    I cancelled an order I placed. But after 14 business days I still haven't received my refund.Order was cancelled because I accidentally ordered duplicates.Refund shouldn't take this long. Nor should I have to contact customer service about it.Some of the worst customer service in woodworking industry.

    I purchased a Laguna lathe in November *********************************************** February 2023. Fast forward to June 2023 and the forward/reverse switch gets stuck in reverse which is when I first contacted the Laguna ***************** The customer rep ****** was very prompt to assist and assured me on June 19 that a new switch will be sent out as soon as possible as it was still under warranty. On July 31 I still had not received the switch so I emailed them only to be told that the switch had still not arrived at their facility on the east coast from ********** but I could if I wanted by a switch from Amazon for $30!!!! This would have been nice to know ahead of time! It is now September 11, 3 months later and the switch has still not arrived and emails are no longer being answered.The machine is ok at best and the customer service lacks any morals, integrity or trust. Avoid this company at all costs...its not worth the aggravation unless lies is what you are looking for.

    ****************,Our apologies again for the inconvenience. On June 19th, after ************** spoke with you regarding the switch issue, an order was placed for the part that morning. As you are likely aware, occasionally there are supply chain issues which we attempt to resolve as quickly as we can. It appears the part you to receive is due to you Sep 18, and a tracking number was provided to you on Sep 12. Please reach out to us if you continue to have issues with your lathe, and we will promptly assist you further.

    ******** bought a edge banner in April it quit working 4 months later.. **************** took three days to get back to me and then informed me that I could get a repair person out to fix it for $2300 absolutely ridiculous a Brand new edge bander to the tune of $25,000

    customer service, please. I have been contacting them over the last two weeks to get a simple port for my dust collector. Finally got a rep who knew less about the machine than I do. I sent him a picture which he confirmed he received. He had zero idea about the part or it's location. Finally after two weeks He called and said he was able to locate the part and would send it immediately. Well, to no surprise I received the wrong part. The part in the picture is 2 1/2 " in diameter. He sent me a steel bar approximately 12" in length. This was after I asked him if the part he was sending was the same as the one in the picture. So I guess I'll have to drive to the **************** store and see if I can finally get back to work with their help.

    I have 2 machines in my shop that are broken and they are both Laguna. My most pressing issue is related to my bandsaw, the LT model. I have tried reaching out to customer service. You are unable to speak directly with a customer service rep because they don't offer you the ability to do that so I left a request to connect with someone. The customer service replied to my inquiry and told me I should search for a solution on ******* I replied to let the customer service rep know that I have done that and am reaching out to their customer service team because I haven't been able to correct the issue doing that. Since then I have not been able to get any further reply from Laguna. I have sent 2 follow-up emails to ask for additional feedback and they have ghosted me. Pathetic company, horrible customer service, their ******************** are garbage. I will never buy Laguna again.

    We have purchased several machines from Laguna for our business. These machines are having constant issues. We have tried calling Laguna probably over 100 times in these past two weeks because one of our sensors went out on the *** machine and they still haven't sent the sensor out even though they said that they did on the phone. The technicians have no idea how the machines work, and they won't help you fix them when they break. The customer service is unprofessional and absolute garbage. DON'T buy from these guys, these are cheap Chinese machines, our *** stopped working after 5 months. It is a complete waste of money and a headache to deal with their employees. I wish I saw these other terrible reviews before buying from them. We will file a complaint very shortly.

    I recently purchased a bandsaw blade.When ordering it said allow **** days for processing. It has now been three weeks. I have yet to speak to an actual person to be able to get a lead time on when it will be done. Three weeks exceeds the time they said and coming at a premium price I would hope their customer service would be better. Or at least be able to be reached. *** received no call backs and no follow up emails from the recent calls Ive made to them. I currently use a Laguna machine and it will be my last. Part of owning and using machines is maintaining them. If the company that supplies them cant supply parts in a reasonable time then its cost money in down time. Minimum a call back, which they say they will do when you call should be expected

    I have purchased 2 CNC machines from Laguna over the past 12 years. They have exceeded my expectations from quality of the machine to their support. Over the years I've needed tech support and they were always willing and able to assist me. Recently I had a problem that could have been catastrophic to my business and the management team stepped up immediately to support me.     Absolutely the worst customer service I've experienced.Regarding a dado blade insert for F2 Very difficult to reach a live person, the all of the online numbers go to an operator (most often the voice mail). If you do reach a live one they can't resolve issues. They offer to email their different departments on your behave. But will not give you the direct contact Info. I received confirmation of my order.Payment was withdrawn from my account.Order pending for over a week, no additional communication from Laguna.Went through the ordeal above to get additional information.Was transferred to a manager but the voicemail was full.Managed to reach the operator again to cancel order.She said that she would email the lady that does the refunds. Didn't know when the refund would happen.I will dispute the charge with my credit card company in a few days . If refund isn't received.I will not ever recommend Laguna tools.What a shame the tools are great.

    **************** terrible, table saw arrived with fork lift puncture in box. Was at work or would not have accepted, wife did. Damages the two stamped steel wings, sent pictures, called, emailed, keep getting run around, looking to upgrade jointer not from la losers.
