Dear *********** am writing to formally dispute inaccurate information on my credit report, which I recently reviewed and found to be incorrect. I am a victim of identity theft, and as a result, there are fraudulent accounts and transactions associated with my credit profile. One such erroneous entry includes:DENEFITSLL Reported on 08/01/2024 (BRMSNK****)**This account does not belong to me, and I have never authorized or conducted any transactions related to it. As evidence of my claim, I have filed an identity theft complaint with the ************************ through *****************. I have enclosed copies of the complaint, along with supporting documentation, for your reference.I request that this fraudulent account be removed from my credit report immediately. On Feb 6th I seemed help to get my credit repair by 30 day credit repair. The agreement was for ****** per contract.. I spoke with a guy name ***** went over some information on what I needed done and some inaccuracies. Per Contract before he gets started he needed a copy of my drivers license and a utility bill before he began but Im at work so I intended to send it in the morning when I got up. What I woke up to was a text and email stating he was done with my repair but how I never sent what you requested So I proceeded to message him and ask him for the information needed to log into the portal so I can check and see whats done per contract he messages back and says thats not working thats strange so Im supposed to send *************************************************************** and just believe he did what he was supposed to Im not.. Then here comes to texts it went from 650 which is on the contract to 2500.. ***** from Denefits starts calling saying he was from the collection department when I informed him the company he is trying to collect on is scamming and Ill wait for court documents.. And I proceeded to ask him not to call my phone I even stated a cease and desist he still called it went from calling to texting now to emailing after me stating I wont know communication with themBusiness Response

Dear Better Business Bureau,I am filing this complaint against Denefits Wholesale and ********************* for failing to provide the services I paid for and for their deceptive and unprofessional practices. In September 2023, I purchased a lifetime online course for $86.01 per month over 12 months (totaling over $1,000). However, since December 2024, the companys website has been inaccessible, and ********************* appears to be out of business.I have contacted Denefits repeatedly since December 4, 2024, seeking assistance and a refund, but I have been met with excuses and stalling tactics. Their representatives assured me that a refund would be processed but claimed it would "take time." It has now been over two months, and nothing has been resolved. Each time I call, I am told the same story, with no progress or action taken.Furthermore, their representatives:Refused a Full Refund: They claimed I should have used the course immediately, despite this never being communicated at the time of purchase.Pressured Me to Cancel My Chargeback: I was misled into canceling my bank dispute, with promises of a faster resolution that never materialized.Dismissed My Concerns: They continue to delay, making me feel disrespected and manipulated.This is unacceptable. I paid for a service advertised as lifetime access, which I can no longer use due to their failure to deliver. Denefits is an installment plan contract servicer and is not affiliated with the service provider nor are we liable for the services they perform. Any complaints for refund requests need to be made directly to the service provider. All money paid to Denefits has already been forwarded to the service provider We did offer the consumer a refund of two payments as a goodwill gesture but he refused to accept and would only accept a complete refund.

This is a real estate scam I was entangled with but stopped close to a year ago. I would like to know how to stop harassment for demanding payments. I have received phone calls and emails harassing me for payment in these past few weeks from Denefits and told them to stop in replying to an email of theirs with me potentially hiring an attorney and creating a Cease and Desist to send them among taking other action against them. A few days ago, they sent me a notice of final warning for payment or my creditors could be notified (which they cannot do without my permission anyway). A so-called contract was given to me in text message from just clicking on an Instagram ad for a simple book on real estate information illegally asking for an amount of $9,000 I will not pay as there is no proof of contract. *** Formula needs to be reported to the authorities for their shady business activity enticing people into this scam! There is no legal basis for collections for this and I will fight it in court if necessary.Denefits will stop these harassment emails for requesting payment or I will hire legal representation to stop the harassment.This is not a loan for property and was not created through a bank. It was for real estate advice and tax services for ****** that I could not afford and stopped shortly after that they sent me a book for. They have their BBB rating pulled and others have fallen for this scam also in reviews when I looked up their shady company recently. It was for a so called company B&B Formula I clicked on an add on Instagram requesting the book but then was called by someone who entangled me in this scam. This so called company needs to be shut down operating in the ************* immediately and I am more than willing to involve others who in were scammed by this in a case against them to recover all the money scammed out of people from this!Business Response

