that as debt incurred and looking for assistance for was solely in my name therefore no need for his information. Was told they needed to verify everyone involved, which they did it was only me. Not sure what type of games they are playing but highly recommend avoiding this company as they are not willing to show any transparency or work with you as they claim they do. I feel all positive reviews are given by their staff and not actually by real customers. This is not a legit company willing to be transparent with its clients not sure what they are hiding but extremely dishonest and unprofessional. I have documentation of all these conversations as proof.

      Very useful and help consolidate my loans that I needed to pay off to build my credit back. Whenever I have questions, they answer it in a timely manner and provided with the necessary documents. ***** was an excellent agent helping me solve my problems and pointing me to the right direction.

      I signed a truth in lending disclosure on 09/30/24 for a loan in the amount of ********* with the origination fee included & a monthly payment of ******.When I set up my online account in the client portal a few days later I noticed that the current loan balance stated ********* with a monthly payment of ******* HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE??? I did not agree to those terms. After contacting customer service via telephone(left message) I immediately called & texted the person who diligently pursued me to sign the agreement & stated that he would be my contact person only to be told via ******** quote " call customer service because I'm not sure which portal you are referring to plus it's only 630am and I won't in the office until 8am."It's the 7th of *********** still haven't heard from **** ********* but I did speak with **** in customer service today(on a supposedly recorded line) who confirmed that the information in my credit portal was INCORRECT! I DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY & FEEL THAT THIS LOAN SHOULD BE "NULL AND VOID" since this company clearly does not pay attention to EXTREMELY important details of many consumers most precious asset(hard earned cash)! & is definitely border lining the truth in lending disclosure , if not in direct violation. **** stated that the only way she knew of me not having to move forward with doing business with credit9 is for me to pay the loan back in full but she would complete an escalation form on my behalf & also note that I do not want to keep this loan & a manager would call me back in an estimated 24hrs.

      **** S, the Credit9 representative I worked with, was on it!! He kept constant (but not annoying) contact with me through email with specific instructions on how to move to the next step of the credit card program I was working with. I didn't understand the company's written instructions and I called and left a message. **** returned my phone call the same day. After he made it clear that I was at a new and better stage of my repayment plan and would be paying less on my monthly program, I was relieved and happy. I am very thankful for his patience and for taking the time to clearly explain the process. I highly recommend Credit9!!
