    I purchased two items from ChicWish that I have been trying to return. I have printed their RMA info, but keep receiving an error message when I try to print the shipping label. I have contacted customer service several times via email, messaging and phone and have not had a response. The two order numbers are *********** and ***********. It states very clearly on their website that they will provide return shipping labels and the approximate price of $5.99 for one item and increase thereafter. I just would like the shipping labels so I can receive my credit.

    As a small biz owner, I dont post negative reviews online because I feel it is in poor taste, but feel the need to let others know about my negative experience with this company and protect your money! I bought a skirt which is beautiful, and a very cute purse for 2 friends as Christmas gifts. After reviewing the timeline, I purchased items on 11/28 and felt confident based on their ordering literature there was plenty of time, even when buffering the 3-5 day pre-shipping process. I was so very wrong. I emailed Chicwish several times requesting delivery updates and they were not helpful and couldnt supply an update. After over 20 days, the delivery arrived 12/21. Needless to say, I am very frustrated not only because of lost time waiting for the items, but also the extra time required finding alternate gifts for this past weekends girls holiday party. If you want your items in a timely manner, and consistent communication, DO NOT order from Chicwish! Very disappointed. Since the package arrived well after the promised date, I would like a full refund including the $5.90 shipping charge to cover my lost time in communication and shipping the product back.

    This website, along with Flushlove and Newchicz are clearly owned by the same company. I get multiple emails from them every day and I have never, nor would I ever, order anything from them. I have sent multiple requests to remove my email from their records to no avail. NONE of their emails allow you to unsubscribe. They are clearly a very unprofessional organization and I would like some common courtesy from them to simply remove me from their lists.Thank you

    I ordered 4 items and they all arrived with sizes that are significantly different than what is posted online on their size chart. To return they want me to pay for shipping even though its their fault and also want me to claim on my package that the value is only $20 (my total paid is $288). I have tried emailing them back and forth to someone named ***** and she is not willing to find a resolution.

    I placed an order on Sep 28th for multiple items. I've only received some of the items (it's Nov 1st) and the items that were sent 2 were damaged (same skirt style and BOTH zippers were broken). I cannot get ahold of anyone to try to see where my missing pieces are and they have removed my order from my account so I'm no longer able to even review the items to help others. This company is AWFUL which is so sad because some of their pieces are great and I would've ordered from them again.

    I placed 2 orders with this company beginning on May 13th totaling over $1,000 and can not process my return online (due to however they have this configured) and the "customer service" phone numbers say "mailbox full." I have recieved no replies to my emails. At this point I wish to return the entirety of both purchases. This company is a nightmare and waste of time that I do not have. I want a full refund for both orders and the shipping label with which to do so before the "30 day deadline" magically passes due to no fault of my own.