Date of first contact via text message, 10/21 via **** at ************. He is trying to collect a debt says I owe 7700 to money profit ***** ****. I asked him to send me the collections letter, as per the law, on how to dispute the debt and get proof of money owed. He ignored me and second contact was on 10/25. I again asked him for proof and informed him he has five days to send me that letter. He then informed me he was a billing service, I never heard of once in my life. He then informed me hes not a debt collector, but after research I think he actually is. I asked him in writing and verbally to stop contacting me until I had proof of the debt he says I owe. He then told me to contact an outside company. I then informed him if hes a debt collector or ****** he will and should provide this proof. He then threatened my credit score and accused me of owing the money. I asked him to cease contact and he responded with a te t message, again accusing me and threatening my credit score. This company is being deceptive and not following the law. I would like to move forward with getting proof disputing that and this company should not report anything to my credit report. I contacted this company around 9/2/2022 to get some information on credit ***air. I am trying to purchase a home and needed to clear some things up on my credit. I called and spoke to a *** and was advised that they would need to take a look at my credit to see if their services would best suit what I was looking for and needing at the time. I was advised that I would need to give them permission to run my credit information. I was sent a form to sign and I sent this back to them with the understanding that this was solely for them to take a look at my credit. After a day or so a *** called me and told me that they would be able to help me and what the costs would be I told that that was too high for me and that I didn't know if I would be able to do this amount. They stated that I could give them a try for one month and if I didn't see any improvements that they would cancel my subscription at that time. A month goes by I pay the first month fee and I see no improvements or anything. I called in to cancel my subscription and explained that its not helping my credit and that I would like to cancel their services. I was told that someone would contact me to have this taken care of. Months went by and I hadn't heard anything so I assumed this was handled but then only to be contacted several months later that I owe them money. I asked how and why do I owe anything when this was supposed to be cancelled and that they did absolutely nothing for my credit. Months and months went by and they continued to charge me every month calling me over and over about money I owed. They constantly harrassed me demanding money and refused to cancel my subscription. They are now stating that I owe $2000.00 currently and said they would settle with me for a payment of $1051.23. They sent me an invoice and wanted me to log into my bank information giving them access to my username and password. I refused to do this and decided to contact someone to help me . My fianc and I started our contracts with Denefits Be A Multi Millionaire on March 3, 2024 under the impression that this business will help us repair our credit as they stated on their flyers and website due to us looking to be home owners in the near future. I had a consultation with the CEO ****** Perlotr (Bammceo) over the phone. He told me that his **************************** package came with removing derogatory remarks, collections, hard inquiries, etc and our credit score was guaranteed to go up in as little as 30 days. We had to pay a down payment of $300 on March 3, 2024 and our monthly payments were $158.78 a month for a 6 month payment plan. We made payments on time for a total of 5 months and didnt see anything being done to our credit reports nor did our credit scores change. Ive made 3 monthly payments using my second checking account for my fianc and 5 monthly payments on my first checking account for myself. My fianc made a total of 3 monthly payments using his own checking account for his credit repair. Ive reached out to them via their customer service number through text message as they instructed in their online onboarding class and seen that my text message had been read but no one contacted me on questions and concerns about the progression of my credit repair. Ive also tried calling and even had a friend reach out for me via Instagram and was still unsuccessful. Weve filed disputes with our bank but this company will not release a refund to our bank. The assistant now calls, text, and emails me every week to try and get me to withdraw my disputes. Ive tried talking who a assistant letting him know were not happy with this contract and didnt receive the services we were told we would receive. I believe weve been scammed we wasnt informed that this company is for some sort of healthcare and we need help on solving this issue. I have all proof needed that nothing was done to repair our credit and merchant ignored our concerns.Business Response

I signed up to with 60 day credit repair back in August of 2023. I was told I could cancel within my first 90 days if I wasn't happy with my services and also they didn't meet the 90 day warranty. 90 day warranty states the 60 day credit repair "Guarantees" to raise my credit 100 points within 90 days or customer can cancel. 60 day credit repair DID NOT meet the warranty and I chose to cancel that's exactly what I did. ************************************************************* from the contract but never did. Then 60 day credit demanded I give them access to my credit reports again so they could exit me. I emailed 69 day credit repair screen shots of my score on from the software they were using to validate that my credit had not gone up the 100 points. 60 day credit then demanded I pay the remaining $1400 even though they had not met contractual obligations. Now for the last year I've been getting calls, text msgs and emails to which I've responded the following:" To whom this may concern,I, ******* ****** disputes Any and all claims of debt claimed by 60 day credit repair. Furthermore, I, ******* ****** request any and all contact to cease immediately unless it is through local county court for litigation of such claim. If ************************************************************************* I will contact the ***************************** and take any and all other legal action afforded to me. If 60 day credit repair applies anything to my credit report they are aware that they are doing so fraudulently and I will vigorously defend myself by taking any and all legal action available. Contacted by Denefits LLC to pay for a contract that was dependent upon services being rendered through CreditSavii which did nothing after I made the first down payment. I agreed to hire Credit Savii and Denefit offered a payment plan so companies could get services and pay over a while of which as stated Credit ***** never performed work that was agreed upon which is stated in the contract which now is a breach of contract Denefit has filed this claim on my credit report and I want it removed as services were not provided as agreed via contract.Business Response

I signed up for Better U therapy services on 7/27/24 and used financing. It was not clear that the financing was through a 3rd party Denefits or that were any enrollment or cancellation fees to consider. I contacted Better U on 7/28/24 to cancel and request a refund. Better U fully refunded everything however, Denefits charged a $30 enrollment fee, a $30 cancellation fee and a transaction fee of $7.80. So $67.80 for a service that was never received, cancelled within 24hrs, and fees were not clearly disclosed. I requested to cancel as I realized I couldn't afford the service and am being charged ridiculous fees to try to force me into keeping it.Business Response
