4 starsI have had my Laguna Fusion 2 Hybrid table saw a little over 2 years. Overall I love the saw..Except for the dust problems in the motor area. Sawdust collects there and the port for the dust collection will not pick it up any dust. I have added another port with a 2 inlet connecting to my dust system, but still I have a pile of sawdust in that area.Are there any upgrades/updates that I can do?Review fromGary P

1 starIf I could leave a negative number I would, I completely understand why they are not BBB accredited. I have tried on many occasions to contact them, they say they will look into something and never get back to you, after waiting for more than a month for something I had ordered it arrived broken, I called and left messages, I finely got through and was told they will get back to me, A month later I emailed them again after a couple of weeks I was asked to send a picture of the broken item, so I did, got no response so after a couple more weeks I emailed them again and weeks later was told that they would be sending a replacement part, that was a month and a half ago, still no part. I finely resigned myself to the fact I wasn't going to receive my part, so I sent them a message to just keep the part and told them I will never do business with them again and will advise people to do the same, Maybe ignoring customers is their business model so they don't have to honor any warranties, not a good way of getting repeat customers.Review fromBrian H

**************** is non-existant! Can't get in touch with anyone, no return emails or calls! I ordered a band saw blade the wrong lenght (my bad). I've been calling, emailing and filling out their forms ever since. I did get in touch with a person on my first attempt, they took my info and said they would send a return form. That was the first and only human contact with anyone. She said she would send me a return form. Haven't seen it, it's been since the first week in January.Apparently it is difficult to process a return on a band saw blade, can't imagine what it would be like if you had a machine that needed service or parts.Laguna Tools Inc

I purchased a dual drum sander. It was delivered damaged and after 6 weeks a replacement was sent out. The replacement has a wobbling feed motor that I cant get them to address. The wobbling caused the feed belt to be tensioned unevenly and to move to one side and fold over itself in less than a minute of operating. Laguna wont return emails or calls though I have been very polite and patient. Its now been 4 months.Laguna Tools Inc

Laguna actually has been in contact with Mr. ***** ****** ******* *****, *** and Nacho have all worked with him. He has been given $600 in parts and free abrasives worth $200 to try and make sure he is happy. Having said that, I am having another tech call him today.Review fromKepczlac S

Been trying for AN ENTIRE WEEK to get past the Sphynx At The Door so as to talk to ANYONE in either Tech Engineering, or even their ***************** I have a burned out motor in my bandsaw that needs replacing. (... Funny... their website eyewash propaganda pounds their e-chest as having aaaaall sorts of "thermal protection" to PREVENT burn out. ... guess duh motor dint read the copy, nuh-herk)I USED to be able to have the receptionist answer. Now? / ****. I am guessing that my phone shows up on their Caller I.D. Now? All I get is jazzy hold music and no live human ******** one has called. All I get is the e-mail subroutine autoreply of: "Thanks For Submitting A Fix-It Ticket. Enhance Your Calm, Citizen! Help Is ON. ITS. WAY.!!! " I am now reduced to submitting a daily Fix-It Ticket.]Next up? Find a similar motor (because the one that CAME with the saw has a super-custom mounting ******, SPECIFIC to the hole pattern on the saw) and have a "patch" adaptor plate match-designed to bridge from a STANDARD face-mount motor to the "engineered" mounting bolts on the saw.STAY AWAY FROM LAGUNA. 1 starFirst they never read emails or reviews. They also never return phone calls. I must have called the ************* 10 times to get help on their PFLUX 2 dust collector and nothing happens. Granted they make good tools, but support stinks. would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. There are better options out there.Review fromSarah K

1 starLaguna Tools customer service is not acceptable. On September 23, 204, I attempted to call their customer service line multiple times during business hours after realizing there was multiple missing parts for a S|45 T Shaper that I had ordered from them. After going through multiple menu options to get to a customer service **** I was hung up on each time before I could be put through. It did not matter what menu option I choose: selecting 0 to get through an operator, hung up, selecting customer service at several stages, hung up on each time. This is unprofessional considering the amount of money you spend for their tools.Regardless of how great their tools are, it doesn't matter if you are missing parts and can get anyone to help you.Review fromDanny C

1 starI purchased a Laguna PX-20 Helical Planer in 2020. After less then two years the planer gear chain teeth broke off. My machine was down for over 4 months until I got a new chain and gear for it. I was informed the planer had issues with the infeed and outfeed rollers. A new set of springs was sent to me with instructions how to remedy the problem. I installed the new springs and installed the new gear. The machine worked again for another two years and yesterday May 6, 2024 the gear broke again. Cast iron gear needs to be steel so it wont broke but more importantly its a bad design. The problem lies in the lack of a chain tensioner, without it I don't see this working. **************** is terrible, I am still waiting for someone to return my call. When you call the customer support number you get an answering machine, it is brutal. I DO NOT RECOMMEND you buy Laguna worst tool purchase I have made to date and the most expensive. 1 starGarbage customer service. Made the mistake of wasting my time and money ordering a CNC Machine from them back in December of 2023. No news of it shipping until the day before it arrived the shipping company called to make a drop off appointment. When delivered half of my order was missing. Spent weeks going back and forth trying to find the rest of my order. 6 weeks after getting a part of my order the supposedly rest of my order shows up. Its still missing the dust arm attachment. I reach back out to them and they tell me its on back order until March. I wait to March 2024 and they said itll be shipped to me by the end of March. In preparation for getting it I try the dust shoe cover on the machine and find its the wrong one, way too big for my spindle. I reach out to Laguna and they ask for pictures and videos of the dust shoe, I take measurements and do everything they said to do and it still doesnt fit because its too big. They then point blank refused to admit its the wrong one and said I dont know what Im doing and wont help anymore. Then my Z probe touch off plate breaks unplugging it from the spindle before starting a program. I reach out to laguna and a week after reaching out for a warranty about they inform me they dont have any and have to order some and no eta of when theyll come in. They also have no update about my over arm dust attachment that was suppose to be shipped to me by the end of March and now its the second week of April on top of still not getting me the right dust shoe. I will be filling a report to deal with this and never buy or deal with Laguna again. For how much money I spent on this machine I am beyond disappointed at how my business has been treated by them and dont recommend them to anyone else.Review fromGreg D

1 starLike other reviews, Laguna Tools has some major problems. My REVO 1216 had the same Fwd/Rev switch and display panel issues. It took almost a month `to get bad parts. They said the order was pending after 3 weeks of saying it was sent. When they did arrive with an invoice for $97, the display panel was used. The rotating speed control k*** had a rotted/cracked o-ring on it and the display panned dusty and the components looked melted. They must have scavaged it out of a returned machine to placate me. Of course, it did not work and when I emailed Lagune (you can't talk to anyone when calling) they said they had no display panels in stock but were expecting them over a month later. They did refund the $97. I had purchased the lathe and two optional bed extensions which are now scrap metal.
