I initially ordered two bottles of hand ********* and thought I might try them out on a subscription, so I signed up. My two bottles arrived, and although I love the nontoxic ingredients, it just wasnt for me: too slimey and it left a film on my hands. So I emailed them well ahead of time of my next subscription was due and asked them to cancel my subscription.Two days later, they emailed me and confirmed that my subscription had successfully been canceled.A couple of days after that, they emailed me a confirmation that my next subscription delivery is being prepared. I emailed them and reminded them that I have an email from them confirming that my subscription is canceled and I no longer want the product, nor do I want a subscription. No response. Two days later, I emailed them again and asked them to confirm the subscription and the shipment is canceled.No response. One day after that, I receive a confirmation and a tracking number that my package is on its way. And I was charged for the subscription.I emailed them again and asked them to refund me and to cancel the shipment. No response. I received the package today. I will not be ordering from them again, nor recommending them. Coincidentally, I actually live in the same city as they claim to be based in: Irvine **********. The address listed for them ( ***********************)does not exist in my city. **** doesnt register it as a legit address and neither does Go0gle. They have no phone number listed. They dont answer emails. And their business address doesnt exist. Im not one for wild theories, but this does not sound legit. Its a shame because their product ingredients align with what are highly important to me. But my experience is enough for me to just forget all about them and never order from them again. Please do NOT do business with them. I feel sorry for other customers on here who have lost way more money than I have.
