Business Name: Chicwish Order Number: *********** Order Date: January 24, 2025 Description of the Issue:I placed an order with Chicwish on January 24, 2025, for two skirts totaling $78.03. I requested to cancel the order before shipment via email on January 28, 2025. However, Chicwish responded, stating the order had already been shipped, despite the order status still showing as Processing on their ********** date, I have not received any tracking information or confirmation of the shipment. Attempts to resolve this with Chicwish have been unsuccessful, as I provided supporting documentation and a clear request for cancellation and refund. I ordered three skirts from Chicwish May 15, 2024. It is now June 1, 2024. I received one in the mail. The other two have never come and there is no tracking information. The Chicwish website insists that you contact them by chatbox and they will get back to you within one business day. I did this a few days ago and have had no response. I now am missing two skirts that I paid for, with no ability to reach anyone and no recourse. I'd either like to receive my skirts or a full refund for the two I did not receive.Initial Complaint

Ordered 10/25 and paid for expedited shipping. Packages were only shipped once I reached out to customer service. Packages came piecemeal and not complete, and the final missing piece is still yet to be received. Received package on 11/5, 11/17 and one item is still missing. Once contacted customer service, was told that "final" package was in mail - however **** tracking has package nowhere to be found. Refund process is fraudulent, they send one shipping label and expect me to ship everything in one package when it cannot possibly fit. I ordered 5 items and 2 came in back order in October. I returned them per instruction and asked for store credit. When I reached out regarding what was happening with my returns, they said I was sending the wrong information and its what they sent me in the email. I reached out again and got no answer. I made a purchase on July 13, 2023 No:12307121221 . No information was sent about it being backordered. I spoke with *** (through email) that the skirt was backordered and that a shipment would be sent out once available. As of today, anyone can still purchase this skirt as though in stock and my order has not been fulfilled.Business Response

The skirt has finished.But rejected by our QC due to the workmanship problems.
Our factory is already re-doing and will be finished in 6-8 days.
For the delay case, We would like to give 20%discount if you can keep the order.Or get refund?

I purchased a dress on June 27th. The dress was too big., I followed the return instructions to return for a smaller size. The return has happened 3 weeks ago and the company has yet to sent the smaller dress. I have sent emails and messages thru ******** with no resolution. There is no customer service number so I cannot speak to anyone about the issue. I do not trust this at this point that I will ever get the smaller size dress so I would like a refund now. Dates of 2 online purchases: 1.9.23 - order # *********** 1.3.23 - order #*********** The Jan 3 order took over 3 weeks to arrive to my home and 2 out of the 6 items were defective. ******** care is saying I need to pay for return shipping and have a restocking fee deducted from my return which is ludicrous. There is no phone number to call and speak with a human and I've spent days trying to get return emails out of "customer care." They told me the items are not defective, but that they would give me a 20% discount on one shirt if I kept it since it has seamstress ink marks all the way down the buttons. I would like ALL of my money back and paid return shipping from this company.This has sucked so much time from my life and the customer care team is awful. The quality is awful and I refuse to pay any fees for defective clothing.
