            On February 16, 2023, BBB investigated Optimyze Digital LLC's business practices. This investigation was prompted by the nature of consumer complaints received by BBB. Customers alleged through their reports to BBB that the business fails to deliver the promised return on investment and fails to uphold the guaranteed buyout agreement when the return on investment is not met by the business. 

            On February 17, 2023, BBB sent the company a Business Practice Inquiry through e-mail to request the following information:
            - A copy of your contract;
            - A copy performance/money-back guarantee and any exception to the buyout agreement;
            - How consumers are notified about the process of their investment status;

            I entered into a contract with them back in 2021, part of the contract has a guaranteed refund if they fail to build my stores into profitable ventures. I have and continue to lose more money every month. They acknowledged I qualified for the refund under the contract and then sent me an offer to settle for about 60% of the guaranteed price and the terms were ridiculous, they overspent per our agreement on the credit lines I gave them access to for inventory. I refused the offer and stated I wouldn't accept less than the contract terms spelled out (which is $50k in this case) Even with that, I would still be at about a $60k loss. The last email I received from them was November ********************************************************************* with a new offer, I continue to email them almost daily and have not received another response to any of my emails. I'm at a loss at what to do now

            *************************** owner of Optimyze Digital, Overnight Leads, and Digital Odyssey is a complete fraud. I still can't believe I fell victim to this man. $90k down the toilet for a shopify store that never paid a dime. Man owes alot of people and its unfortunate that anyone has done business with him. I will survive but what a ****** to learn. Don't do business with him or any of these fraudulent companies. I just cant' believe that Im one of his victims :(. It's people like this that make it harder for the honest man to get ahead. I hope he is found and sent to jail for a long time.
