  Stay away from this company. If they call, hang up! I've been in the real estate business for years. During the sales call they promised a minimum of 10 pre-qualified leads per month. The pitch was almost irrisistable, "we're looking for agents with experience who can close a sale...we want to earth the 20% referral fee." We don't want to waste our resources following up, and pre-qualifying buyers and sellers only to give them to agents who can't close. We want agents who know how to work the leads. I told him, "we just closed a deal last month, and I'd been following up with the buyer for over ******************* I know how to follow up and close." I was on a sales call with them for 45 minutes. I discussed all my concerns about useless, go nowhere, internet leads. I told the salesman, I've tried numerous lead gen ********* who all promise the same thing. "We're not like that", "we want to earn the referral fee". "These are bona fide leads", "we talk to them on the phone." I discussed at length what our market was like with an avg selling price over $700k. "Oh all our leads are pre-qualified by our people". Long story short, I paid them $1,295 to try it out. After a month-1/2...bogus leads. Many leads hundreds of miles outside our service area. Don't be a fool! When they call...RUN! Put your $1,295 into legitimate marketing. Like I said, if they call you...RUN!!! I have to give at least 1-star, wish I could give them a negative 5-star rating. Contacted them and requested a refund and to close the account. They promptly acknowledged closing the account, but directed us to the term, no refund on the $1,295. Promises made, promises paid for, promises never delivered. RUN!!!

  I was promised a set number of "leads" thru this agency, but after over a month, the business can not seem to get my "site" "OPTIMIZED" to be able to fulfill their end of the contract. No one seems to understand what the issue is, but at the same time, I am now getting text spams to join their organization. Horrible responsiveness.

  I wish I had read the reviews first. This is the largest waste of $1300.00 I have EVER experienced. What was I thinking????? I should have hung up when the guy recruiting me acted like he had just won the lottery when I said yes, I'd join. Oh My goodness! I'm not that stupid. But that day, I was and I'll never see my money again! I have "used up" 12 of my alotted 100 "leads". A large percentage of these people have criminal records! I check them all on my FOREWARN app. When I research on realist for property records most of these people do not and never have owned anything! When I click on "answer a call" I either never get a real person OR the people hang up! I cannot believe I fell for this SCAM of a lead generator. Nobody EVER answers the phone and the lady that said she was going to call me today for a profile adjustment and to help me never called! I wasted my whole day waiting for her to call. Also can I just talk to someone from the ***! All the customer service agents live in other countries.

  I have been a member of Set Schedule since 8-12-23. I was told that I would receive leads in my territory but I have only received leads that have been at least 75 miles from my office. I have had SEVERAL 15 minute meetings to resolve the issue. Each time i was told that Set Schedule Team would work on the algorithm to help me get leads that are more appropriate. The last two calls i requested to talk to a manager. Each time I was told that a manager would call me within 48 hours.NO one called Since the I have sent numerous emails, voice mails and even messages on set schedule and still NO response. I would like my money refunded because Set Schedule has not lived up to their agreement and has put me through hell!*************************

  I have not received one viable lead since I signed up with them. I fell for their promise to deliver leads and paid the almost $`1954 to set up for this supposed program. I warn anyone who will listen ....."DO NOT pay anything for this "service." It i s not what they claim it to be.

  Complete fraud of a business. Don't purchase with them. They promise leads, but don't deliver. Don't even have leads in my area to give me. Would give them zero stars if I could.

  They are not worth the money, they sell you a story, tell you they will set you up for success, then you can never get someone on the phone to help after the first week, worst part, they set you up for automatic renewal, even when you dont use the services, and you have to remember to cancel them 30 days in advance, and you STILL cant get a hold of a live person.

  WORST BUSINESS EVER!!!!!!! This company is a fraud...they sell you a service and fail to deliver on every level. Do not work with them EVER! The customer service is terrible...they don't take accountability for what they are responsible for on what they agreed to in terms of service.

  Signed up for this lead generation service July of 2023. Ive had 4 conversations with representatives to inform them Im not receiving leads and they dont have me licensed in the additional ***********. Every representative has pretended like they are fixing the issue but I still have not received the first lead from this service. In my opinion this was a complete fraud. Do NOT sign up and waste money on this scam.

  Over $1000 paid and not one single Lead since June 2023. And no one will return calls for help. This is the worst investment that I have ever made in my life. I dont understand how they can continue getting away with this.
