    I was not sure about enrolling in an economic relief program when I made the phone call, but my Senior Debt Consultant, ***** ******* was very patient and eloquent explaining step by step everything I needed to know about it making me feel that this is what I exactly need. I was tired of paying so much interest on my debt every month. She answered every single question I had with certainty and ease. Thank you ***** ******* for your help throughout the process of enrollment. I am looking forward to finally getting out of debt!

    What an absolute waste of time! It's not a scam it's a con. They sweet talk you saying they have the best rate i was quoted .99% interest no costs to get the loan. They said I qualified for $60,000. They said let me send to to the loan approval department where you can pick one of our offers. Not one of the was under 35% interest. The guy I was talking to just blew right over the interest as though it was 0% Saying just click one and we can move to the signature page. Scam artists. They talk so fast and saying how great this offer is and how much you will benefit from the money Bla Bla Bla. RUN DON'T LOOK BACK

    Just hard to trust any company even with the accreditations. Just get straight to the catch. which was you dont get the money to pay down your debt yourself.

    This company is a telemarketer that will not leave me alone. I don't know how they got my full name and information. I played along with their employees until I got to the "application" to get their company website so I can report them.

    Condescending, rude, and insulting after I tried to ask questions about the company and how the debt consolidation worked. Asked for time to do some research and was further insulted on how I should be paying the obligations back. The experience of trying to get help is humbling enough I don't need a smart mouth customer service agent further insulting me.

    ****** was very professional and courteous. He did what he said he would do, and the process was easy and quickly done. Time is important to me, and he was very accommodating in calling me back when promised.
