    02/20/25 I received mail for a "pre-selected personal loan". I called and spoke to "Alma". I asked her before they do a soft pull, if my debt to income ratio or credit score would determine whether or not I get approved because my bills are almost what I get in ssdi each month. These are obvious factors for most lenders. She told me no, they have plans that suit all different needs and look at the whole picture! Came back on the phone and started telling me that my credit is declining and that my debt to income is this __% which is why I don't qualify for a loan with them. UNBELIEVABLE! What a waste of time! They make it out and actually written that they say yes when others say no! LIES!!! It isn't like I got the mailer months or weeks ago either. I told "Alma" to remove me from their contact list for calls and mail. I'm sure some "manager" will respond with, "sorry for the miscommunication" or something of the sort, but I don't buy it. They're just phishing! I hope they catch some morals and integrity.
