I entered into a contract with them back in 2021, part of the contract has a guaranteed refund if they fail to build my stores into profitable ventures. I have and continue to lose more money every month. They acknowledged I qualified for the refund under the contract and then sent me an offer to settle for about 60% of the guaranteed price and the terms were ridiculous, they overspent per our agreement on the credit lines I gave them access to for inventory. I refused the offer and stated I wouldn't accept less than the contract terms spelled out (which is $50k in this case) Even with that, I would still be at about a $60k loss. The last email I received from them was November ********************************************************************* with a new offer, I continue to email them almost daily and have not received another response to any of my emails. I paid 30k to Passive Scalling/Optymize Digital to manage a ******* online store in October of 2021. Within 1 month the store failed and they created another store with Amazon. The store never took off and they will not reply to my repeated emails to them. Because of this, I hired a lawyer to take them to court. They ignored the letters. I eventually won in Litigation for 54k. Now I need to collect. Do not do business with them. They are crooks.Initial Complaint

In December of 2022 I signed a contract with *************************** of Optimyze Digital for his business to run a Shopify store for me. As of this date 3-29-24 I have not seen one ***** from this. I hadn't sought any refund to this point because ****** had been communicating with me, but as of about a week ago he blocked me and isn't responding to me via any means of communication (LinkedIn, ******************** his Website, his number, his associate ******** number). I had been cordial up to this point in the hopes he would get my store up and running like he kept saying he would, but now that he's blocked me and won't respond I want my money back and don't want to work with him even if he could make the store work. He is a bold faced liar, he told me many times (probably more than 100) that "we will be sending commissions in the next week or so" and he always had an excuse as to why there weren't any commissions-He's been in the mountains for the week, been sick, his "head of payments" was out of the office, he was waiting on information from his bank then payments would be released...you name it he lied and told me it. He clearly never had any intention of paying me my money and is a terrible businessman and is bilking people like me out of their hard earned money-I took out a HELOC for this store so this is a big deal to me and I want my money back. Per the contract he owes me 20% more than the original payment so the total he owes me is $48,000. Please help.Initial Complaint

I signed a contract with *************************** and gave him 30k in April of 2021. They set up an online store and promised that if I did not see a return on investment within the first year, they would buy it back at 1.5x my investment. Everything was written out in the contract we signed. I held out hope up until November of 2023 but the store had not performed well. So December 2023 we discussed a refund of 56k and he told me Id have it by January 1st. January 30th they finally sent me a buyout contract for the 56k. I signed it right away and their team signed it as well. We are now in March and he no longer returns my calls, texts, emails, etc. I will be retaining a lawyer because it is now obvious he doesnt plan on returning my money.Initial Complaint

Purchased a program through optimized digital based in ********** for a sales funnel, promising to resolve in double triple amounts, and returns, if that didnt happen by had the option to be bought out of the contract and reimbursed their initial investment plus. Started reaching out to the company never got phone calls or emails back, then I found ******* phone number and started contacting him. I have multiple text messages from him, explaining how his company was robbed and how he was coming up with the money to make good on the contract after doing some investigating online I see this is just another Ponzi scheme that he and his business partner set up and Im just another victim , looking for anyone that is looking to go after these guys and put them in jail. I entered into a contract thru Optimyze ****************** arm) with Passive Scaling. Shion at Optimyze sold me a done for you amazon store and guaranteed return of capital ($30K) within 18months. I was handed off to Passsive Scaling and they seemed to be doing things because they had all these reports, sign up for variety of portals, etc etc...Well, fast forward now...All 4 stores have been terminated, i paid additional costs to set up the replacement stores. and inventory...roughly $40k out of pocket. ************ at Passive told me there's nothing he can do and to 'Stop calling me' b/c business is business and they can't do anything. I said i wanted my rightful refund based on the contract...the entire team continues to lie, avoid message, make me jump through hops and at the end of day...nothting. After reading all the complaints...Optimyze and Passive seem to be a PONZI Scam and simply robbing people. Please help ***************************************** thxInitial Complaint

My wife and I purchase shopify stores and affiliate "links" from Optimize Digital a couple years ago. The reason we signed a contract to do business with this company was because they offered a guarantee/buy back guarantee. Well I wish i could go back in time as our stores did very minimal in sales and were not worth the initial investment. We then informed the company that we would like to exercise the "buyback" option in June of 2022..Well todays date it 7/31/23 and we have been strung along with excuse after excuse and it looks like we may not get our investment back at all. I do not recommend working with this company and you can see their score of an F should push anyone away. Fingers crossed we get these funds but next move is to file a suit!Initial Complaint

In late December of 2021 I hired this company to manage my Amazon account. I was given specific expectations on financial returns based upon the amount of money I provided to purchase Wholesale products to resell on Amazon. The cost to contract them was $****** up front plus commissions on the profit from the sale of products on Amazon. I paid ****** and purchased above their minimum required amount in wholesale products. During the past year I not only did not make money but actually lost money due to their poor choice of products. All in all Ive lost over $50,000. I have reached out to try and recover my initial $****** through their guaranteed buy back policy but have not received any response. In November of 2021, I signed a contrat wtih Optimyze Digital LLC after talking with ********************************* looking at the documents presented to me, video testimonials, and a spreadsheet with actual income projections. I wired $30,000 via bank draft to the company and started two Amazon Stores as directed. I depositied then invested $7,500 into each store to purchase start up products. Once the stores were opened they never really produces payments like **** stated and the turnover rate with the store managers were overwhelming and I had to deal with different managers on a consistant basis. The contract stated that if I didnt make back my initial $30,000 after 18 months, I would get a refund. After the ****************************************************************************************************************************************************** existence and the website: *************************************** has been taken down and gives a 404 error page not found message. All calls and texts to the numbers i have on file go unreturned.
