      On May 25, 2023 I applied for a personal loan and they said I was approved ( high hopes at that point) and when I was transferred to go over ****************** only to be told I was denied HEARBREAKING!! To say the least! These people dont seem very honest. I had a terrible headache for the remainder of that day due to their dishonesty! If I was denied they shouldve told me from the very beginning! I think based on similar situations to mine other people experienced the same thing I did based on other reviews on other sites and wonder if they just lure you into a debt settlement process. The one lady called me and left me a voicemail about enrolling and I didnt and still do wanna talk to them anymore

      Management reached out to the client last week to review the specifics of her loan application and had a very pleasant conversation with her.  She appreciated the call and advised nothing additional was needed.  She has the direct contact information of our **************** Director that she can call if she needs anything further.

      Despite my contacting them and requesting that they cease their unsolicited mailings to my home, they are still sending me their junk mail offers. I requested, on 3/4, kindly that they stop this, but received no reply, and as of today, 3/15, Im still receiving their junk mail. Their mailings only include information on how to opt out of all pre-screened credit offers via the credit bureaus, nothing about how to stop Simple Paths mailings.

      Thank you for notifying us.  We searched through all our calls and files and weren't able to locate your original request.  We submitted the request today to remove you from all future mailers or any correspondence.  Please note that this can take up to 10 business days.

      This company calls and leaves a voicemail on my phone. The guy's name was *****. He was ****** rude in the voicemail. He kept saying to if I didn't want the loan to stop applying. Said he keeps calling and doesn't get an answer. I called the number back and speak to *****. Advised him that I didn't apply for this loan. Advised that he was the rudest person I have ever heard from a place of business. He began to argue with me. The person he is looking for was a man. He was calling me outside my name. I have worked with a Forbes 500 company for 15 years and I have never encountered someone so rude and unprofessional. Even I need a loan I definitely wouldn't use this company because of arrogant jerks like him.

      We reviewed the calls and agreed the representative failed to perform to the service levels expected.  Immediate action was taken to address this.  We reached out to the client to apologize and are in the process of continuing to try to assist her with her loan request.

      We applied for a loan on July 31 or August 1, 2022. *******************, *************** ************ Called me to confirm then said she needed more information via email. So, I emailed her my social security number and all personal info for a loan, then she had me fill it out with my husbands social security number and all his personal info then she said she needed it again. I called her a few times and left voicemails with NO response, then I emailed her and still NO responce by August 11, 2022. I called the original number and they said they would get back to me, but no one ever called back. I think this is a scam because we gave out personal information to get a loan and never heard back from them again.

      A full quality assurance review was done of this client's file and of the recorded calls.  We found the financial consultant assigned to her file put the file in the wrong lead phase, and didn't respond to a voicemail left in a timely manner.  We thoroughly searched for every incoming call but weren't able to locate the other calls mentioned.  Management called and spoke to the client last Thursday, September 1st, and she was very appreciative of the call and resolution.  Management will be reaching out again today to confirm if she has any other questions or needs any further assistance.

      I applied for a personal loan and was denied that is okay what is not okay he said he's said my credit score that is 577 which my credit score is ******* and 591. I have an account with experience that's where he said he got it from my credit score hasn't been ********************************************************** April they are using fake credit scores to deny and it just a trick they use to make you sign up to debt consumption..

      I reached out to the client and explained the **** score we discussed with him was what was provided on the Equifax report.  With his permission, I emailed him a snapshot from the credit report to validate what we said was accurate.  Advised the client he could reach out to me directly if he had any other questions or needed anything else.

      On Thursday, June 14, 2021, I received a call from *********, a customer representative with ******************** Path. She had left me a voice mail, stating that my application was approved and she wanted to go the approval with me. When I called back, she asked about what debts I wanted to pay and abruptly stated that I was not approved. This after receiving the message that I was approved. This conversation took place on June 14, 2021, at 4:04pm (EDT). Simple PATH's records should be able to confirm the aforementioned.

      A quality assurance review was conducted of his file, and all recorded calls were listened to.  We found the client applied for a loan on June 24, 2021.  The representative the client spoke to did not advise the client he was approved for the loan.  She advised on the call underwriting found several accounts that recently went delinquent and therefore he did not meet the eligibility requirements needed for the loan.  The client was aware and advised he was expecting money from a settlement soon and would be using that money to pay off these accounts.  The call ended in a friendly manner with the client thanking her for her time.  I left a detailed message for the client and encouraged him to call me back if he had any questions or wanted to discuss the situation further.
