      Greetings,1. My concern involves bike helmets with Bluetooth communication capabilities. 2. My wife and I purchased two R1 EVO helmets on Tuesday, November 28th,2023. We are well within the 2-year warranty period.3. The purchase price for the two helmets is: $367.14. The point of purchase was ****'s Bike Shop, ******************************************** (phone: ************). 4. Just over one month ago, a helmet stopped working (it would not receive speech from the matching helmet, nor send it). 5. We returned the helmet to ****'s whose techs confirmed the problem as I've reported it here. 6. ****'s notified Sena, Sena requested that it be sent to them and I have heard nothing since (almost one month later). 7. ****'s Store Manager ***************************** *************************** phone ************, located at the ******* address given above) suggested that I simply buy another helmet.

      I bought a motorcycle headset through a local dealer in my area that is now retired. My first defective unit was replaced and the warranty claim was handled quite smoothly. The 2nd replacement unit that they sent me was also defective. After trying several troubleshooting solutions, it was determined that the 2nd replacement unit was also defective and that they would send me a new replacement unit. I'm still waiting for my 3rd Sena unit. SENA Technologies made an error with their customs paperwork that initiated duty fees for a replacement unit being shipped to ******. They want me to pay these fees and then reimburse me. As a Sena customer, it should not be my responsibility to pay for their errors and then me having to chase them for a reimbursement. *** has made their payment process quite simple for Sena Technologies to solve this problem without involving me as the customer since I feel is is not my responsibility to pay for their mistakes and then try to get my $$ back. They offered to reimburse my paypal account. I don't have a paypal account and I never will have one either. According to ***, they can use their own *** account, pay the fees owed against the tracking number and I can get my replacement unit. However, Sena appears to want to make this issue, my problem instead of their own. I would really like to have this issue resolved as quickly as possible as I have been waiting for over a week to have this replacement unit sent to me. They keep promising that they will respond by the end of the day, and sometimes a few days will go by before I get a response from them. I feel they are just giving me empty promises. It's not my problem that they didn't fill out their paperwork properly and *** has an easy solution for them to pay this bill directly.

      I purchased a Sena Impulse Helmet directly from Sena Technologies on April 12, 2024. The communication system never updated properly.I called my wifes cell before I went for a motorcycle ride today and the call worked and sounded normal.I tried to call my wife later while riding and couldn't because the Sena bluetooth headset was shut down.It was fully charged, and now it powers down consistently after being powered up for three minutes.I wasted enough time now and received an RMA for a refund. On April 30th I received an email stating the refund was being processed and that I would receive it in 5-7 business days.I still haven't received the refund.Also it is unbelievable that I had to pay to ship this helmet back to Sena within 8 days of purchase.       I have a Sena 50r-01. I recently purchased the upgraded ************************************ speakers from Amazon. The unit stated it needed to updated. My unit has never been able to update. Ive done troubleshooting with Sena and they said they would follow up. They never got back to me and I emailed them so they messaged me back asking me the same questions Ive already gone over with a representative. I have spoken to other people with the same unit as mine and people in the forums that have stated some of the units will update and some wont. So now Ive purchased speakers but cant take advantages of them because my unit will not update. I found the WiFi cable they told me I need to use and it still doesnt work. I use my sena daily because I am a YouTuber and motovlogger.

      I bought a Sena Impulse Bluetooth Helmet from a online company RevZilla, around 01/20/2023 and I've been using the Helmet off and on during this time. I went to turn it on a few days ago and the Helmet would not turn on and it has been fully charged. I've had no problem until a few days ago. I contacted ******** and they informed me that I needed to contact Sena Technologies. On 11/14/23 at 12:25 pm I could not get anyone on the phone at ***************) so I went on their chat section at 12:27:08 pm. I was talking to a ***** (Sena RMA/Tech ************* He asked me questions and I fully answered with all the information I had. Once he received my answers he came back and stated at 12:31:56 pm on 11/14/23, *****: Thanks, if that is the case we can offer to replace your helmet under warranty. And said he will send me an email within the day to get started. I get an email later saying asking for all the information like dates, serial numbers and the receipt, so I emailed him back not once but 3 times with the information and now their saying they will not fix their malfunctioning Helmet. If you tell someone your going to take care of it they should follow through. I have the complete chat between me and ***** along with all the emails. All I want is my Helmet to work properly it cost over ****** and for it to only work a few months and quit working, that's a huge problem.

      Purchased 2 sena communication products ans they will not connect to each other. Both units have updated firmware, both units have same "Mesh" capabilities, both units have been reset according to directions from Sena support. These units do not connect with each other even if both are on the same channel. One unit "Sena srl-mesh" is made exclusively for the helmet it is installed in. These are communication / saftey devices and they fail in what they were designed for, connecting to another product from the same company.

      I am not happy with this helmet at all it functions poorly and under the performs on every level I have been in contact with support for months I would like to return it it's in mint condition and it serves no purpose for me

      The helmet I purchased from sena technologies was too small. I have contacted customer service trying to get a resolution but it takes between days and weeks for them to get back to me. My preferred resolution would be to get a refund for the helmet I am also willing to return the helmet. For a refund.

      I purchased a helmet with sena outrush blue tooth. It will not update and is not working correctly. I contacted tech support at sena. We tried for weeks to get the helmet to update and failed. Then tech support stopped responding to my emails. The helmet is defective and needs to be replaced or my money refunded.

      In the past two months, I have purchased three SENA motorcycle communication devices. Two of the devices are SRL 2 comms unit, and the third is an Outrush R helmet with communication. None of the three devices are functioning as advertised or as described in the owners manuals. Two errors are 1) the devices will not stay connected to the bluetooth radio and 2) the music sharing feature does not work. Regarding item 1), if the radio connectivity is interrupted by an alert on my phone, the device will not play music after the interruption. The device remains connected, but music will not stream. The only fix is pull off the road, turn off the motorcycle and the device, then restart the motorcycle, then restart the device. Regarding issue 2), the devices say, "Music Sharing On" but music does not stream between the headsets. There is a third issue which is strictly a quality concern. The wind static through the speakers at speeds above 50 MPH is so loud the we cannot maintain intercom connectivity. The wind static is defining and the only solution is to turn the microphones off, stopping the rider from communicating openly with passenger. I have attempted to communicate with SENA customer service three times. The first attempted communication was on May 25th. SENA has not responded to my communication attempts, other than to provide an automated response stated that my concern has been received.
