    I purchased 2 gallons of hand sanitizer and 2 sets of 9 packages of wipes. I received the wipes, but no sanitizer. Each gallon was about $60.00, and I paid about $60.00 in shipping costs. I have sent multiple emails with no response. Purchase: November 29, 2024 Receipt of wipes: December 17, 2024

    Placed an order online with Dr ********************** for 9 packets of hand sanitizer wipes during July 4, 2024 weekend due to the discount. Order was recognized. Then just as others stated received an email stating that said order would be delayed due to moving, etc. Reached out to them several times. Received responses twice about my order being shipped. However it was mailed to the wrong address. I clarified this several times. Received three of my 9 packets of wipes.Requested a refund for the rest. All emails have been ignored after receiving the three sets of wipes. My last email being sent 8/21/24. Spent $66.27

    Ordered 3pack Kids mineral toothpaste and 1 mouth spray, and 1 anti plaque toothpaste, on July 22, 2024. I was charged $63.86. On July 26, 2024, I received an email noting a delay in my shipment with no expected shipment date. On July 29, 2024, I received yet another email noting a delay but included and expected 3 day shipment date. On August 1, 2024, I received yet another email noting a delay and offering 30% discount on my next order. The email also mentioned my order would ship in the following 10 days.On August 8, 2024, I replied to the previous email asking for an update. Email went unresponsive.On August 19, 2024, I emailed their support email using their chat. I received a reply noting they received my email and would get back to me soon. I have not been contacted again as of August 21, 2024. I am unable to cancel my subscription since they do not reply and it is the only way to do this. Id like a refund immediately.

    I received the incorrect item when my order arrived and the customer service agent initially asked me to send a photo of the item. I not only emailed one, but four photos. The agent then siezed communicating with me. I want my money back! As a side note, view all of the negative reviews on ****** (including mine). They have been pulling stunts on other customers.

    Selling and taking money without shipping products. Ordered 3 July 2024, money taken 4 July product has still not shipped over a month and a half later. Ive ordered their kids tooth paste before through the site (fall 2023) and other online retailers no issues. Interestingly, the other online retailers show out of stock for the same products, but the Dr.Brite direct site keeps taking order for product they evidently cant fulfill. When I inquired about the delay, *** received emails with offers of coupons and discounts on my next order, blaming the delay on a move. I know now that they have been sending emails blaming shipping delays on moving facilities since at least May 2024. They have at least now updated the website to show 2-4 week processing time (it was still showing 2-3 business days when I ordered in July). I hope the product eventually comes but I wont be ordering direct from their site again and will trust when the other sites show out of stock that it truly is just unavailable. Untrustworthy and not transparent business practice. I have switched to an alternate product.

    I have a 90 day subscription and the company has taken my money TWICE and sends no product. I've contacted customer care multiple times and all they keep saying is nothing can be done once it's already processed and if haven't received the product it is my loss. It's been 4 months. This is a scam!

    I set up a subscription with this company. Their policy is that if you wish to cancel your subscription you email them at least 1 day before your last order. I did so. For the last 3 months straight they have continued to charge my card without my permission and ship an order. I have contacted them each time and been told that they cannot cancel or refund the order. Ive asked every time that my subscription be canceled and have been told it is, only to receive another order and charge. I have asked for all subscriptions to this address be canceled as well incase there are multiple emails being used and have been told its been done. I have logged into my account w all of my emails and there is no active subscription to cancel.

    I ordered end of may and have not received my order. I had to contact them over a month later to see what was going on. Eventually they stopped responding. It was a 100$ order and I still havent received a refund. Theyre still taking money from people and not shipping anything out. They are flat out stealing from parents.

    I purchased 3 tubes of toothpaste for $33.85 on June 10th, 2024. They charged my account on that day but nothing was sent. No resolution has been made as of July 21st. They state they have moved facilities and needed time to fill order. No tracking is available as it has not been sent. All their products are out of stock everywhere. This is bad business practices to charge for something before product is even shipped. By what I understand it seems the owner went bankrupt but is still continuing to take everybody's money.

    On June 16, 2024, I placed an order with Dr. Brite online. On June 20 I received a form email stating they were experiencing slight delays. A month later, on July 16 with still no package and no update, I emailed the company asking what was going on. I immediately received a form email that someone would get back to me:"We're dedicated to providing top-notch support, and while we strive to respond promptly, please note that it may take us up to 24 hours to get back to you as we are a small family-owned business. Rest assured, we're working diligently behind the scenes to address your inquiry with care and attention."Three days later and I still haven't heard back.On July 17, after not hearing back from my email after 24 hours, I used the online contact form and online chat to try to reach someone. Again, received canned responses like the one quoted aboved. Again, no actual response from the company more than 24 hours later.They took my money, won't ship my product, won't respond to my multiple inquiries, and don't provide a phone number to speak to a real person.
