For our wedding which took place at ************* ******** on September 30, 2023, we had worked with **** who is the owner of Lalaland events to have a sweets and tea station (package #2) and paid $2420. We told her that we did not need the tea provided with this package because the hotel would have that for the wedding.I have attached the contract stating that we purchased package #2; I have also attached ****'s description of this package. Which included, 5 Kinds of teas, 5 Kinds of Fruits, Fresh Mint and Cinnamon sticks, Date and sugar Candy, 4 Kinds of sweets, 3 Kinds pastries, Event theme Cookies, Event theme Cake pop, Premium individually made chocolate.When we saw the sweets table at the wedding, we were shocked with how many items were missing and later requested photos from our photographer who had taken professional pictures of the reception prior to the arrival of the guests (also attached). As seen in the attached photographs the followings items that were promised in the contract were missing: Fresh Mint and cinnamon sticks, Date and sugar cookies, 3 kinds of pastries, Event theme cookies - (there were two tiny decorative cookies in each corner), Event theme cake pops.In essence, what **** provided were fruits, cheap dry sweets, and two small bowls of "individually made chocolate". These were not even enough to fulfill the requirements of "Package Number 1", much less the more expensive Package 2 that we paid for.We would like a refund for the "sweets and fruit table" that they did not provide as promised per our contract and would like a refund for the $2420.We did contact **** and she used other excuses as to why she was stressed and forgot, completely unacceptable for a professional business, and has refused to give us a refund.We would like you to contact this business regarding this issue.
