      I started the loan process after receiving a mailer. The company is not the lender they get a consolating fee to process the loans. Its predatory lending and can cause the consumer more in the end, if you dont read the fine print. I would like all of my information removed from their website and for them not to contact me anymore not by mail or otherwise.

      December 27, 2023 Received a mailer saying I was preapproved for $50,000 LOAN. When I filled out the form online, I was told that I no longer qualified for a loan but would be provided a DEBT consolidation scheme that would ruin my credit and payment history.I provided a great deal of information and gave permission for a soft credit check.BAIT AND SWITCH Remove me from your advertising lists.Remove my information from your database.

      Hi ***-

      We did take a second look at your application and while you were in fact, "pre-selected", not "pre-approved" for this offer, the only piece of information we did not have was your income. It looks like the application was denied due to a higher than desired debt to income ration. The secondary option we provided was just an option for those folks that we cannot get approved. We are sorry we could not help you further.

      Firstly  the MAILER I received said preAPPROVED.   Additionally I was referred to a debt consolidation agency  where I was also APPROVED.

      Of course opting into that would mean wrecking my perfect payment history.

      The point is that it is clearly a BAIT and SWITCH.

      Stop taking advantage of folks who are already in a bad way.

      As previously communicated, the correspondence the client received stated he was pre-selected to apply for a loan with us.  The letter also says "Apply today".  A credit check needs to be conducted to determine if a client is meeting the credit requirements for the loan.  Nowhere on the mailer does it say say the client was pre-approved.  To settle this matter, we ask for the BBB to request a copy of the correspondence in question from the client to confirm our response is accurate, and to close/remove this complaint.

      We have removed you from our mailing list.  Although you were referred to *************************** to try to assist you, since you were not approved with us, we do not, nor have ever, sold any applicants information.

      I receiveda mailer saying that i was prequalified gor a lisn (********** i could use the money right now). When i applied on their website it gave me a quick denied message and the roght back to the log in page. No option of a letter saying why i was denied to be mailed to me nothing.

      Management has reached out to the client a few times, but has been unsuccessful in reaching him so far.  We encourage him to contact us if he would like further clarification why he wasn't meeting the eligibility requirements for the loan at this time.

      I never consented to have physical mail sent to my address for SimplePath, I cant even find a clean option to opt out of ALL mail/junk mail/junk offers on your website. Very annoyed, I DONT WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH SIMPLEPATH, please stop all attempts to send junk mail to me.

      This company engages in false advertising and predatory lending. They sent me a mailer saying I was preapproved for a loan, seemingly with them. I filled out the information to apply and then received a call from someone saying they were transferring me to their lending department to go over my options. Then the next person I talked to emailed me something to sign before she could share what I was approved for. The agreement she sent states that they are actually NOT a lender and instead put you in touch with lenders. AND to do that, they charge you ****% of your loan amount. If you dont read the fine print carefully, you can end up with a surprise large amount owed to them. People can apply directly with lenders so why would they want to pay a company nearly 11% to help them apply? It was completely false advertising in my opinion and the fee they charge has got to be considered predatory. I want to advise others to save their time and exposure and avoid this company. I would also like the company to stop sending me mailers.

      Sorry for any confusion regarding the offer you received.  You unfortunately weren't meeting the lending criteria for our primary lending option, so the representative you spoke to referred you to a consulting group that could try to locate lending solutions for you.  There's no cost or obligation to simply review options that *** be available.  Our Director of Lending will be reaching out to you today to discuss this further.

      I would like to be removed from your mailing list and do not want you to sell my information. I also want to ensure I do not receive any further correspondence from your company or any affiliate. What you described in your response is not at all what the representative that I spoke to told me, so this is another example of dishonesty.

      Service - fincial I talked to a *********************** who took my info - I plainly advised him Im not interested nor do I want to shop my info to multiple lenders. He assured me that simple path did not do that. He said we only work w/1 bank, Not true! I get an email that says Hello *******,Your loan application has been submitted to Underwriting for approval. We should have your results ready within 24 hours.I will call you as soon as I receive your file back, so please look out for my call.He then sends me to *************************** the wanted me to sign a contract authorizing the to shop my info and if they cant get what i want and If I obtain it on my own I had to pay them-WOW- ****% consultant Fee Nationwide represents that it is not acting as a lender or acting on behalf of any lender with respect to this Agreement. Thus, Nationwide is not affiliated with any of the lenders to which it will submit loan applications on your behalf. Many other things in the Loan Contract with nationwide loan Consutants Simple Path should not ignore what a client says - Remove my name all personal info from your records Never send me mail again Remove my information from you 3rd party *************************** Buyer be ware this Is NOT a Simple Path this is a scam to get your info and spam your inbox - basically - they take advantage of people that dont read the details. I am sending the same review to the BBB and FTC today.Along with the contract that was sent to me to sign

      I am receiving repeated calls from Simple Path Financial offering a loan consolidation loan. I never had any contact with this company in the past, and my name and number have been on the do not call list for years. I have asked repeatedly to not be called again, but continue to receive calls, almost daily at times. Zip Financial is another name they are using.

      Have reached out multiple times over the past 7 months to have these letters (regardless of pre selection or approval status) stopped being sent to my home. I they have continued to come and are now considered harassment. This is an official request for the business to cease its harassment via letters to the provided address.
