    When I first received the letter I was a bit skeptical. Once I made the call and was connected with my consultant ***, she walked me through what they do and how we can approach this hardship of mine. She helped me understand what we could do to fix it. *** is very good at her job and is very knowledgeable of her craft, Plus, her voice is like a mixture of ****** and *****! I give her 10 stars!!!

    Definitely recommend!!! We ended up being extremely delinquent due to the lender's forbearance offer during Covid and before we knew it we were being foreclosed on. Thanks to the Retention we were able to become current and even reduce our payment! This was Godsent right in time for the Holidays! Thank you everyone.

    My experience with the retention group was awesome. I was at first reluctant because of all the scams in todays society. But after speaking to my representative she explained everything in simple understandable terms, I felt at ease. This group really does care about saving peoples homes and saving homes could also mean saving families, marriages. I would recommend if your in a tight situation and things just dont seem to work out pick up the phone and call it could be the most important phone call you ever make. The Coopers
