I went in for tooth pain. Dentist decided I needed a crown. 2 months later the same pain still persists. I went back to have it looked at and they charged me a $320 consultation fee! And now dentist says I need a root canal and will need a new crown too with the cost of $4420! I am never going back!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! The whole place smells like a used bathroom, very very very outdated, super unclean. They tried charging $1500 for just a deep cleaning! Once I told them I cant pay 20% of that the front desk lady told me to take off my own bib and meet her up front, Im still in the dental chair with all the tools in front of me and a hose wrapped around my arm rest, so after I get myself out of that mess I walk up to the front and the lady ask if I even want to reschedule my appointment. I called my insurance and they told me that those prices are insane!!! So glad I canceled my appointment. I went to THE SMILE MISSION RIGHT OFF 52, got my teeth deep cleaned, had two fillings replaced and did two rounds of whitening and guess what I paid less then $200 for everything! Go to The Smile Mission!!! They actually care about you and not the money!

Grossly overcharged co-pays. Completely contradictory to what my dental insurance quoted me. ******************** manager is incompetent or it's deliberate.....

I have been after a refund from this place for about 6 months. Every time I call I get the run around. The last time anyone would answer the phone was December 11 was told 2 week and I would have a check for about $600 but nothing came through. Call back get put on hold for someone in finance but no one picks up the call. Ask for a different number get told they dont have one which I know is a lie its corporate company. If I could leave a negative star I would dont use bright now dental if you dont want to lose money cause they dont return money back to the customer but you can be sure they will take it as fast as they can.

I have had two visits to this office for deep cleanings. I had one appointment to begin more work. At no time did I ever meet with a Dentist, only the office staff to discuss what the cost would be. I decided not to continue with this organization because I have yet to see a Dentist.

Johnson Family Dental is terrible. Years ago when only the Johnson family members worked there they were great. Now, however, the staff is unknowledgeable, rude and uncaring. They auto charge your credit card without telling you. I left over 2 years ago, yet that have continued auto billing me for services I never requested or received. When I called to try to resolve, they hung up on my.

August I had a dentist appointment and the office didnt update my new insurance information. I was told that they have my new info and was set when I went in person which was false. ****** claimed they tried reaching out to get the info which was also false. I have not one voicemail from that office. After numerous back and forth with the business office about that even they were perplexed why no new claim was filed. After yet another call ****** again claimed she tried explaining the situation, again false, stating that my insurance didnt have that office as my provider. I called my insurance provider and they stated I was under that office since August 1st. Before ending my call I was informed that ****** had called them to verify after I had to go back and forth with multiple people from that office. Now ******* who is the office manager is claiming they tried reaching out which is again false. I welcome contact from the person above them.

Went in for a second opinion for a crown replacement (fell off). Checked into office and paid insurance deductible. I was taken to an office and informed employee that I needed a crown replacement estimate and I had the crown that fell off. She stated I could not get a replacement without xrays. Why? How much I asked. She stated $500 was my share. I got up and left the office after being there approximately 5 -10 minutes. I never seen the dentist and no employee ever looked inside my mouth. Started getting collection calls so I called the office and the office manager said he would get the collection calls to stop and refund my initial deposit. Guess what? One year later still getting collection calls and invoices for no services performed and no refund as promised. I would look at other alternatives before using Bright Now Dental. Not so bright if you keep losing customers for poor business decisions.

-I took a friend who needed 1 tooth pulled. They told her she needed Several teeth pulled. They wanted to do it at that time. She declined and went to the lobby. She provided her dental insurance prior to her visit. Afterwards the secretary said that she needed to pay ***** because they couldn't verify her insurance. Her co-pay should be *****. I asked why wasn't told this before they proceeded. She said my phone was disconnected, they tried calling. My phone was not disconnected and showed them the appointment confirmation texts and she then dialed my number and it rang. They would of charged us several thousands of dollars after the proceedure if we consented to doing it. We had to wait over a hour while they "verified" her insurance. They never did verify, so being tired of waiting for nothing we reluctantly paid the fee
