I paid this law firm ******* to take care of my debit ,and I made monthly payments to them of ****** each month for 18 months ,and they were suppost to be taking care of my debt .they told me not to talk to my creditors ,cause they were doing this ,but now I have called and tryed to talk to someone ,but no response .now I have been issued a summons from a law firm ,that **************** is suing me .so I called the law firm that's representing *********** ,and explained all this to them ,and they told me that they can't talk to me cause phoenix law is representing me .but I can't get ahold of phoenix law at all ,so they told me that phoenix law has to send them a letter if they aren't representing me anymore ,but I can't contact them ,so now I don't know what to do about this .either they need to do what I paid them to do ,or give me the money back ,so I can pay the creditors what I owe them .I have even wrote to them ,with no response as well .

My account was transferred from Litigation Practice Group to Phoenix Law. During the time Phoenix Law I paid Phoenix Law for representation and coverage they took my money but did nothing to provide me services including ignoring all of the court orders for a civil suit that they were supposed to be representing me in with a debt collector. Due to them not representing me I was found liable in court as they ignored all court notices that were being sent to them and not me as they were listed as my representation with the court. Pheonix law advised due to their misstep they would reimburse me ************ as they did not provide me service. This was a year ago and I never received reimbursement and now the company seems to have disappeared and I have no way to follow up with this as there is no way to contact them. So now I am out thousands of dollars.

II was transfered from Coast Processing to LPG to Phoenix Law to assist with a debt resolution program. I paid $6,735.24 to Coast/ LPG to handle on my behalf the creditors that came after me. After they re assured me they would handle my case and that this would be a ***** month resolution, this has now carried on for 4 years. The amount I paid toCoast and LPG is an amount a bottom-feeder attorney debt collector has taken me to court for, which Phoenix advised an attorney would show on my behalf and did NOT. I have chains of communication of trying to reach the attorney that was supposed to help and zero response, I called the company a lot after that and then they went bankrupt and left me to fend for myself. I am completely and utterly distraught from this situation. I still have the attorney coming after me and even went as far to get a wage summons signed by a judge for me over more than $4,000. I am about to give birth and my current job does not offer maternity leave so I have no income coming in and am taking ****. During the time this all started I lost multiple jobs I was working due to covid and still had bills, and school to pay for. I had little to no help during this time and did the best I could. I want all my money back so I can get this attorney off my back so I don't have to stress on my maternity leave and do not have the funds to pay off this collector myself.

I was in a debt solution program with LPG litigation in 2020 Aprox. whom I guess went out of business. They took monthly payment for over a year. Then Phoenix Law was involved. Now I cannot contact either company. My account is now being serviced by ***************** and they state that they can't provide me any information regarding the payments or balance of my account that I have finished paying. I need to receive a provoke letter from Phoenix Law who won't contact me back. What can I do?

I was in a debt solution program with LPG litigation whom I guess went out of business. They took monthly payment for over a year. Then Phoenix Law was involved. Now I can not contact either company. I was just served today 5/21/24 a summons from a creditor I owed money to which I thought was taken care of. Not sure what to do about summons or contacting either firm. My first payment to LPG law was in August 2022. My last payment with Phoenix law was 12/2023. This was all supposed to end 8/12/24. Now I am afraid all my money went for nothing. The summons is the problem right now
