This entire legal business is a scam. I was transferred from LPG and Morning Law had my account for over 2 years and they did nothing. I was settled on 3 accounts after being sued and had to pay the entire amount and court fee. The customer service was just as horrible. I would never recommend the practice as it is a money pit. All they are doing to given false hope. I wish i had read some reviews or i would had cancel the service upon LPG closing. I also have a neighbor with the same experience from morning law. I will seek legal actions on how to get some of my money back. KEEP AWAY FROM THIS PRACTICE PEOPLE.Morning Law Group PC

It's important to note that settlements following a lawsuit are not a failure of service but a key part of our representation when creditors pursue legal action.Throughout your engagement, we consistently worked to keep you informed and supported. We accommodated your budget constraints, provided your complete file twiceon January 31, 2025, and February 4, 2025and made multiple outreaches attempts to assist you further. Unfortunately, our records show you became unresponsive, declined scheduled payments, and rejected further communication.While we regret your dissatisfaction, our documented interactions reflect that our team remained professional, responsive, and proactive. Labeling our practice as a "scam" and claiming no work was done is inaccurate and unfounded. This is a terrible company.I was enrolled with them and in October I was in an accident and couldnt communicate with them or make a payment due to my situation.They took me off the program,These guys have NO consideration or respect about there clients.I do not recommend this companyMorning Law Group PC

We understand that emergencies can disrupt both communication and finances, and we do our best to accommodate clients facing difficult **************** this case, the client had not made any payments for several months, and despite our repeated outreach attempts, we were unable to reestablish contact. As a result, and in accordance with the terms of our service agreement, the clients enrollment was canceled due to prolonged inactivity and non-payment. Please know this decision was not made lightly, and it was made only after multiple efforts to reach the client went unanswered.We regret if the client felt unsupported during this time, and we remain open to discussing the situation further to determine if any reasonable resolution can be reached. Ive been paying $140 every two weeks for well over 6 months, my credit score is still dropping, nothing has been settled. Was told that creditors wouldnt call me its all a LIE! I lost my job and was unable to pay them, then they started harassing me like the bill collectors until I told them that I will find a way to pay them! Havent done anything with the money Ive given and Id like it back so that I am able to settle my own stuff Ive already called my creditors and they feel bad that Im giving away my money for nothing! ***** has been extraordinarily helpful to me throughout the arduous process of resolving my debts and from being misrepresented by **************** who took money from me and did little to justify any positive outcome. In fact, they stopped returning calls to me and I panicked. I was advised this morning my Golam that they received confirmation that the collective efforts were terminated and the file is closed! Worth it! ***** has been so patient in talking me through my anxiety and answering any questions I had to understand what was being done to resolve my debts and did so with patience and kindness. This company sells a service that isn't accurate. They use words to let you think that they are helping you to rid your debt all the while you are paying them to hide your debt until the court send you a summons saying you are being sued by your creditors. I opened up the many forms that I signed and didn't read fully because they were telling me what each document was for without explaining the truth. Who in there right mind would agree to pay almost $7000 for a $10,000 debt and get nothing cleared. I kept sending them the letters from my creditors but they said I didn't have the money in my account to clear the debt. I don't know where to go from here but it's horrible the way they solicit people who really need help.****** *****Morning Law Group PC

I was contacted via phone when I inquired about somebody helping me with my debt that isnt mine. I was already being sued by a credit card company and I needed direction and help. They did nothing for me. They settled in court and eventually my entire bank account was garnished as well as my wages. I continued to call and ask questions. I was told to stop paying my debt. Then in the terms and conditions, it stated we will never direct you to stop paying your debt payments. When my case manager would call, it would be generally 7pm EST even though I them that I could be free around 4pm. I notified them that I was EST and they put it in my file but never called on time.They did nothing for me besides give me false hope. Im now filing for bankruptcy. Please, make it easy on yourself and do the same.Morning Law Group PC

The reason for my late review was because I continued to forget to write it. The six months shouldnt matter. what matters is that the company basically stole money from me because I was desperate and in need. I cancelled my account on October 31 on the phone. Still got payment sent to bank on November 4, which over **** mt y account. Called them Nov. 5th and was told it would take 20 days to mail refund. Called several times in November, received a letter November 15 saying the check is in the mail. Then I called again on November 29th and fussed and fussed for several minutes. And was told it would take 30 more days. December 2nd received cake dated November 22. Company doesn't return calls and the wait time at least 30 minutes at most 45 minutes.Morning Law Group PC

By that time, your payment had already entered the processing stage, and once a transaction is in progress between our processor and your bank, we are unable to stop it. Unfortunately, due to the timing of your request, the payment was still processed as scheduled.We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, particularly regarding your account balance. Following your cancellation request, we promptly approved your refund on November 6th.However, this was just a refund approval, meaning your refund check was approved but not sent at this point. As per standard legal requirements, we needed to allow the payments to fully clear before we are able to issue the refund to you.Once the payment finally cleared on November 12, the refund check was processed and mailed to you on November 22, 2024. We understand that the timeline and communication haven't met your expectations.
